Failure to Deliver
I ordered a roll of foil stickers for invitations for a client about to have her wedding. When I realized on the tracking that it had been delivered, I scoured my apartment and asked my neighbors if maybe they had received a package that wasn't theirs. I emailed sticker.com and asked for help to track this package. They gave me a link to my tracking and told me to check with my regular mail carrier. After calling and visiting the post office (which was a terrible experience and complete waste of time), I could not find this package. I emailed again asking if I could get a refund since I never received the package and they said it wouldn't be "fair" for them because the tracking shows that it was delivered.
What isn't fair is that I paid for a product that never reached my apartment, had to investigate at the post office, had to spend even more money and time to buy more stickers in the city, because the deadline was cutting close and I needed those stickers for a job.
I think after this experience the least you could have done WAS give me a refund. Will never order from this site again.
Never received merchandise
Stay way from sticker.com website Never order anything from here. They just get your money, email you a confirmation that they got your money... After that??? Nothing!
