StylishPlus clothing

I ordered two blouses from this website in the middle of June. One came last week (took almost a month) and the second, which was supposed to be a July 4th top, never arrived. Guess I could use it for labor day weekend IF I RECEIVE IT. My credit card has been charged $55.00 for the two blouses, the one that I did receive was not the quality I expected and after seeing what others have gone through to try and return items, still not receiving refunds, I'm hesitant about returning anything. I just now want my account credited back. This really takes away from ordering things on-line. The only website I've found to have good results with, is Venus. Their clothes measure up to their true size, quality and fast service on delivery. Plus, if you ever need to return or exchange anything, they will take good care of you. No more Stylish for me.

StylishPlus package hasn't arrived for several weeks yet my credit card was charged. I put this in dispute with my credit card company immediately.

Product finally came and it was horrible, not like the picture you described...I ordered one size bigger than what I am and I couldn't even get my arm in the skinny sleeve. I have been trying to get a return label so I can send this piece of crap back to you but when I went to the website before, everything was written in Chinese. Time has passed, I was hospitalized and I am trying to get this matter settled now. A different girl at Chase Bank gave me the this email to reach you, so here I am. I am not happy with your company at all. I see people are waiting two or more months to get their refund. How ridiculous! Now that I am on your website, I see your refund conditions which says to get a full refund, product must be returned within so many hours. REALLY! We Americans are smart people but we are not magicians. You want us to return for a refund in so many hours but you took forever to mail it to us, that's OK, right? Now you are going to charge a 15% fee off the product and then discount the refund after that. ARE YOU KIDDING? What kind of company are you people? If you want American business you better change your ways and accommodate us or else your business is going down because we won't stand for your nonsense. Lucille Amicone

These are just some of the 16 emails I have sent to your company asking for the refund of $53.35 for 1 dress I returned at my own expense and 1 dress I never received. I have been promised on every occasion that a refund would be given but it is now 6 months I have been asking. Surely this is not the way your company should be operated.

StylishPlus clothing and return / refund

Ordered 2 separate orders, both took a long time to arrive. Found items to not be true to size, small and very short. Returned at my expense. After much communication they agreed to refund money and now months later / 24 e mails I still have not received promised refund. Original order in June / July and now November. Reading reviews I agree may never get my refund BUT this company needs to be held accountable or be closed down. It's a total scam when they say the refund is coming and yet obvious they have no intention of honouring their word.

StylishPlus blouses

I returned a couple of blouses at the end of June and have yet to receive my refund. I have been told many many times to be patient, it has been submitted as emergency status etc etc. this is beyond ridiculous and needs to be resolved. Order number is SP24404. If you review my previous emails, I have gone back and forth with many who promise to resolve this with great urgency.

StylishPlus refund not received

22nd April 2018 My order SP16465 was placed and paid the same day using PayPal.

14th May 2018 informed that 2 out of the ordered 4 items were on the way.

13th June 2018 I complained about the delay of the shipment.

17th June 2018 Krystal of Stylishplus.com replied saying that "... sometimes if the cloth of the item you order can't be purchased, it will be out of stock, ..." and among 3 possible solutions, offered the refund: "We refund $ 80.72 to the same account you paid for the order (usually need 15 to 25 business days)."

25th June 2018 I asked for my money to be refunded.

28th June 2018 I asked if my email of the 25th June was received.

29th June 2018 Tina Wei of Stylishplus.com asked again what solution I would prefer: "Could you please let me know your idea about the out-of-stock items?"

30th June 2018 I reconfirmed that I prefer the refund of the $ 80.72

1st July 2018 Anny of Stylishplos.com wrote:
"... I have applied for financial department to refund your money $80.72. It will be completed within 15-20 working days. Please check your account later.
Please don't worry. I'll keep following this matter all the time until you receive the money to your card ..."

17th July 2018 I wrote "... The credit regarding the refund has not yet been received. Please check and inform as soon as possible."

18th July 2018 Anny from Stylishplus.com wrote:
"... Please accept my deepest sorry for inconvenience caused to you.
We did update your refund in emergency status and we told our financial manager that your refund has been reported for a long time and should be finished in first priority.
To be honest, our refund system is really so slow but we can sure we never scam anyone and refund you finally.
I will keep eyes on your refund and inform you once it finished, we do hope it will be finished on time, would you forgive us about this and give us more days?
Sorry again, dear friend.

The 12th August 2018 I wrote as still hadn't received the refund.

The 19th and 28th August 2018 I wrote again as still hadn't received the refund.

The 29th August 2018 Tina Wei from Stylishplus.com replied:
"... Sincerely sorry for the delay and I beg your understanding and forgiveness cause as a customer service, I have no right to operate the refund for you.
I contact my colleague again, and made your refund in urgent status.
It takes 7-10 working days for our financial colleague to handle your refund.
We will make you informed once it's finished. I am sure that you will get money in recently."

The 6th September 2018 I wrote again as still hadn't received the refund.

Today the 15th September 2018 I have not yet received the refund and make this complaint formal.

The amount was credited on October 1, without interest, after five and a half months of much insistence. I would not recommend Stylishplus to anyone.

StylishPlus refund for cancelled order

29th May 2018 I enquired about the outstanding items on my order, SP 16472 placed 22nd April 2018 and paid using PayPal. I said that if the outstanding items were out of stock then I would cancel the order for them and asked for my money to be refunded.

31st May 2018 Anny of Stylishplus.com replied saying they had applied to their finance department to refund me $39.90 and it should be completed on 15-20 working days.

4th July 2018 I wrote again as still hadn't received refund. Said it was now 34 days I'd been waiting for refund they said would take 15-20 working days. Asked if there was a problem refunding me and if so when could I expect to receive the refund.

5th July 2018 Tina. Weifrom Stylishplus.com replied with deepest apologies for the delay and said my refund had been increased to $42.90. She had asked it be treated in emergency status due to length of time I'd been waiting and given priority. Also said... To be honest our refund system is really slow, but we never scam and you get refund finally... Keeping eye on this and will key you know when it's done...

7th August 2018 I emailed again. Still no refund and further 4 weeks passed. Time taken is frankly ridiculous. Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with your refund service. I am going to raise this matter with trading standards and PayPal.

9th August 2018 Tina. We replied Sorry for trouble and delay... Did best to urge your refund... Hope you receive sooner.
We assure you will receive refund.

2nd September 2018 I make this comaint formal.

StylishPlus refund not received

I first ordered from stylish plus in april 2018. The first item I received was not the one I ordered so I returned it at my own expense. The second item I ordered I have never receiced. I have written 15 emails to stylish plus asking for a refund of my money and each time I have been fobbed off with excuses, to the point now were if my refund of $53 is not received I will be forced to get my solicitor involved. I should not have to wait 4 months for this matter to be resolved by the finance department

StylishPlus I cannot unsubscribe from this website

I paid through PayPal and the money was sent immediately. I received a terse email telling me I had not paid and responded with proof that I had. Their response was that i must patient!
The products took over two months to arrive and were of very poor quality. I accepted this as my responsibility and did not complain BUT
I have tried several times to unsubscribe from their emails and every time receive the same message. The link does not exist.

StylishPlus won’t issue refund for clothes I returned. they've had my money for over 3 months

Truly terrible customer service, clothes made of lightweight material that will not last and not even close to American sizing. Timeline of the ridiculousness:

May 9- I placed my order
May 10 - they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD
June 9 - I had not heard anything about my order so I contacted them by email to inquire as to where it was.
June 14 - the first half of my order finally shipped
June 15 - the second half of my order finally shipped
July 1 - I informed them by e-mail of my desire to return my order, to receive a refund, and asked for instructions to return.
July 3 - they replied and tried to convince me to keep the order that I did not want because it might be too expensive to return. My order totaled $214 and shipping to return was only $15.
July 3 - they finally provided the return instructions and said once they received the items they would "arrange the refund to your account ASAP".
July 5 - I mailed back the items.
July 5 - I provided them with the tracking information via e-mail as requested.
July 7 - They said they would receive the package in 7-10 days, that I should be PATIENT! and they would "arrange the refund to your account as soon as possible"
July 9 - Per the 3rd party tracking, they received the items.
July 22 - I had not heard anything further regarding my refund, so I sent an e-mail reminding they that they had received the order 13 days prior and asked where my refund was.
July 23 - They sent me an e-mail stating it would be ANOTHER 15-25 DAYS before they will issue my refund.
August 18 - It's been more than 25 days since the last communication received from them and I STILL have not heard about or received my refund. Surprise, surprise
SP25883

So, they get to hold onto my money for three months while I hound them trying to get it back!

StylishPlus my unacceptable experience with stylishplus

These are the mails that they've send me, on 30/05/2018, 05/07/2018 & 27/072018 They keep sending almost the same texts. All they do is to copy & paste and changing some words. They are deceitful:
The order was on 01/05/2018 and actually they never had my products!

Dear customer,

It is pleased to hear from you and have a enjoyable day.

I have applied for financial department to refund your money USD 65.30. It will be completed within 15-20 working days. Please check your account later.

Please don't worry. I'll keep following this matter all the time until you receive the money to your card .

Anyway, we do appreciate your business and hope that you'll give us the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

StylishPlus v neck zipper patchwork blouse

I ordered this blouse on 4-19-18 and it was to small.
I sent it back and did receive confirmation that you received it.
I was told I would receive my refund within 15 days.
I have not received it and its been two months.
I have sent 7 e-mails complaining and still nothing.
Even got a response from Anny - Customer Serviced Team and she said I would get it within 15 days.
Still nothing.
This is the worse experience I have ever had with a company and I can assure you I will let the word out about you.
I expect a refund and I will contact the better business bureau if I don't get it within the next week.
I can't believe you are still in Business.
I am also going to contact my credit card company and challange your payment.
I expect something right away.
This is disquesting and rediculous.

StylishPlus order did not received at all

This is very unpleasant experience with styleplus. I think this website is a scam. I have paid money for a dress (order sp20621). After long waiting when I requested the shipping status marisa from customer service team informed the item that I had ordered is out of stock. Once I requested money back, she happy to replace the item.
However, a new item also did not receive. Again after several email anny from customer service team informed me my item will shipping in few hours time. But never received that item. Really disappointed.

StylishPlus non delivery

I had ordered 3 tops on the 18th of may. Order #SP29338. I have have been constantly following up for delivery and their constant reply is *2 tops are ready for delivery. We will ship them on priority. Till then have patience and don't worry.* Since delivery hasn't happened, I've asked for cancellation and refund as well as to update me about refund, but i don't seem to be getting any reply. $140 has been paid upfront and they don't have the decency to reply. If they do not have stock they shouldn't take payments and hold on to our money. I've used my credit card, the bank will charge me an interest amount. Who is going to bear that burden? I need replies to my emails as well as i want my money back.

My order was placed on 5/15/18, it is more than 15 days and I have not received it yet. When can I expect delivery? If I do not hear from you by 6/4/18 I will cancel this order. I have not received any communications from you concerning my order. I have serious doubts about ever placing another order from your company. I will contact Paypal to refund my payment.

Blouse ordered online on May 5th, 2018, charge was posted on charge card $20.84 on May 6, 2018.
Getting anxious for delivery as no sign of blouse yet, today June 3rd 2018.

I ordered this dress casual lotus printed two piece maxi dress 3 1/2 weeks ago and the payment came out of my checking account and have not received it yet I needed the dress for a wedding this coming sunday June 3.
