I have never knowingly subscribed to Starz or viewed one of their films. They have been charging me twice a month since June. First two months I reported it to my bank as fraud and cancelled the debit card but Starz keep charging. I’ve emailed them and they asked for further information but ignored my 5 replies and closed down my case. If you look at the advice on their website they put the onus on you to log on (how do I do that if I don’t have an account?) or find out through which channel you subscribed (eg Amazon or Google) which is impossible.

Fraudsters.

What in the world is going on with Starz Western Channel ? Did you sell all your catalogues of the great classic westerns you used to show ? The current programming of the past few months has been absolutely HORRIBLE ! The TV series shows are fine but where do you find these terrible movies ? "Gold" ? Really ? That is one of the worst movies I have ever tried to watch. There is no plot to this story and there are probably twelve words of dialogue in the entire movie. And then there's Flickers...what a dumb movie. And then, you show the same movies over and over and over again. Who is in charge of the programming ? There's a few other movies that are horrible... Brimstone ? What a demented and twisted story. Do you really consider this entertaining ? And when did Kenny Rogers become a western icon ?

Can you please try to show the real classic westerns with real stars ? And maybe some movies that actually have a plot and some entertainment value.

Starz selection is a repeat of some of the worst movies. The same westerns over and over again. I remembered looking forward to tuning to Starz Western Channel #160 but it has gotten awful over the past year with no good movies and no improvements in cite. What has happen? Gladly, INSP has improved. Come on Afinity/Comcast, there are such a wide selection of excellent movies out there, please, please go back to your selection years ago. Thank you. An unhappy customer.

The western shows suck Yankees farfir is not a western and neither is flicka or by dawns early light they suck, I believe the starz western is trying to lose customers their movie prove it, whoever programs to show them needs to be fired immediately, I have called to complain, but you never get a real person to complain I've been paying for their terrible shows for years so my local channels shows much better westerns Than starzs westerns so I am canceling the pay channel, 0 customer service, good riddens

I have never really scrutinized my bank account before. On June 2, 2023 while paying other bills, I noticed a charge for STARZ. I have had STARZ twice, one was a free trial that the subscription ended on July 21, 2021 and another through the Roku Channel which subscription ended on July 15, 2022. One year later I am still being charged, why is that? This is theft and I am planning to file a complaint against them through BBB. Over a years time I have been charged $108.00 this is wrong on so many levels. I have proof that I cancelled. Is there anyone at this company to contact for a refund?

The Pp is really bad on roku tvs. I was told it's my internet that I got a TV that is meant for people on budget and that they will not be changing the quality on the app anytime soon. They don't like that I complained about the quality and they told me they would be more than happy to cancel my account. So instead of reporting how bad the quality is to their team they prefer to tell their customers what they buy to stream on isn't up to starz standards for streaming.

I was paying for Starz and I was not aware of it. I was told I had paid since 2021. I only uses Starz for a short time. I'm 65 yrs. I didn't cancel, obviously. I found out 03/22/2023 from my credit card I rarely use the card. I wish to cancel immediately. Im hoping that

We pay a lot of money to get specific access to Encore Western Channel (Bundle Package from DirectTV). What has happened to the great classic movies in the evening hours and late night and early morning programming? I like the Classic TV Westerns in the Afternoons, but now I am seeing them at night and early mornings, what is going on? Where have the classic movies gone? Soon I will cancel my subscription to the StarZ Encore Channels which will significantly reduce my monthly DirectTV bill!

How is “I Saw the Light” Hank Williams story a Western? Come on maybe you need a Programming Staff shake up. I can see all the Classic TV Western Classics on none pay DirectTV bundle package.

Have never ever ever been a subscriber to stars I suddenly have had 3 charges to my debit card and can not successfully connect with them as they continue to charge me what the heck is going on with this company I am declaring fraud

I've never watched a Starz program anywhere/anytime including Amazon Prime.

My "watch history" on Amazon Prime, confirmed I had not watched a Starz program in the past months.

Additionally, I never received an email or notification that I had joined a free trial and I would be charged after a trial period. (Of course I also checked my junk/spam folders - nothing from Amazon re: Starz trial or subscription).

Inexplicably, my Visa was charged "Amazon Channels" for $6.77.

I did receive a refund after disputing the charge, but that is not the point.

Seems to be something shady between Starz/Amazon Prime Video, especially when you do a simple google search for Starz and unauthorized charges.

Seems like fraud to me. So easy for these company's to charge your credit card and hope you don't notice.

I pay for channels 351, 352, 353, 354, 355, 356, 357, 358 and 359. They are not great but they are mine. I can't understand for the life of me, why "ending" content is being cut off to show commercials. I love the music at the end of movies. I often watch the credits to remember actors' names. Today Starz and Encore actually cut off some bloopers at the end of "Life," with Eddie Murphy.

Here's an idea: if Starz and Encore absolutely must show a commericial: Why not put the movie on pause, show the commercial, and then resume the movie fully in tact? Or why not wait till the movie is over like everybody else?

I don't appreciate people telling me what content is important and what content is expendable.

The western channel use to have a variety of western shows, such as gene autry, hopalong Cassidy, etc.., now it’s a trash channel of repetition! Their screwing the customers by the amount of repetitive movies they show! We pay extra for the western channel! Only to watch the same damn movies for months on end? You must be saving a hell of a lot of money by boring us with the same ol [censored] day in and day out! Every other channel has a significant amount of variety compared to the western channel! It’s like eating the same [censored] every day for life?

Stop screwing your customers so you can save money! So provide a product worth the money we pay for this channel! the western channel has hit rock bottom with your wextern channel fans!

On july 16th 2022, around 17h55 EST. Broadcast is plagued with green frames appearing between regular frames while watching John Wick: Parabellum. This is not the first time this occurs during other movies.

My TV is a LG CX 65" and I used the LG Amazon Prime app.

I’ve had Starz for years now and your programs have really gone down hill. The only show worth watching now is Outlander.

you guys are simply awful as far as customer service. Specifically when i decided to do the year it was only because clearly stated you will not be billed this amount until your cycle of [protected]. so in essence by going ahead and selecting the choice you punished me by taking away a promotion that you very well know was discounted. it is disgusting that you chose not to honor my discounted rate and provide me with the agreement that clearly was stated was stated and then your resolve is to refund the year AND not honor my previous discount of service. No starz company holds strings and treats customers horribly.

I never signed up for a subscription in December and cannot seem to cancel it! When I try to sign in using my email address it says it doesn’t exist. Same thing happens when I request a password reset. Hmmm…now how is that exactly. I have numerous sent emails but NO responses, ever! This is robbery by any other terms.

I have even tried to call but only get a computer voice and NO options to speak with a real human. What is up with this company. This is not good business practice, ever!

I contacted STARZ last month telling them they were charging my credit card for a subscription we never ordered. They said they would reverse the charges and stop the charges. They did NOT do either one.

So I tried to call them again, and their stupid phone system says push "0" to talk to a person, but it just replays the message when you click "0".

If I had actually ordered their service I would definitely cancel!'

So my only choice was to email them. So when they don't respond to my email, I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I have paid to watch tv since I was 20. I am now 66. Since you took over so many channels, especially the western channel, you play the same things over and over and over again. Never have i been so disappointed in services. Please watch what you are showing.

I have had Starz for many years and I’m very angry that you will no longer be showing Audie Murphy’s movies. I have no way of getting them from Sony.

There are many people from the Audie Murphy fan base that are cancelling Starz.

Starz has been charging me $8.99 since November 2021. I even got a new debit card so how the charges appear on all my old accounts as well. I've been getting billed at least 3-4 times in a month. Even the month of February I got charged 4 X.

I'll have to cancel my subscription to Starz. You have purposely connected old accounts. None of those old accounts had my new debit card number.

Please fix this issue asap. I'm notifying my bank about this fraudulent charge.
