Steak 'n Shake

My husband and I went to eat food was terrible mange would not come out and speak with us one if the server's told us to take a walk I can't believe it I will never go back I'm just never had that kind of experience at all I cannot believe that we were treated that rudely I'm working this industry and the number one rule if a customer wants to speak to a manager walk out and see what that customer was I don't care how busy you are you take the time to take care of your guests it's a shame didn't even get to eat my dinner

Brought my daughter and her friends to this location to celebrate the last day of school. When we got there we waited at the wait stand and all servers had glanced over at some point and saw us standing there. After about 5-6 minutes someone decided to seat us. That was after I saw her pick up three clean glasses with her fingers inside them to fill them with drinks. After we were seated she still was not that pleasant took our order dropped our food and didn't see her again until she dropped off our check. As we were eating we looked around and saw nothing but filth. Floors tiles and walls were very dirty. Glass covered in ginger prints and the ceiling vents covered in large amounts of dust. Booths with food stains and grease all over them. Just plain nasty. After owning a restaurant we seem to notice a lot of issues that most people don't. There is no reason why this restaurant doesn't get a good cleaning at least once a week. Maybe you should try some new General Management someone that would care for this place as if it was their own.
