StoneDine Pan

I keep sending emails to this company to get a replacement and the emails are not going anywhere. Does anyone know what the correct email would be? I have tried four different emails I found on their website.

StoneDine covering peeling off

We bought this cookware about 4 yrs ago and use it like it called to do, only using plastic or wooden utensils. The center is peeling out and the out side is imposable to keep clean. We were very satisfied at first until this started to happen. I think they should be replaced. My wife is very unsatisfied right now.

I tried using their "Contact Us" form to ask them if the Stonedine cookware had PTFE's, but when I submitted I got directed to a page which stated there had been a server error. Does Stoneline contain any PTFE's? Has the FDA really approved these cookwares?
