I am a former employee of SMT, I WAS trained to charge loss of use, adm fee and DV, we were to bill the renter even if they did not own for these fee. The owner of SMT Wayne & Denise Brazell said if the complaine, we will waive, if they don't we get paid. Do what you have to, too collect these fee.
