I cancelled my free subscription way beforejan 17 and today is feb 18 and my account shows I was charged $8.99 for this app. Refund my money now and cancel the account ! I will call the bbb if my money is not back into my account. This is stupid you should have a number we can call for dumb stuff like this ! I just want my money back for the months i've been charged when I cancelled the free subscription already.

Starz Entertainment a charge to my credit card

Hi my three yr old accidentally subscripted to starz and charged me after the seven days of me not knowing he done it I canceled the subscription the day the money was withdrawed from my bank is there a way to get a refund since I haven't used the subscription for the month it's charging me for plz or if there's somewhere I can contact someone where I can have it done

My starz subscription was cancelled with amazon. apparently this is a separate starz entertainment thing. they have continued to charge my account. I have called my bank to dispute and put a stop payment on my account. This is fraud and has to stop. I tried to call and no answer or long hold times. Please complain so this can stop.

Starz Entertainment starz streaming service

I have had the steaming service for almost a month now and I went to try to get on it and I keep getting an error message and it shuts itself off and tries to reload the app and it will do that over and over with no luck what's going on with your app I love the app but if it is going to keep acting this way on me I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription

Starz Entertainment movie + tv shows streaming

I subscribed to the online Movie streaming network called StarzPlay on March 2016. There is an offer that allows new users to try the system for a month without any money being paid upfront. It clearly read as 'Money will not be deducted' if I cancel the subcription before the last day of the trial period. As I did not like their service, I unsubscribed the package before the last day and I received the confirmation email from their system (trail mail below for your reference) stating that the unsubscription has been successful and I will not be charged.

On April 27th I received the below message from my Dubai First credit card stating that USD 7.99 has been deducted form my account.

Dear Customer, you made a Purchase of USD 7.99 at STARZ Play, [protected] using card: 0003. Avl. limit AED XXXXXXX
April 27 2016

I wrote to starzplay on the same day and informed them. I received a generic reply from their automated system that day. On May 1st (after 3 days) I received a follow up message stating the issue is still under investigation. Then on May 2nd I received a message stating that the case is resolved. They said the money will be refunded. However they did not mention how long it would take.

I wrote to them asking when I would receive my money back to which they gave me no clear answer. It is 4 days past their last message and I have no clue about when I will receive my money back.

As a consumer I feel cheated as they took money from my credit card in the first place when they advertised that they will not do and secondly they didn't care to give me any clear date as to when I will get my money back.

I still have not received my money back even after 20days

I signed up for starz on 11/11/23 . On 11/12/23 I saw two charges on my bank account. Why did this happen? There are charges of $5.34 for account #0 [protected] 1 5815 also on the same day there is of $8.56 for account #0 [protected] 1 5815. The two charges came at the same time.

Product doesn't work right. They have no solution, no ETA for the fix, they start off pretending that nobody else is having the problem. No accomodations for your inconvenience.

Why was I charged 17.99 for Starz Entertainment when I have a 6 month subscription? Please remove this charge from my credit card. The charge was made on July 14, at approximately 9:30 pm

The series power book 2 was last seen on 5/26/2023. Why are you stretching this series out. It's not on again until6/14/2023. Why make people wait that long to watch more of the series. If it's on every Friday at 8pm. Then show it every Friday at 8pm until series done.

Pvalley- I saw no new episode yesterday. Why? Article stated giving viewers a break. Well, first of all I am on a special deal for 3.99 per month right now for Starz. We do not need a break! Just show every week as planned! I am so mad about this! Work on BMF! P- valley 7/17 Non Air date.

Why do you play Hopalong Cassidy so much every weekend? Too much! Play some of the old western movies and TV shows like you do during the week. Weekend comes, I want to watch various old westerns, not just Hopalong.

I never ordered stars.com by I've been charged on my bank account $5 in may June & July and $8.99 in August September and October so I want a refund for the $41.97 that you're changing my account. I already have STARZ on my cable spectrum. I can't afford to pay for it with the cable company and this
