Steve Schlafman Angel Investor Retreat GuruFunding international drug trafficking operations, involvement in data violations and witness tampering

A Jul 13, 2020 Review updated:

Steve Schlafmans Seed Venture named Retreat Guru was and is involved in data violations, witness harassment, witness tampering and maliciously defaming witnesses in police investigations and judicial proceedings.

Steve Schlafman was 'advised' to get a handle on the behaviour of his COO Deryk Wenaus, Schlafman sunk a million investment into a company violating substance laws. As a result people got arrested trafficking in banned substances and the troubles started.

Data Protection Canada got involved after Retreat Guru admitted the planting of tracking viruses and the gathering of data files without authorization. Deryk Wenaus COO had to plead for forgiveness after him and his people were caught with their pants down humiliating witnesses with malicious threats on their software platform.

Retreat Guru assisted offenders jumping bail on serious trafficking charges to post death threats, threats to murder before the police can help and pedophile slurs.

When Steve Schlafman was advised to apologize he was not interested, undercover agents caught the COO of Retreat Guru offering to talk about sharing data over video chat about police informants, severely embarassing Steve Schlafman and opening up his seed venture to a hefty GDPR fine.

Company Policy states that there is no need for threats and harassment or hate speech, in this case he thought differently and took the side of those threatening people with nasty reprisals, violence and being smeared online, or mocked as mentally sick or full of excrement was clever.

Deryk Wenaus was involved in threatening those helping police with broken legs or being put in a wheelchair. He smoked weed and drank Ayahuasca, helping people running from police to post death threats and threats to murder, his behaviour was supported by Steve Schlafman.

Steve Schlafman is on friendly terms with those involved in witness tampering, defaming witnesses in judicial proceedings (with malice) and those that violated Article 17 and 21 of GDPR.

Retreat Guru were taught a lesson when they realized things can actually be done about death threats and witness intimidation via their websites, namely that people can be arrested, Courts can hand down injunctions and restraining orders, family members can be arrested or questioned under police caution and Ayahuasca centres can be ramsacked by the police and the brew confiscated.

They were also involved in assisting offenders to publish threats of murder.

One individual, buddy of Deryk Wenaus of Retreat Guru, with full membership papers for several Ayahuasca Churches and facitator of centres raided by law enforcement, faces 12-15 years behind bars for aggravated drug trafficking amongst various other criminal charges including absconding from bail, threatening witnesses with being smeared as mentally sick peodophiles, making death threats, posting death threats and malicious defamation.

Deryk Wenaus, second CEO, brother of Cameron Wenaus had to apologize and ask for forgiveness, after first pretending his company was innocent, then pleading insolvency in the face of legal claims against the company for witness intimidation, malicious defamation and data violations including threats to plant viruses into peoples computers or have them smeared as mentally sick peodophiles.

The response of Retreat Guru was to post up links to threats of murder, claiming Shamans would be murdered before police can help, or have their legs broken and put in hospital.

Deryk Wenaus claimed it was justified in the name of his divine mission but he stopped laughing when cops started smashing doors in, handcuffing people, finding weed and dragging people before Court on charges of substance trafficking and threats to murder.

Retreat Guru was involved in fabricating sick lies about witnesses to Courts and allowed its platform to be used to maliciously harass, intimidate and threaten witnesses in criminal judicial proceedings.

Retreat Guru stopped laughing when the Courts in many countries used this matter to criminalize Ayahuasca once and for all.

Steve Schlafman leaned quickly that investing in the supply and sale of banned substances, deemed banned under criminal law, never pays, and was told to expect a serious GDPR fine for malicious data violations.

Retreat Guru assisted offenders jumping bail on serious trafficking charges to post death threats, threats to murder before the police can help and pedophile slurs.

The aggressor was hiding from police for trafficking, was an Ayahuasca facilitator of a Retreat Guru business partner, and they allowed the person to post more nasties, friends of Retreat Guru with their help taunted a witness claiming the police could do nothing about nasty peodophile slurs, in the same vein members of Ayahuasca centres using Retreat Guru claimed witnesses can be murdered before the police can intervene.

Deryk Wenaus arranged for people to post nasty defamation to discourage witnesses assisting police into their inquiries, Retreat Guru were named in applications for Court Injunctions to prohibit threats of witnesses on their website.

Then Retreat Guru allowed the facilitators of those involved to be nasty helping some to evade arrest.

Nasty in that matter meant data violations, privacy violations, being smeared as mentally sick, poked fun at, having false reports of pedophilia made to police and being murdered before the police can intervene.

One individual, a documented member of the Santo Daime Church with full membership papers, faces 12-15 years behind bars for aggravated drug trafficking amongst various other criminal charges including absconding from bail, threatening witnesses with being smeared as mentally sick peodophiles, making death threats, posting death threats and malicious defamation.

The behaviour was supported by Joanne Clark, Michelle Heinz and Deryk Wenaus of Retreat Guru.

Retreat Guru were referred to Data Protection authorities in Canada and the United Kingdom for data violations committed with criminal intent to tamper with witnesses in judicial proceedings and Deryk Wenaus was told to expect a heavy fine followed by insolvency.

Deryk Wenaus found the whole matter funny and arranged for people to taunt a Court Witness with over 300 counts of nasty humiliation whilst fabricating lies and telling tales of being bullied, and then got caught out offering to do a video chat to share data in violation of Article 17 and 21 of GDPR, privacy of witnesses in police investigations.

That breaking the law, with intent, includes the trafficking banned drugs and smuggling drugs on an international scale in defiance of the authorities, the Courts and the police, as well as obstructing justice and organizing the serious intimidation of witnesses, including threats of murder and violence.

In separate claims Deryk Wenaus at Retreat Guru was ordered to pay US $50, 000 in legal claims related to malicious defamation and witness tampering as well as to comply with Article 21 GDPR 2018, when he refused to pay and to be GDPR compliant, the coronavirus crisis struck and wiped millions off the value of his business. whilst the Courts banned ayahuasca in one country after another.

Several threats to murder and many instances of nasty witness harassment was also well documented, embarassing the Wenaus brothers and bringing an end to their work of creaming off the proceeds from the sale of banned substances.

Deryk Wenaus had to refund thousands and thousands of customers for cancelled bookings and beg for forgiveness in the face of GDPR fines, legal claims, insolvency and untold numbers of police actions.

It is the plain and ugly truth that Steve Schlafman invested in banned substances and ended up with a sullied reputation by a lack of investor leadership and control over his seed ventures, when offered to apologize showed no interest. He was told to expect to lose all of his investment in GDPR fines.

Joanne Clark of Retreat Guru was involved in blaming the wrong person for a police raid and lost her job, in part as she is a part of a large community of substance users that smoke weed and drink Ayahuasca, and have a reputation for breaking laws, claiming victim-hood and blaming innocent people for their problems whist trafficking in substances in defiance of the Courts.

Then future employers will have tough questions at interview when the facts of their roles in such behaviour are smeared on the web in response to innocent people being threatened with being smeared as mentally sick or taunted as deranged paedophiles to withdraw testimony in Court cases involving drug dealing and substance trafficking across borders as well as minors and drugs.

Those involved in the matter at Retreat Guru stopped laughing also once they realized the severity of the matter, no-one wants to be taunting those helping the police in their inquiries with threats of murder, peurile jokes or threats to smear people online. Then Retreat Guru allowed the facilitators of those involved to be nasty helping some to evade arrest.

Staff a Renana and indeed Retreat Guru found it funny and the evidence was forwarded to the police and the centre had to take down all their retreats, elsewhere cops started smashing doors in, handcuffing people, finding weed and dragging people before Court on charges of substance trafficking and threats to murder.

Retreat Guru are friends with those who believe humiliating witnesses to Courts is a laughing matter.

Many Centres stopped laughing when they had to close, The Sanctuary of Renana is closed, and several people went down for dealing in banned substances, including big bags of cannabis.

They stopped laughing when they realized that if you are involved in drug dealing, do not threaten people with being smeared or with violence and murder on the internet.

Retreat Guru thought it was funny that people can be humiliated but they stopped laughing when Retreat Guru had to cancel and reimburse bookings as a result of the troubles after the police started smashing doors in.

Deryk Wenaus was named in various documents and dossiers explaining his role in flouting Dutch law and setting up drug retreats in Holland in defiance of the Courts.

Deryk Wenaus ran into difficulties, difficulties of their own making compounded by foolishness at the hand of Retreat Guru as they fancied themselves as the new front for selling Ayahuasca retreats in countries where the activity is a criminal offence.

Retreat Guru were served with Section 5 notices, data privacy investigations, legal claims and were served with cease and desist letters advising them not to post murder threats or intimidate witnesses.

The behaviour was supported by Joanne Clark, Michelle Heinz, Cameron Wenaus and Deryk Wenaus of Retreat Guru.

Joanne Clark no longer works at Retreat Guru and was warned that future employers will have tough questions at interview when the facts of their roles in such behaviour are smeared on the web in response to innocent people being threatened with being smeared as mentally sick.

Joanne Clark was served with a cease and desist notice and was strongly advised to remove nasty threats posted up on Retreat Guru and to clean up her past history of involvement with drug traffickers being nasty.

Joanne Clark was advised to very quickly remove the nasty comments posted against witnesses or face tough questions from her new employees in January 2020 as to her involvement in illegal substances.

No-one involved in importation or the sale of banned substances on the internet wants to be remotely involved in threatening people with violence, or with being smeared online.

Retreat Guru, Joanne Clark and others in the company were involved in lying to cover up the truth about their involvement in threatening to cripple witnesses to Courts and then poking fun at them, slandering them as mentally sick and deranged.

Deryk Wenaus of Retreat Guru with help from his employees tried to fob off several witnesses in Court cases with threats, lies or tales of being wrongly victimized, they arranged for others to post nasty slander to try and shut up witnesses in Court cases or those helping police in their investigations in the importation and sale of illicit substances.

The one threatened with murder told Retreat Guru to stop posting nasty threats but was sneered at, (censored) at, called a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor)-bag as well as a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor) and told that he would be murdered, crippled or (censored) or labelled as a (censor) of (censor).

Joanne Clark was advised to apologize in June 2019 and remove the threats, she then tried to hide her LinkedIn Profile and then the response by proxy was that the witness to Court was a mentally sick peodophile, proof of her involvement in the behaviour of assisting in the sale and supply of banned substances and criminal behaviour is beyond dispute.

No-one in the world of corporate business wants to be assisting offenders on bail on serious trafficking charges to intimidate witnesses for fun or getting involved in the sale and supply of banned substances on the internet in direct defiance of the Courts.

She tried to lie and say she had acted to stop the behaviour, but that was not the truth. On her departure from Retreat Guru she used the opportunity to assist offenders to be very nasty indeed.

One individual, assisted by Retreat Guru to be very nasty, to the criminal standard, 351 counts of witness intimidations, faces 12-15 years behind bars for aggravated drug trafficking amongst various other criminal charges including absconding from bail, threatening witnesses with being smeared as mentally sick peodophiles, making death threats, posting death threats and malicious defamation.

Steve Schlafman stopped laughing when he realized how bad the matter was.

GDPR penalties and fines. The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) sets a maximum fine of €20 million (about £17.8 million) or 4% of annual global turnover – whichever is greater – for infringements.

Steve Schlafman stopped laughing when he found his seed venture Retreat Guru faced a GDPR fine of $ 4.4 million canadian dollars. USD $3.25 million, 3 times the original USD $ 1 million he sunk into Retreat Guru.

Steve Schlafman stopped laughing when Deryk Wenaus, recipient of the USD $ 1 million investment stated he was perfectly OK with losing thousands of dollars a month. It turned out Steve Schlafman was less than happy when he realized lawsuits and GDPR fines would take his Retreat Guru venture to the cleaners.

Steve Schlafman stopped laughing when he found his seed venture dug themselves into a hole called witness tampering in violation of criminal law, it blew up in his face, exposing him as a funder in Schedule 1 substances, prohibited under USA law, penalty 20 years in prison.

Steve Schlafman stopped laughing when he realized his ambitions to profit from the sale of banned substances went bad and he had to write USD $ 1 million off as a loss.
