Steve Madden Sandals

I was so exited to wear my sandals I wore them for the first time today 7/8/2021 for around an hour when I noticed blood on my toes finger because the Pearls of the sandals are sharp and that's how it made the cut. If you could please check the product I don't want the same thing happens to other people specially because I am a big fan of the Steve Madden brand

Steve Madden customer service / exchanges

Hello, my name is Vanessa. Here's my problem, I ordered some men shoes online I had to exchange the shoes for a different size as I go inside the store the two ladies were talking excessively before asking what they can help me with I explained to them I bought these shoes online I wanted to exchange them. The first thing one girl told me in a rude manner was " I need the receipts to make sure you bought them online " I answered I bought the shoes online but I have the order number and anything you need for me to exchange them the girl told me I can go check and see if they have the size I was looking for I checked they didn't have any I asked what can I do ? She told me I can choose another pair I said it was fine I grabbed another pair and was ready to exchange the shoes .I was told the shoes I was taking were less than the ones I was exchanging them for now I will be taking the shoes plus $20 worth of store credit as she printed out the receipt she told me all I needed to was sign . After she told me in a rude manner once again I just refunded you the money to the card you paid with online . I asked her I thought I was exchanging the shoes and even getting store credit back, she simply replied she can't void or do anything about it all I would have to do is call customer service . I asked to speak to the manager and she starts laughing simply says " I am the manager my name is Lesly " I told her that's not what I asked for why would she lie to me and waste my time when all she was going to do is give me a refund . All I wanted was to exchange the shoes I was so disappointed. This is the worst and first experience never have I had a problem . Not only did I just get a refund I had poor customer service and I was humiliated by the manager . I am a daily customer not once have I had such a terrible experience. I will be looking forward to hearing what can be done .

Steve Madden defects

Steve Madden likes to send used heels that are clearly returns to customers. I emailed customer service about the issue, but never got a response. Also I suggest you check your purchase for defects because a lot of Steve Madden heels has some sort of defect. I ordered seven heels, four of them had some kind of defect. One of the heels had an indention on the upper inside part of the heel. Another one had a small hole by the heel part. The other two Just looked like they were in a rush to make them. Either they are trying to cut corners or their quality control is terrible! For the price I'm paying, I would think it would be better quality!

Steve Madden kimmie black bandi

I bought these shoes for my granddaughter for school. She is a senior in high school. The first time She wore these shoes, and literally within the first hour, the entire sole fell off the cork and the rope was just dangling! Because She was away from home, She had to tape them together and was totally embarassed. When people asked her about the shoe, She told them...these are Steve Maddens and They cost $80.00. Ridiculous!

Steve Madden men's combat boot

I ordered these boots in June while I was out of country and when I received them in July, I enjoyed them for about 3 days before the zipper broke off and the sole started tearing away from the boot. Now after one more wear as you can see the entire heel is ripping off of the boot. I'm completely unsatisfied with the quality of the boots. What can be done to set this straight?

Steve Madden purse/backpack

I received this present for my birthday the beginning of June. June 2, 2019 to be exact. Two weeks later the zipper broke completely off, the back strap is coming undone and the seams have ripped. I do not have a receipt because as I stated, it was a birthday present. This is actually my favorite purse and I would like If someone could get back to me ASAP. Thank you very much in advance . I hope we can get this resolved in a timely manner

Steve Madden stecy black heels

Hi,

Over the weekend I had my grad and I wanted to wear your lovely stecy black heels. However mid walk up my strap around ankle came undone and my shoe almost fell off. I lost the black strap that goes around my ankle, it somehow must've fallen off ruining the look of my dress and as a result, grad night. As an avid shopper of Steve Madden I don't understand why the strap isn't attached to the shoe like mo? Without the strap this shoe is impractical and unrealistic to wear making it worthless. Where would I be able to get a strap without buying a pair of shoes?

Let's get this fixed.

Steve Madden sneaker

Bought Steve Madden sneaker at The Bay a year ago. Worn the sneakers a couple of times and noticed at back of shoe has silver Steve Madden symbol and it has come off. I tried glueing it and it didn't work. Now it is completely out and I have a hole in the back of the shoe. They still are fairly new and disappointed that I can't wear them as it looks bad. I would like to be compensated as this should not of happened. I have pictures I can show you wasn't sure how to upload them.

Steve Madden pumps

My fiancé bought a pair of black suede daisies size 7 1/2 from fingerhut, I have worn them 5 time just to church and I notice a walble so I took them to a shoe shop and they told me to get my money back that-the shank was broke, fingerhut would not let us return them and my fiancé of modest means was still paying them off, I would like a address so I can send them in to get a new pair.

Steve Madden issue with quality of the sandals

Dear Sirs,
I am disappoint that I got 2 pairs of Steve Madden on 24 Nov 2018 at Delhi airport and the sole material started peeling of after just one day of use of the model - Delicious Attached is the photo.

The other pair - Posyy, got so loose after one day's use that there is no grip on the feet and slips out .

The flats are very expensive and this is not the quality expected from a reputed brand like Serve Madden.

I would appreciate if you could send a replacement or give me a full refund on my purchase. Shall wait for your response before I post my reviews online.

Steve Madden customer service

Yesterday, 10/08/2018, around 8-8:30pm, I walked into the San Marcos, Tx outlet location. I was specifically looking for two items. The MOD (I'm assuming) did not greet us nor did she ask if we needed help. My husband and I proceeded to shop and he did not find what he was looking for. I was looking for handbags which were located behind the counter. I asked her to see one and she handed it to me, & turned her back for maybe 2 seconds, then turned back and asked me if I was ready to buy it. I told her I needed a few more minutes to think about it (I was still looking at it making sure it really would be of use to me) & she rolled her eyes and turned her back to me again. This was the worst experience I've ever had here. I constantly walk in and out of this location shopping & never have I ever had such poor, uncomfortable experience. I didn't even want the bag anymore so I left, and I don't know that I'd ever want to shop there again.

What a great associate Steve Madden has! I won't be going back, taking my business somewhere else. Thank you for taking your time, Steven Madden as always been my favorite store. After this day I won't be going back.

Steve Madden irenem black suede shoes

Hello,
I always buy my shoes from Steve Madden and I normally love them.
But these pair of shoes are absolutely horrible.. they dye my feet black everytime I wear them
& it's so hard to get rid of the black stain on my feet. Not impressed at all and it's very disappointing to pay 120$ for shoes that do this to me and it's also embarrassing to take my shoes off because my feet are so black ..

Steve Madden broken strap

I bought these shoes on May 21st, 2018 at the outlet Steve Madden store in Woodstock, GA. Recently after I had bought them several of my friends the had bought the same pair of shoes and the back strap broke off so easily. On June 24th, 2018 barely a month since I had bought my pair, the back strap broke off while I was attending a baby shower. I then proceed to call the outlet store I got them from and a lady told me I could get a refund If I kept the receipt. Considering I bought them a month ago AND they were $88.00 I thought I was getting my money`s worth I did not keep the receipt. I am very unhappy with spending $88.00 on a pair of shoes that was made so poorly. I also have realized the product has been taking down from the website, which means that you are aware of this continuing issue with this product and not informing ones who have purchased them.

Steve Madden sandals

Purchased 5-12-2018, worn one time to my son's graduation. After less than 6 hours of wear and less than a half a mile of wear this is how they look on the inside. Such a disappointment, I guess I should have spent $30 and purchased the Birkenstock sandals. I am asking for my money back, store won't give it and they are virtually unwearable at this point. $70 for a pair of sandals I got to wear one time is a little ridiculous for me, I work very hard for my money.

I buy your shoes all the time and I never had an issue I gotten a pair of your shoes as a gift I say 2 years ago and I didn't get a chance to wear them so today I decided to as I'm walking I fell down and hurt my hand to caught the fall... I love Steve Madden accessories and shoes
But my experience in the store was terrible
As my daughter and I walked in we experienced shoes all over the place.. On the floor.. And on counters and displays, we couldn't even tell what was the trend or clearance or displays... As we Asked for help from a manager (don't recall names) she seemed to be worried about trying on shoes herself and she went to back of store and didn't make it back out.. along came another member of management (store manager) trying on shoes as well. She didn't even ask for help.. She didn't even
smile Very unprofessional and not willing to help customers find their trends ..i never complain but this was a little to much. Didn't seem that they wanted to sell or much less be there, But shop themselves with a mess thru out the store.. I understand there's things to do but not talking or welcoming customers is to much .. Steve Madden gift card use

Rec'd a gift card for my b-day... I quickly learn that Steve Madden online has an IT "glitch" that will not allow you to use your gift card, and they have no idea when this internal error will be fixed. This information is per "chat" and their 888smadden csr svc dept. Jim (who does both their chat line and 888 line) says... "so sorry... it won't work... oh, and no refunds". The nearest store to me is 75 miles away. Ya just can't make this up! You would think that a multi million dollar company would do what is best for the customer... instead of the almighty dollar. Mr. Madden needs to come down from is ivory towel to see what is happening with the common folk who work very hard for their dollars. He needs to put these customers (who make him millions) first. If YOU have a "glitch" on your end Mr. Madden, do the right thing and refund the gift card at the very least, until YOUR GLITCH IS FIXED. This is pathetic.

Steve Madden refund

Got a gift card for my birthday. Go online see a freebird boot... hit the chat button to ask if I can use my gift card for Steve Madden freebird. Chat with Jim.. he tells me... Oh, we have an IT glitch... can't use your card online. So sorry. WHAT? I call the store where my daughter bought the card (cherry hill, nj).. Tamara is not aware of glitch.. and she confirmed no glitch with her IT guy. Tells me to call 888smadden. Got JIM! He tells me yeah, we've had this glitch for several months.. oh, and won't do refund. And suddenly fusconnected. Call back get Meghan.. shes willing to do a work around. ARE YOU KIDDIN ME?!?! DO NOT BUY STEVE MADDEN. THEY ARE NOT FOR THE CUSTOMER. ONLY THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR. I am so angry at this poor display of customer abuse. It's a shame. Mr. Madden needs to rethink customer satisfaction and what rules should be in place when there is a "GLITCH" on his companies end.
