Still haven't received the product OR SHIPPING INFO over a month later...

I ordered 1 Blaux Portable AC unit June 24, 2020 and paid thru PayPal. My account was charged within minutes. It is now Aug 3, 2020. I have not received the item, nor any communication at all from Strong Current Enterprises Limited. They have no phone# posted anywhere that I can find and when I send an e-mail to them on their posted contact information, it won't send.

This order arrived July 24, 2020. I had difficulty getting it boot up, and when I did get it to turn on, and charged the battery it only worked for a day then went dead, I have been charging the battery since then and it will only last for an hour or so. I am frustrated and feel I have been ripped off. I tried emailing but with no response from the company. Your help in this matter would be appreciated. Thanking you in advance

I bought this watch that is supposed to be so accurate and so great and it took forever to get here and it doesnt even work at all and company will not reply to any messages and I just want to get money back. I have two disabled kids and don't have much money and I bought this to try to help me stay healthier for them and then the watch doesn't even work and I need really need my money back and I will send the watch back please

22 may 2020 purchased a oshen watch from this company transaction no gl93393l431141135 paid through pay pal to this date never received the watch 01/08/2020. Bells are ringing scam big time. What a scam never again will I ever buy or support this company. Where's my money please return to me so it can purchase from a honorable company.

I purchased a smartwatch from this company. The quality of the item is terrible. The pulse rate monitor is way out. The fitpro app is not working which renders the watch useless. I have emailed the company several times to complain but have had no response. I also paid for a lifetime warranty. I wanted to return my item within the 30 day period but that has lapsed due to having no return emails from them. There are also lots of other complaints about this company. I don't know what to do next.

On 5/13/20 I placed 3 orders for the Oshen watches and paid $123.43 via paypal under Transaction ID: 4JN68855V46396400
The watches were intended for birthday gifts. Unfortunately the watches were received but none of them are working . The privacy policy page is in Chinese and I cant bypass the page which is asking for a response because I do not speak Chinese . This indicates that this is a development problem. I must return these faulty and damaged watches . Please advise with the return address and if a return authorization code is needed so that I ca n be refunded $123.43 as soon as possible

Do not buy! Mine came and was a cheap piece of plastic that didn't do anything. The cost to ship back is as much as the product - I'm sure that's exactly their intention. Unfortunately I did not pay attention to the fact it was coming from Hong Kong, so shame on me!
Shame on Strong Current for scamming people that desperately need neck relief.

Ordered june 17, 2020. As of this date, july 29, 2020 still have not received product ordered, however, money was charged from my account day was ordered ($98.84)
Want complete refund!
Have, as of today, checked out company and have seen nothing but complaints against this company for this product. Same complaint... People ordered, paid for and have not received product ordered even after 30 days or even longer!

I purchased Face Masks from the buybetterthanzero.com website on Facebook on the28th May 2020. They immediately took nzd 97.85 from my Bank account. I had a Confirmation of Purchase e.mail to say that I would be advised of Shipping and that the Order was being Processed. I have sent 2 e.mails -the first regarding the despatch of my order, then a 2nd e.mail asking for a refund as they were no longer needed due to having to purchase elsewhere after all this time. I tried to phone their Aus/NZ Customer support but the line is dead.

Order #[protected] dated Apr 11, 2020. This finally arrived on 7/24/20 almost 4 months after my order was placed. This is not as advertised in their video. Video makes it appear that it comes with its own remote NOT that it is controlled by a smart phone. A dispute has been made with PayPal for this and for the wifi booster. I sent numerous emails asking for shipping details and shipper never responded. No tracking info was sent to me. I was ignored and shipping was delayed so that a dispute could not be filed. I want my total for both items refunded to me.

Reading all these complaints sounds like I also got scammed by this stupid company. I purchased the blaux portable ac on 6/27/20, and as of today 7/27/20 there is no product, no confirmation and no refund. The money was taken from the paypal account almost immediately. The ad does not have enough information to verify the name of the company to check for any complaints (if that was available I would have abstained from buying this product). I sent a message to paypal to cancel my order, but they sent something back saying that I should contact the company first to check on the status of the product. Needless to say I could not find the number but there was a website to "communicate" with a person from the company. The immediate message and I received a response saying that because of the corona virus pandemic they are behind sending these products and basically to be patient. Consequently, paypal will not refund since there was "some contact" but I really feel i've been scammed!

Ordered 5 blaux portable units on july 4, using amx card. Charges totaling $259+ taken from my account on july 4, 2020. Today is jul 26, 2020 and no product has been received.. They don't have any phone numbers listed, no emails, I don't even remember submitting the order, after inputing my amx info and address I kept getting this pop ops asking to add this and that product to my cart and to purchase I didn't even click and I never got any massage that my order is submitted and no confirmation of any sort, I thought this is a scam and logged off but the next day I saw the charge on my amx and I had no clue who to call oremail about this and if I have any order details, I I called amx to file a dispute but these companies need to be stopped

In research I see that some of the watches come with a usb cable but mine didn't. The instructions are very limited. I cannot even find where the usb port is if it does have a port.
I have contacted strong current ent. Ltd. To return the watch and get a refund. So far no response.

I purchased the watch in early June. I finally received the watch in late July. I have been unable to do anything with the watch including turning it on. No address or phone number was provided. It appears that support after the sale in nonexistent.

The instruction are vague and incomplete. There are no diagrams or illustrations. The internet is just as confusing. I can't even be certain that the product being talked about when I find something about the OshenWatch is the product I purchased.

I found something this evening about a charger being supplied with the watch. If so, I did not receive one. The watch does appear to need something to power it up. I am going to wait long to get some help.

Since I have no contact information for the product, I went through PayPal to find a resolution. I paid $78.99, which I wouldn't have paid $5 at the Dollar Store. It took about two months to receive my order and it doesn't work for crap. Unfortunately, I didn't receive positive feedback from PayPal. PayPal said they would only dispute if the product wasn't as described. It wasn't! It's described as a "neck message," it's not!

I purchased a portable air conditioner from blaux ac.com which is part of strong current enterprises limited they said they would deliver in 30 days which is past they never sent me tracking information. I paid for this unit with paypal. It has been more than a month since being ordered. I live on a fixed income and am a senior citizen an loosing almost 100 dollars really sucks. Please refund my money.

I was sent an email with what looked like a nice watch that would provide some health benefits. When ordering in the process the order jumped from one to three and there were so many pop ups I hadn't noticed. The order went through automatically by PayPal.

I have since tried all possible methods to contact the company without a response. Also checking with PayPal I found many similar complaints. When trying to track the order number they gave me it doesn't exist.

I have raised a dispute with PayPal, but don't hold much hope. I'll also raise a dispute with my CC company. Any help greatly appreciated.

Ordered 2 blaux personal fans and paid through paypal 6/10/20. Called toll free number six weeks later and spoke to a woman not real fluent in english. After answering a few questions, she "read" me a reply which was a standard "sorry for the delay". I know she read this because she stumbled on a word and went back to pronounce it correctly. A few days after that, 7/22/20 I emailed customer service and have not heard back. I really wanted these items but am wondering if I should start a refund through paypal?
