The takkie was bending and returned to your Zevenwacht shop on the 21 August less than 10 days after purchase.
Manager on duty advise to leave contact number will be contacted when other manager is on duty.
I went to the shop again on the 29 August the manager on duty said to wait for the other manager again.
We returned to the shop on the 7th Sept, the other manager that was suppose to contact us never did.
I requested that they contact the manager,
The manager that we spoke with over the phone refuse to return the takkie without seeing it.
