Overcharged... Have not received confirmation of order... No unit!
Ordered unit.. There was a mistake... Went through for 3 ordered 1... I was charged for 3... Made call was changed to 1... Refund given... Still not correct! I did not received any confirmation... Do not have order number... I very frustrated and annoyed... If I had known would not have ordered! This transaction happed in july... What is going on?

Took money but no product!
June 18 2020 I ordered an air conditioner fan
Aug 10 my fan has not arrived and I have never received any order confirmation or anything from them.
I have tried to contact them numerous times but to no avail, I should have known it was too good to be true. I am so disgusted with this company I do not want any product from them, just my money back!

I reached out via email to shipper and the email did not work. It will be a month tomorrow. I do not want this item. Concerned no email updates. Then I finally received an defective product. I called an custoer service, they told me I had to return item to Think Teck sales ltd. 415 hamburg Tpke, blgd G, Wayne New Jersey o7470, the address that was on the label the defective unit came in. I reach out to paypal where I bought this defective item through. I was then told I have to send this item back to Strong Current Enterprises Limited

I placed these orders on July 7, 2020. Received confirmation on both. After two weeks with no tracking number sent I contacted the support service noted on the confirmation. I asked for a status update. Received an email bach stating that items usually ship in 10-15 days but could take up to a month. It's now over a month, I have sent two emails asking for information on when items will be shipped. There has been no response.

Oshen Watch and all Strong Current products
Nothing you buy from this company will work. The entire company is a SCAM. I bought a watch from them and complained through PAYPAL. Paypal said the y offered me a refund if I returned the watch to Hong Kong! Then I read the thousands of other complaints. All the same, nothing works, no refunds, cant contact. These are very bad people. Dont buy anything from them. BE WARNED!

Neck massager
I purchased three neck massagers through facebook ad May, 2020 - 3 items and they cost me $196. Paid through paypal. Very disappointed when I finally received them. They are cheaply made - awful - painful on my neck feel like needles going in my neck-supposed to make it feel better, but makes it feel worse. I asked to return them and they would not take them back or give me a refund. So upset about paying for junk. I don't know why you are allowed to sell this stuff. I wanted to give two as gifts, but would be embarrassed to give these to anyone. They are useless - please refund my money. If you want them back, please send a return label with shipping prepaid.

Portable air conditioner
Placed order for 2 portable air conditioners plus the warranty. Paid total of $148.93 + $18. Order placed June 18th. Have not received any receipts or shipping information. Thankfully paid through PayPal. Filed a complaint via paypal. Noticed there were pages and pages of complaints filed against this company - everywhere from Australia to USA to Hong Kong. There are supposed offices all over. Tried online conversation. Leaves you hanging forever - person disappears and then eventually a new person comes on and you start all over again. I think this is deliberate to make you give up from wasting so much time. Never did find where my AC units are.

on June 28 I ordered 2 Portable AC units and a Portable AC Gen 1 Water Curtain from Blaux - still haven't received any of the merchandise and I paid the full amount (2 separate charges of $148.93 and $14.99) with PayPal. I emailed Blaux support/customer service three times and have gotten no response. When I contacted Paypal, they told me to contact Strong Current Enterprises but the product is a Blaux portable AC unit

I ordered 2 of these mosquito traps and paid through PayPal, June 30, 2020. When I received them I used them in the mosquito infested back porch. They are totally useless, didn't kill one mosquito and I would like a refund. It seems that this 'Strong Current Enterprises' is very elusive, no receipt with address was in shipment. No phone number etc. I would send them back if there was an address! Total money spent was $93.89 USD. I would like a refund.

Blaux personal fan no show
I paid USD $108 to Strong Current Enterprises over a month ago for a Personal fan. It looked amazing, horseshoe shape, hangs around your neck and blows up to your face. Anyway I've opened a dispute within Paypal because I've heard absolutely nothing from the company. Here's hoping I'm totally wrong and the fan arrives tomorrow. However the lack of order confirmation or receipt does not bode well.

Blaux personal fan 2, order no: [protected]
I placed an on-line order purchased of 2 sets of Blaux Personal Neck Cooling fans on 21/06/2020. It stated in the Order Confirmation email that the delivery of goods will take within 30 days. They will contact customer thru' email to update the delivery tracking numbers once the logistic service provider is ready to send out. Now, its already 04/08/2020, 45 days, there is still no reponse from Seller (already sent 4 emails to get them response to my purchased order). Not sure, is this a Scam or what, it seems like many people got cheated.

Ordered June 6, Received Tracking information on July 6 with tracing link. Link does not exist. Sent a follow message on July 26th that I had not received my product. received another message showing the same tracking info but again Tracking not found. Now Aug 3rd, after sending 2 emails and receiving canned messages I still have not received my products. Getting quite frustrated and ready to go back to Paypal and report fraud on this.
