Subway Veggie Patty

I am so disappointed in the new veggie patty. It is completely lacking in flavor. The previous one was 100% better.
Now adding more words because this site says that if the issue is too short then it might be ignored. I now also have an issue with this site.
How do I add another one hundred characters just so that I can let Subway know that their new veggie patty is a failure.

My local Subway (Whitby, Ontario) recently stopped selling veggie patties. They stopped egg salad about a year ago, so there is nothing for a vegetarian. Sad to become an ex-customer, because I used to go there quite often.

Subway Advertizing

You using the anti American women's soccer player, Megan Rapinoe in your TV adds is a disgrace! Her kneeling during the playing of the National Anthem not only disrespects the flag and the members of our armed forces who have served, fought and died for it but she helps to supersize a bogus racist narrative that police are murdering blacks nationwide.

This false racist narrative has led the he murder of dozens of police officers including 5 murdered in Dallas by a BLM sniper after the Ferguson riots and two billion dollars in damages from arson, looting, vandalism last year. Why you would use your brand to support such outrageous events is beyond me!

I used to eat at a Subway twice a week but will never do so again. Several other sandwich shops are available in my area that I will now patronize.

I have friends, family and associates that are police officers and in the military. I will spread the word. If this story becomes widespread it will hurt your sales in conservative areas of the USA.

Shame on you!

Subway Employee

Today 6/4/2021, Lunch time, went into Subway & used the hand santizer, the young lady behind the counter speaks loudy don't beat on it. Mom, was tapping it so it would come out. Next, my mother ask for a small size sandwich (6inch) first. Then she says she has another order, the same girl that yelled at her had such a nasty attitude right off the bat, she speaks very loudly at my mother and says 6 or footlong 3 times! My mom speaks English but its her second language, she is not difficult to understand if she says small or large. This girl continued to be nasty even the employees have said she was nasty to them and they understood what my mom was asking for but the girl would not let them help her. I find it extremely rude and racist! that she kid/girl is working in a public place helping people. Her name is Adrianne, she is suppose to be a manager. IF her name is incorrect, the date is correct. Please have the franchise owner check his camera he will see her nasty behavior towards customers, im sure this is not the first or last time. Canyon lake is small, the same girl worked for Dollar Tree and was rude to her customers and staff too. This information was given to my mom by another person. She will boycot and so I will I, we will tell everyone about the poor service! Even the employees that were there apologized for the girls behavior. How sad has this become. Not only is mom a senior citizen, she is also disabled and from another country. I ask you to please take charge of this matter immediately. Thank-you

Desired outcome: Probation for behavior, deduction in role, Fired if she can't conform or maybe she wants to sit at home and collect a check. ?

Subway Employee Customer Service

I seen this on Facebook and it is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. These 2 individuals NEED to be fired. I have NO RESPECT for people like this and they are ruining your NAME & BUSINESS SALES. This should NEVER happen no matter how rude the Customer is...its called Being Professional and doing your best to make sure every Customer whom comes in, gets what they want and leaves HAPPY. This is so DISRESPECTFUL and its going VIRAL on mainstream media! Unprofessional Employees like this is what hurts your business so I hope that you take this complaint serious and take action.

Subway Denied service from employee

A rude employee told me to leave and refused to serve me because I didn't wear a mask. I have told everyone I know what happened and asked them to not go to that restaurant. It seems pretty common for Subway to not screen a potential employee then discover how rude they are to the customers. Do something about this chronic problem. Seems like the owners don't care either.

Subway Food product you no longer have.

Why don't you have roast beef anymore? I liked the subway club. I want cheddar cheese on my sandwiches. All the cheeses you have are white, sandwich places should have all the different cheeses. Please bring them back.

Subway Poor service

Subway Online order

Explain to me what the purpose of ordering online is?
Placed a pretty large order online on 5/2/2021 at the Dog Lane location in Storrs CT
Received an email order was received and can be picked up 12:00 noon
About 10 minutes later another email was sent that my order was almost ready
So walking in at noon and not a customer in the store I stated I was here to pick up my online order which was already paid for and the lady said "Oh I'm just making them now"
Yeah I feel like standing there when it should have been done as the email stated
Fix this
If the order is prepared until you walk in why offer online ordering?
I stood there just as long as if I just walked in to order

Subway Hiring ‘Mostly Repugnant’ Megan Rapinoe

To think an establishment I USED TO patronize thinks it's a money making venture to hire someone like Megan Rapinoe to represent Subway. People don't hate Megan because she's gay, they hate her because she embarrasses the USA every time she kneels. Of the 20-25 MILLION people pulled over every year less than 15 unarmed p.o.c. (on average) are killed. That's an infinitesimal number in the grand scheme of things don't you think? Unfortunately people get shot because they don't listen to police commands! What's an officer supposed to do if a guy reaches for something and you can't see his hands? This whole [censored] fabrication by the left is meant to divide and you idiots are happy to play along. Subway Online order

Placed an online order and was dropped by subway before order went to a store. They took the money and never placed the order. Now we cant get the food or the money back. Theives Never order from this company they dont care if they steal or not.

Subway steak and cheese sub. that I bought on 4-5-21

I purchased the above sub and took it home. My husband and I tried to eat it for lunch but we could not. It was so bad even the dog would not eat it. I have never gotten anything at subway that wasn't delicious and fresh. The sandwich actually tasted like the meat was spoiled. This is an isolated incident anda I have never reported any complaint to subway before. store number 44435-0 purchased at 10:29 am. I bought the sandwich with a discount coupon and it cost was $6.41 with tax.
