Subway bad service

I ordered a 6" tuna on white. The tuna holder was almost empty. The girl scrapped and scrapped. The 2nd scoop was "maybe" 3/4 full. There was only 1 person behind me, so she could have gotten more.

Also, I used my Subway Rewards Card. I am due $2 and a free cookie. The man that rang me up said No. I asked him if he was sure that my rewards card scanned. He said Yes. It did not scan because it is not on the receipt.

Subway a coupon

i went to subway Subway #[protected] s foster st Saukville WI term ID-trans#1/A-367792 8/20/2022 AT 1:29 PM with a coupon for 3 foot long subs for 17.99 expiration date 8/20/2022 today told the coupon expired yesterday I ended up being charged 35.00 for 3 subs now if the coupon was expired yesterday why was today's date on it I would like to know why and i want my money back

Subway Cheesesteak sandwich

8/22 Review: Wow I have pictures of what I got VS what they advertise. We will NEVER order this "chesesteak" sandwich again would you? Looks like all SCRAPS for the meat. Yuckk. Grubway is declining with each visit. . 😡😡😠🤬🤬 So--we just won't go back.** Save your money n check out Jimmy John's 1 block away 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼**

We ordered this in the store at approx 520pm. The preparers were all children who obviously don't care what they serve.

There are many complaints about this location in the area. Nobody we talk to in town knows how they stay in business. Please evaluate them!

Subway unavailable employees

On 8/7/222 at approximately 8:00 pm,my daughter and i went into the Circle K and while i was getting my items, she went to order her a meatball sub at Subway. I was a witness to no one being present out front then after by daughter said "hello?is anyone back there?" an employee came out and told my daughter that she was on her break and when my daughter asked her if someone else could help her, she was told by the employee that she was the only one working and she was on her break. My daughter even offered to give her the remainder of her $20 as a tip if she could please just make a her a plain 12 in meatball sub. Again,my daughter was told no. Normally i wouldn't be contacting corporate on any businesses that i'm displeased with, however this is not the first instance at this particular location that something has occured to impede customer satisfaction,such as earlier in this same day,during lunch time hours,no one was present at the counter when my daughter had tried then to get a sandwich. That time, no one came out to help at all. There were no signs posted stating staff was on break or not available,nor was there a closed sighn posted. Times in the past,too numerous to count, either i or my husband or my father or my daughter have attempted during posted business hours to place an order, and no one is available, or they are on break, or they are the only person working. There is also a drive thru, which for many many people, especially during business hours when they have limited time for a lunch break, would love to be able to utilize, however i can't name the last time it was staffed and running. And as far as trying to call in an order, no one EVER answers a phone. Not one time have any of my family tried calling an order in at this location that we had someone actually answer a phone. Not one time. I beg of you to please look in to this situation and consider better staffing and/or better, more proper manager presence and employee training on actual acceptable customer service.

Desired outcome: I would really appreciate a response to my concerns. I'd like to know that attention has been given to my correspendence as I may be writing the above letter on behalf many other dissatisfied customer that just didn't take the time to.

Subway Hacking of my credit card

There have been two incidents that I am aware of is of my credit card number being hacked and I have been billed for the transactions. This is with refernce to the subway on Washington Street, Forrest City , AR 72335 .

Few weeks back ,I used a new credir card and using the app ordered food through subway. A few days later I got a call from my credit card cautioning me on two fradulant withdrawal of cash . They then cancelled the card.

Today I used another new credit card to order my food at the same subway. In an hour I noticed two purchases made through amazon for 17 $ and 19$ .As I had not made this purchase I called the credit card company and we had to cancel the card.

There appears to be a breach in the system and This needs to be addressed.My concern is if the hacking is not just at this subway and is global.

Could someone look into this

Subway Complaint about a Manager - Muriel

I am filing a formal complaint against the work practices of the manager named Muriel located at the Subway in Surprise on Cotton and Greenway.

My daughter started working there June of 2021- She was called in numerous times while she was sick with covid in the Fall of 2021. Also she was fired or as this manager does - just doesn't put you on the schedule and has no contact with you. My daughter was sick for 3 weeks with Covid in the spring of 2022 and this manager fired her for it! She later rehired my daughter and gave my daughter so much grief about her schedule. My daughter repeatedly told her the days she was available and not available and Muriel continued to schedule her then told her "YOU have to find coverage" My daughter is not the only employee she did this too. My daughter was scheduled on a known unavailable day and when my daughter brought this to Muriel's attention she was told find coverage and my daughter said "No - You find it - its your mistake" When my daughter showed up for her shift that day (She was scheduled in the AM AND PM) Muriel pointed to the door and told her to leave! So basically my daughter was fired! Also she refused to give my daughter her last paycheck!

This manager is HORRIBLE to both employees AND customers! She repeatedly said how she hates teenagers and hates working with them! If you look at the hires and quit and fired employees you will se a gross pattern of poor management. When I called to get the regional managers number - I believe that's a person named Felicia, Muriel refused and hung up on me! Stating she isn't giving out that number-she also refused to give it to her employees saying it was corporate policy. I doubt that is a policy and every place I worked at we had upper managements info easily available to us.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is this woman loses her position as Manager; demoted back to employee. I would a like a call from Felicia. I have left a message with Megan Sweeney-who I was told was with HR.[protected]

Subway 2 footlongs

Your Subway in Charlestown Indiana will not accept a buy one get free coupon UNLESS we purchase ONE drink for $3.00. NOWHERE ON THAT COUPON DOES IT SAY WE HAVE TO PURCHASE A DRINK. When I questioned the manager (who is a VERY young girl) she said that's the way their registers are set up and they cannot give the discount without adding a drink to the total. Have you ever heard anything so absurd? That's a scam and you know it. You can choose to not honor the coupon, but you cannot add extra conditions in order to give me that discount. What else do I have to do besides buy an extra drink? Clean your bathrooms? Your franchise owner at this location in Charlestown is ridiculous and obviously scamming their customers. I am thinking about hiring a class action lawsuit lawyer.

Desired outcome: What I want, is for you to honor my coupon without adding [censored] to the conditions. I am not looking for anything free, I want you to have a nice long sit down with that franchise owner. Also, tell him to clean up the place. It's filthy

Subway Your employee threatened a customer to shoot him!!!

On Saturday, July 30th at approximately between 1:40pm and 2pm, my husband went to the Subway located at 5970 Broadway Blvd., Garland, Texas 75043. He had me on the phone to place the order. My son and daughter wanted sandwiches as well and began to place an order as well. There were two employees and Tiffany, who gave her name and said she didn't give a [censored] who he called, she started hollering at my husband screaming "how many sandwiches ya'll getting it's a line" and he said they are ordering now and she continued on ranting and my husband then said, I do not have to get any and I said I do not want her to make any sandwich and I told him to just forget about it. I heard her saying more expletives and hollering and my husband called her an expletive and left out the store. As he was getting in the car, he said both employees followed him and came outside I was still on the phone when he said she is coming to his car, she reached her hand in a bag she had across her shoulder and said I will shoot your [censored] [censored]! I told my husband call the police and he said to call corporate and let them know and I said absolutely not! I got in my car and called the police. While I was sitting in the parking lot, and they were unaware of my car looked like, a guy came and was obviously of some association with them, because he was talking to them at the counter and pacing back and forth. I was out there for at least 15 minutes and he came outside and went to his car and got 3 or 4 children and then brought them inside of the store and they all ordered food. Once, the police came they reviewed the video, no audio unfortunately, and brought him outside, had him on the ground and searched his car. Since it showed he was in the store and went back to his car. There was no gun found and they also searched her bag and there was no gun. She threatened my husband with the insinuation she had a gun! This is how an employee should behave at a Subway? She makes sandwiches for a living and if she did not want to do it, she could have refused. By the way, it was only 3 sandwiches and nothing special. My husband was not rude until she was hollering and being extremely disrespectful. Once she realized that I was the wife of him who called the police she asked the police to have me leave the parking space (never entered the store) to say that if I come back, it is trespassing' they told her no, but she could and she came out there and said if I ever come back there, I will be trespassing; My husband and I are business owners, why would I ever come back there? If I want Subway, there is another down the street from my home and both are in equal distance. I never even came to the store with my husband. I suppose that was her "get back" because how dare I call the police on her for her threatening my husband with a gun. I will not EVER go back there. This is your employee? Franchisee or not, this is unacceptable. My husband has a photo of both of them following him to the car, he did not have time for a video, for fear she was going to shoot him. So, he pulled away. I do not care what I have to do, they must be fired! If they are allowed to continue to work there, that would be so unfortunate for Subway. Garland Police department has a report number. I hope you all have audio to the video; they both lied to the police. Also, I plan to upload this pic and naming the store on social media. I will await a call pending the social media blast. Subway Employee refused to customize my sandwich

I’m vacationing from Florida to New Mexico and after driving for 6+ hours and no food I really wanted my quick go-to sandwich from subway.

However when I asked for turkey on my Italian BMT sandwich, the man behind the counter told me he can’t do that because he can’t ring it up on the register and then proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I need to leave or he’s going to call the cops on me.

I’ve been ordering this sandwich since childhood and I’ve never once had a problem getting turkey on a sandwich I ordered.

I hadn’t eaten all day and your employee was the rudest person I’ve ever met. He made me cry and ruined my vacation. Other customers behind me saw what he did and left after how he treated me.

Subway Employee

On Wednesday, July 27th at approximately 8:15 I was sitting in a parking lot in front of your store at 239 NE 167 Street, Miami, Fl. 33162. I was parked across a couple of spots as all the stores were closed. A red car pulled in front of me with a thin black lady behind the wheel and started laying on her horn, she then proceeded to pull closer to my car in a threatening manner as if to hit my car and then she got out of her car wearing a Subway Shirt and banging on my car hood telling me to move because that is where she parks. I told her there she could park anywhere and she continued to say that is where she parks and for me to move. Mind you that the entire parking lot was empty and no spots were marked for Subway parking. As I continued to pray (which is what I was doing at the time) she continued to bang on my car hood, scream and lay on her horn. She pulled so close to me that I had to back up in order to move. She then told someone else in her car to call the police. If this is the conduct that you as an Franchise accept from your employees, I will not longer do business with Subway and will alert anyone I know about your employees.

Desired outcome: At the very least she should be reprimanded or let go. Subway should not allow their employees treat people in this manner.

Subway Store closed early

Your store location in Monmouth OR had to close early due to an incident with a previous customer because your employee was being a decent person and looking out for his own safety.

In situations like this you should have a store manager available to take over in the event of an incident rather than closing the [censored]ing store and leaving people with no options.

Desired outcome: I want a free sandwich since I had to go without dinner.

Subway Worker at the subway on 1710 W mockingbird

Montalina had no mask on there was 10 other people in the line behind me when I was ordering my food rashad made everyone’s sandwhich she didn’t help him make one sandwhich nor was she checking people out then she proceeded to go hang out in the bathroom very bad service on her part and very unhelpful to her team Worker If she works at subway she should be able to make the sandwhichs help him check people out and anything in her job description.

Subway Wrongful termination

I worked at the subway in dry ridge ky and Williamstown ky. I was made shift lead so doing my job I reported things that were wrong to my manager and nothing was done about it. Instead she told me she didn't want anyone to get into any trouble. So since it was her family and friends that she was allowing to do drugs and steal, I then took it to the owner. Upon doing so he spoke to her then she came in and jumped on me for saying anything to the owner then proceeded to send me home. Again I called the owner he told me she said I was mad about the schedule which she had already been cutting my hours to accommodate her family and friends. I told him I agreed to the schedule but said that doesn't mean I have to be happy about it. The owner told me we would just have a sit down meeting with the three of us, never happened because he called me the next night around 7:30 pm 4o basically make me just quit because his manager isn't happy with me and wouldn't be able to work with me anymore.

Desired outcome: I want either the meeting I was promised or the manager fired and my job back. I never was late or ever missed a day even with the manager never being on time.

Subway Gift card

lost or stolen

I bought a gift card for my grandson on 6/16/2022 and mailed it to him the later part of June. As of today he has not received it. I bought it from Subway #1655-0 in Summerville, SC. The only thing they had on the receipt was:

USD 15.00 Added

Cash Card Balance: USD 15.00

When I try to check the balance, it said to put in all numbers and the pin. Well, I don't know because of how the receipt did not have all the numbers, and of course, the pin. I have attached a copy of the receipt.

The rest just looks like info on my payment method:

Desired outcome: need to know if it has been used and if not, can I get a replacement

Subway bad service

on 07/15/2022 I went to subway for lunch located at 6465 Holmes Rd in Memphis I purchased a 6' tuna sub upon eating the sandwich I started eating plastic that was obtained in the sandwich I took a picture of the item and then proceeded to call the store to report what I found the person I spoke with proceed to say that it wasn't her problem and if I had any complaints contact corporate

Subway Subway on stafford street in worcester

You have coupons to be used for all of subways stores. The store on 120 Stafford Street in Worcester at Webster Square, the manager will not allow the use of coupons for all of subway and will not honor them This is not right at all. This occurred on Friday July 15, 2022 at 1230pm. My total bill was 26.00 but i did not get coupon price for one footlong charged 8.49 coupon 5.99 and charged 5.49 for 2 six inch and coupon was for 3.49 each. I could have gotten a free cookie with coupon charged for three cookies 2.39. I paid for two bags of chips and could have got a free bag of chips with a footlong. Price approximately 1.99.

Desired outcome: Give me back money i spent because unable to use coupons approximately 10.00 dollars.

it depends on the fine print on the coupon. some coupons state "participating stores only...some restrictions apply" you might have missed this if its on the coupon. if it is not there at all then it is possible that they did not get the notice or did not mention it to corporate. some subway stores are franchise locations and not owned directly by corporate.

no i used to be a customer of theirs till the pandemic. also i read the coupons i get and know that most companies have these restrictions. if you read the coupons you get for say publix [or super market near you], walmart, gamestop they say the Same type of disclaimer of "restrictions may apply and only works at participating stores". this labeling has been around as long as i been around which is about 25 years.

honestly during the pandemic the subway near me was still open when it was to be closed. also why would i defend a company [though my comment is ONLY pointing out a possible reason for the coupon not working] that overcharged me [how is with tax a $12 meal worth $18? i did the calculations based off their prices, taxes and got 12 not 18.] and would not admit their mistake even infront of the district manager?

Subway Gift Card did not work

I bought a $25.00 gift card off of the app. In doing so, it said that I would receive a free 6" sandwich. I went to the Subway Store in Crowley, Texas, placed an order, and tried to pay out. However, It charged me for both sandwiches. I tried to explain to the employees that I was supposed to get a free sandwich, but they told me they l knew nothing about the app. I would like my $25.00 back please.

Desired outcome: I would like my $25.00 back please and coupons for free sandwiches for all of my trouble. I called at least 10 numbers for Subway and none of them worked!Your customer service is atrocious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Subway July 12, 2022 free sub promotion

I was at store 57288 in Mesa, AZ yesterday at 11:55pm, (five minutes before noon) in the store and in line before the 12;00pm promotion cut off. The store manager arbitrarily, cut off the free sandwich at the person in front of me. We both entered the store at the same time, five minutes before noon and he received a free sub but they wouldn't give me one. I only found this out when I got up to the counter. The manager's name was Lidia Flores, she was very rude to me as I tried to explained that I was in the subway store and in line before the noon cutoff promotion time. As she was busy and didn't want to hear about it. After all I eat at Subway quite regularly and I wanted to try the new menu, and was very disappointed. I have an appraisal business for the last 20 years and If I treated my clients like this, I wouldn't have any clients. Before my appraisal business I was in food service for 10 years. Managers like her will not do the company any service.

When any store is close to closing time they calculate the time to help someone and extrapolate by how many people are waiting. your subs fell at the cutoff time limit they calculated which is actually a common practice in a majority of companies. sorry you missed out on the promotion. they also mention on the ad restrictions FYI.

Subway Store of of ingredients and items.

Not sure if this is the correct store# 46347-0 located at 2800 E. 1st St., Los Angeles, CA. 90033 // served by 128 on 07/12/2022 around 05:02 pm.

I went in to try a few of your new Subway series sandwiches. This is not the first time this happens at this store! They ran out of items such as the cheeses, the Italian bread, and the meats for the Bella Moza #6. No Italian bread at all for other sandwiches we wanted. Also, we wanted to order the Broccoli soup. come to find out. they ran out!

The excuse the staff gave me was "we have been very busy"! Well, if they have been very busy, they should anticipate and keep backing the bread and make more soup! Simple as that! Then I asked the staff what the store # was and one of the employees said it was store # 309001. That is not what is on the receipt! This store obviously does not care about the customer or the reputation of your company!
