Subway non glove change and old lettuce bad service

I visited this store last week.
I noticed the employees were slow
They did not change there gloves for an hour time frame visit. The lettuce was old and rotten to the taste. The manager Raven was the rudest abusive manager especially to her new employees that I've ever seen. The store was clean the bathrooms were decent. The chips needed restocking and they were out of all cookies.

Subway subs

Subway left their knife in the sub...it was good it was opened to look at the toppings. It's where they are always using the knife to push and smash the stuff in so they can close it. Stop forgetting your knife!

Subway the employees

Today I walked into a Subway at 6 10, it took 20 minutes to get my order when there was one person and 2cars in line, ordering one sandwich each. Then an employee called me ma'am and the other said quietly, ma'am?! And sniggered grotesquely. I'm young, but that's no excuse. After that the same employee said six times in a row that couldn't hear me, making almost yell. I am deeply unimpressed with you're services.

Subway service

I go to subway on greenspot about 7 times a month.

Tonight I went to subway and oder sanwich and ask for water and the girl said their were no water cups so I ask for a cup just for water and she said I have to buy a drink to get cup so eat my sanwich with out water

I will never go back to that store again rhere is a jersey sandwich just down the street fro from now on I am going to jersey

The subway in North Pole does not bake enough bread during the day, always running out of bread type. This has happened several times. Subway employee

Went to subway with a large order and didnt like the attitude of employee, I believe her name was Ella actted very snotty like she didnt want to be there.I walked out and went to subway at walmart.this is in Albion new york.woman named Chanyce waited on me there .She was excellent.I will Never return to Subway on main street again. Subway rude racist employees

I went into the 24 hour subway at 1045pm on August 23 to get sandwiches and the lady Patricia told me they were closed for cleaning and stocking for 30 minutes.so I sat in booth and waited she kept playing not no cleaning I could see.but I waited still wasn't ready so I left the store to take friend home .i came back like 35 more minutes there was a line of people ordering food and there was a dark skinned racist black women told me they were closed and wouldn't serve me is this how u do business this woman was a racist n obviously hated white people.is this wat u got working for you bigots.please contact me at [protected] I sure would like for somebody to know how your company name gets scarred by racist bigots working for you?please call me I would like to resolve problem with out blasting on rating system

Subway poor management

Manager Janine having a new hire close with no training on closing. Very rude in how she addresses employees in front of customers. Store has had multiple employees quit manager will not give proper training. Has new hire closing with no keys only 9 days on job was only shown once how to close out register do some of the closing duties admitted that she herself as manager doesn't remember how to close out

Subway staffing, rather lack of staffing

I typically do not complain to corporate entities. Yet today, I felt it was necessary to do so. My husband and I frequent one of the two Subways in Ada, Oklahoma. We have always far preferred the downtown location for many reasons. At 1:15 to 1:30 today, we waited in a line of eight others to order. There was only one sweet, dear little lady behind the counter. She kept trying to placate those waiting while providing unflustered service to each person before her. We ended up leaving for the other location, where there were at least 4 or 5 folks behind the counter. Poor scheduling. Poor management. Sad working conditions. Not safe! These should all be addressed. And the sweet server deserves kudos for her calm attitude through it all. I appreciate your time and consideration. A.Phillips, Ada, Oklahoma

Subway I got charged for a 6 inch and a foot long no extra meat $26.00

It is bad enough they don't put any meat on the rolls I got a 6 inch sub the guy put 3 and a half pieces of meat on the bread I said where the meat he told me there olny aloud to put 3 pieces on a 6 inch and only a few sprinkles on lettuce what the heck my grand son got a foot long the guy put 5 pieces of meat on a foot long and hardly any lettuce and 1 small drink we got charged $26.00 this is a rip off sub way needs to close if there doing stuff like this.

I called Sub way talk to Manager they told me if you don't like how we make the food they said Complain to the corp. office wow this is crazy Sub way is trying to make a lot of money by cheating Customers out of there products

Subway no service

I just got back from McDonalds because the emploee working Subway would not even go behind the counter, much less take my order. I stood there for a few minutes to give her time to do whatever she needed to do but she never came. I asked the Shellmart cashier if subway was open and he said they were. I waited another minute and nobody showed up. I went and got a drink from their cooler and as I was paying a chubby blond woman in a subway uniform walked by nowhere near the subway. She was staring at her phone and walked outside and lit up a cigarette while continung to punch on her phone. I drove to McDonalds and got something to eat and she was still standng there punching on her phone and visiting with some guy. This is the worst service I have ever tried to get anywhere. It was 10:20 on Sunday 8-11- 2019.

Subway employees unacceptable behaviour

I came into subway at 9:49pm and was YELLED at by Michael who was the employee. I told him to to put extra banana peppers and he rolled his eyes and started laughing saying the sand which won't close. I said it's fine just put extra. He told me don't tell him what to do. Then he started screaming at the top of his lungs, told me I was nice when I was small and he's not sure what happened to me now as I am a regular customer. He scrunched my sandwich in his hands and threw it. I told him if he continues I will call the police on him. He continued screaming more and more and said if it's 10:00 he will leave no matter if I am here or not. His son who was off shift who's name is Markus his dad Michael who was the employee to calm down and if it escalates that I should call the police. I started crying very badly and his son actually came to me and started patting my shoulders and trying to calm me down which I can't thank him enough for. But the behaviour of my server was UNACCEPTABLE and the way he was acting I felt he will come here and hit me as he threw the sandwich. So I told him for the safety of mine and his I am recording everything. I told him to make me a new one. I told him to put lettuce on it and he told me to not tell him what to do. He was very disrespectful to me and my mom and this is one complaint I will not rest until it gets solved and a solution comes in place. I was crying badly and his son was comforting me while we was yelling some more. My host order ID is [protected]. He never gave me my receipt I requested for him to give me my receipt. I will call tomorrow and complain to the owner, I will call the cooperate office, I will do whatever it takes as I have never been so disrespectfully yelled at by someone. And he wasted the precious subway by throwing it so he wasted food to. I am typing this while still in tears. I will never eat at subway ever again irrespective of the fact that I am a regular customer here and I will make sure everyone steers far away from subway. I will send proof as requested to see how exactly he yelled at me. I told him to make my sandwich and he told me he won't. After his son and my mom forced him he finally did. If his son was not there I would have had a breakdown. I am trying to submit my video but it is not letting me maybe because it's too long so I need to get an email so I can send it.

Come into store I frequent looking for my favorite sandwich at 2:45pm. Aug 5th 2019z. Come and find they are out provolone cheese, lettuce, jalapeños. And the oven grill to quickly heat up warm sandwiches or bcon is out of order. Very disappointed in this store. You would think the manager who be looking ahead as to what needs to be ordered so the store has it on hand. Don't want to change stores but may consider it.

Subway the employees services

I was in Subway place at 12:30pm, on Tuesday July 30th, 2019. I Ordered 2 Sandwiches, he asked me which bread size you want? I replied medium, he replied with very angry face and sound, we don't have medium, then he asked another cheese I pointed to one in front of me, he shouted name it! I replied this one please! Then I asked him why you are angry?! He replied I am not! But his actions, the way he talks and acts, clearly shows he acts with me in discrimination and racism way. And asked me to leave and said"I'll not serve you".

Subway closed

On July 28 my son and I went to Subway on 28th in ft worth around 8:30 pm but we were approaching Subway a working with outside on his phone and he was giving us a sign that with his hands that they were closed as we got closer he did the sign language again but they were closed so I decided and we have left that I would call because I googled it and it said that they didn't close until 10 so I called and A man answered and said that they didn't close until 10 I asked him again are you closed right now he stated no I told himthat an employee was outside and gave us a sign with his hand but they were closed the man said he was the manager and that the guy that was outside was an employee and he was on the phone with his mother I asked him if the guy was an employee then what was he doing outside on the phone he said again that it was just employees nother and I feel that it's just employee was clocked in then he shouldn't have been outside on the phone but my thing is you shouldn't have gave us twice not once but twice a sign language with his hand stating that the store was closed I have called and went to the store to try to talk to the GM and never got any response
