I ordered one product of rs 1692 on 16 dec 2020. Order id is 16859. But I did not receive any product. Customer care number [protected] never responds. They are never available online. Nor they reply on emails. They just loots money from people and seat at their home.
I want refund for order id 16859.
Please help me to get it resolved. I want storeadda to receive call and say that they will refund.

The amount of rupees 1758 was deducted on 11.10.2019. The receipt has been received but neither the product is delivered till date nor any tracking details sent. Send the tracking details immediately .
The delivery was urgent and several messages to the company has been sent till date. The full payment has been done online and in case the tracking details is not received by today alternative actions will have to be made from my end. If you are not sending the parcel, refund the mentioned amount asap

I have placed order for a crop top lehenga and made payment on 9th April, i opted for stiching services as well as its quite urgent for me.i ordered this lehenga for my niece in US. I made a payment of Rs4, 767 for two sarees on 17 March 2019 on storeadda.com with order number 13738. I received an email immediately to confirm receipt of payment and informing that I will be updated with shipping details once the order is processed. Money has been debited out of my account but I have never received any shipping details. I have sent them numerous emails, tried contacting them on facebook, left messages on their website and on their chat platform but never once did they respond. There is also a chat platform on their website and even though I could see they were online and seeing my messages, they never responded. The phone number provided on their website does not work. I tried contacting the owner, Mr Vinod Mane on facebook and whatsapp (+91 9773536779) but he never responded. There is not even a way to ask for a refund. I have realized that the website is a scam to steal people money by making them believe that their purchase is genuine. The owner is only a big fraudster. I don't understand how the website has not been closed yet.
There is not even an email adress or a transaction ID. I don't understand why the website has not been shut down yet. The seller is just a fraud.
This is not true. I never received any refund despite the numerous requests I made to the seller Mr Vinod Mane. They are not only fraudsters but liars too.

After chasing many times on email, customer support, tried to phone ... ALL phones switched off. Not once has anyone contacted me. Tried tracking order, I might as well be in cuckoo land for what it is worth. I track orders as part of my job, I do not have a clue what this courier is. There seem to be a lot of orders 13422 (Order reference number given to me by the reference above) so what is happening here? Are Storeadda creating dummy orders? I wanted the goods as they were for my daughters wedding, now I just want my money back. I am an Asian in a foreign country, this conduct makes me feel ashamed to of my culture. What is all this about Vinod Mane?
