Staples delivery

I ordered a sauder carson forge corner computer desk (order no. 5415532149) on may 22 and was supposed to receive it june 11. It has now june 17 and my emails are not acknowledged nor are my visits to the local store yielding any results. Checking my orders in my staples account shows either "processing" or "out for delivery", it depends. It's bad enough having to wait for delivery that may never happen but the silence on the part of staples is bordering on criminal. Desk is not even an option in your "category" drop down menu below as they are not sold in stores but only online.

Staples refund visa gift card. received a already used gift card

I returned a computer and was told a gift card was the only way to get the refund. It took almost 4 months to receive the card. When I went to use it only had $26 on it. The refund was suppose to $500. The card had already been used before I received it! I opened a case #001181527. After a investigation I was told they could not replace the value of the card. How am I responsible for the security of the card before I even received it?

Staples tv ad plays too loudly

I was in Staples today, in Middletown, CT, using the self-serve copiers. There was a tv playing a continuous loop of an ad showing some kind of wipe-on the film to put on a cell phone. It was really loud.

I asked a clerk to have it turned down, because it was hard to concentrate with the volume so high. He asked his manager and was told "it could not be turned down." The manager didn't even come out to see how loud it actually was during the 45 minutes I was there. Two clerks remarked how loud the ad has been since Sunday (3 days). I was working at a copier 25 feet away from the tv, and could barely concentrate on what I was doing.

I later went to another Staples, the one in Wallingford - because the Staples copy Center in Middletown was only staffed with one person - and the same ad was playing. I waited for my order at the same distance as the first store, and the tv was not blaring.

No one listens to or watches this ad. The only benefit being derived is Staples taking the ad money from the film company. I think it says a lot that the manager or whoever stated it couldn't be turned down in Middletown could care less about customers' and the work staff's comfort.

Staples office order delivery

5/24/2018 an order was placed for $178 worth of office supplies.
Once the order was not recieved in a week on 05/31/2018 I called at 3:30 and spoke with jeno arciosa who informed me it would be delievered by 5pm that day, he also informed me that a driver attempted to deliver on tuesday - which is completely untrue. Our office was open the full day and we did not close early or close for lunch. He then informed me the truck delivery ran late on wednesday and that's why a delivery attempt was not made wednesday, yet i'm not sure why we would not have already been a priority since we did not recieve our order on tuesday. This is after 20 minutes arguing with jeno after he thought we were a bank after I stated our business name, purchase order number, order number, and customer number, at least 4 times. At 5:15pm I called again and was told by chris that our order would be delievered before 6 after he spoke directly with the carrier after placing me on hold. At 6:05pm I called again and spoke with nichole r who told me after insisting that it would be delievered by 7 (which I stayed until 7:15 and no delivery was attempted) that our account would be credited for the items we did not recieve, which we still have not recieved anything. I then asked her if I have to go to the local walmart and buy the supplies we've been waiting on for over a week for now if they were going to reimburse us and she stated that they would. Now today, 06/01/2018 as of 10:13am we still have not recieved our supplies. When we called again at 9:30am and spoke to mark he promised our order would be here by 1, and stated nichole had put a note on our account that our order was to be marked as 'missing' which he explained we would not recieve any credit for, which is another job.
This is ridiculous. This is a business, and we are a business. We have never had to wait more than 48 hours. I understand there was a holiday weekend. If someone had been straight forward and honest with us from the start we would have made accomdations. What is not appreciated is being lied to and promised empty things multiple times by staples shipping employees, on top of that having the carrier lie and say we were not here for him to deliver, when we stayed past our closing time to give him the opportunity to deliever them. This needs to be address and fixed immediately. [protected] opt 2

Staples americans with disability act, use of free wifi, staples on main st in the city of orange ca

I ma involved in serious litigation and I use the Staples above for copying court pleadings, scanning documents and the free WI FI for electronic court filings.

Because of an airplane crash I am permanently disabled having crushed my back in three places. As result sitting in an office chair is painful. My vehicle is set up so I can work and recline at the same time. By parking in front of the store I can use the Public Wi Fi.

For unknown reasons this bothered the store manager who called the police and had me leave the parking lot. As I was doing nothing illegal and I do get some consideration in dealing with my disablility I think my rights have been vioalated by the Store Manager and his has exposed your company to litigation under the ADA and bad PR. Please resolve this issue and advise me of your actions. Thank you.

Staples customer service

I went into this Staples to get toner for my printer. During my time in the store not 1 employee acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. When I went to check out the employee Denzel never acknowledged me during the full transaction. He was texting on his phone the whole time from the time I walked up until the time my receipt started printing. I thought when he gave me my receipt I might receive at least a "have a nice day" nope I got to hear Denzel talking with an employee 2 counters over about not making him work the front by himself. I was not angry but flabbergasted at the lengths it seemed Denzel went to NOT acknowledge customers. This behavior is why I shop online more often then not.

Staples employee

I have a complaint about an employee Joseph A Williams who works at 6400 Hollister location who missed a few days last week because he was arrested in the way to work for possession of marijuana and an assault charge with impeded breath he has contacted me from staples and is not supposed to I had no idea you accepted those backgrounds and failed drug tests I have attached pictures

Staples employee

A staples employee named Tim was unprofessional and prejudice towards me and threatened to bodily harm to me. Staples located at 315 park avenue south Manhattan, New York 10010. The employee stated that his girlfriend would wash me and that he gets off a 9:00pm if want to do something. I am sure the establishment has cameras that video everything. It can be seen and heard.

Staples rewards

I gave in around 6 empty ink cartridge so I can get money to buy some things in staples. I was told by a employee that the only way to get money back is to buy a ink cartridge. I waited until I used up my ink at home and then went o go buy a new ink. I was told by another employee that he doesn't see anything and to call 1800 customer service. I called the number he provided and the lady who I spoke to told me it has to be over 30.00 for the ink order for me to get 2.00 back each empty ink I gave in. She told me all the empty cartridge is expired. I was so upset I spoke to multiple employee everytime I gave in my empty cartridge and was never told that it will expire and I would have to buy a ink that's over 30.00 for me to get any money back. I'm a long time customer and the policy was not explained to me correctly. This is totally unacceptable I got a coupon from staples so that's why I got a ink for 24.00 not knowing the fact there was a price limit to get money back. I do not want to go buy another cartridge for no reason This is very upsetting please address this issue.

I had the same experience at a different Staples store. I have turned in countless amounts of ink cartridges and have made the qualifying purchase of over $30.00 but the credit is never there for me to use. I have finally figured out that Staples is banking on the customer forgetting they submitted the ink cartridge and not coming in on time to get credit. Who in their right mind thinks that every minute of our lives, we are thinking about the Staples program so they get their credit before it expires? I’ve read Office Depot is the same and they get away with it! It is all a scam! Here’s a genius idea office supply stores...I’ll take .50 for each cartridge at time of purchase. Yes, you read it right!

Staples salesperson

On 2-4-18 at 2:45 we bought a hp laptop with protection plan from your roseburg Oregon store.The tech who sold it to us was very nice at the time of sale but he had told us that it was a touch screen when it wasn't.my wife called to complain but the tech argued with her and said he told us.he did offer us to take it back but we had already set it up and as it turned out we liked it.i just thought it was important for you to know how your sales people are acting for a business that runs on word-of-mouth sales that maybe he'll be a little more professional or at least pretend the customer is always right .anyway I just thought you should know thank you Jim pielick

Staples use of limited time on computer for printing information

On friday february 2, 2018 I went into the staples location at 3675 Marketplace Blv. atlanta, ga to print a copy of my insurance card and a few pages of my car insurance coverages .after loading five dollars onto a staples card i only got 2 copies of the insurance card and no documents.I then went over to the checkout and loaded another ten dollars onto the card only to find out that my time was just about over.I typed as fast as i could to print out my documents to find that my my ten dollars was just about gone.This is a total rip off.I feel that people should be charged a reasonal rate for the amount of time spent on the computer but, not what you currently charge.I will not be using this service EVER again.Fifteen dollars for just a few sheets of paper.Totally a waste...

Staples I am complaining about the service that we received from staples at gateway in springfield or

We both 2 monitor, a desk and a chair on January 19, 2018.My husband decided that he didn't like the monitor's so he returned them back yesterday 2/2/2018 He told The cashier that he wants to return it and that the card that we used to purchased the item was closed because we are on a process of changing banks and on top of that my husband forgot to bring the receipt with him since he forgot the receipt the cashier said they cant give him cash for it as he go along the process the cashier called somebody (I assumed told them what's going on)because she's doesn't have an option to do big purchased return (a little over $200) or something along that line.The lady who come and was helping him was awefully very rude (A lady with a tongue piercing) saying it was purchased a month ago which is not true, when my husband said it wasn't purchased a month ago and it's only been less than two weeks she was even more rude.She processed the return with a gross attitude not giving us an option to go back and bring the receipt which we have for an easier refund. She processed it through the card which is now close and wait till the bank denies the refund and then the corporate will mail us a check we have to wait 14 days which is not problem but this lady was so rude didn't even give us a receipt or any proof that we will get a refund and it will take this long or blah blah blah.All she showed is we are trying to just take money from the store.BAD SERVICE.

Staples staff at staples 2335 dixwell ave hamden ct 06514

I was shopping at store on evening of 1/20. I wanted to ship something internationally. The Clerk Lexi advised me to get a box from aisle 2, I returned and she proceeded with assisting me. She then attempted to find my information in computer system but was unsuccessful. I informed her that I had mailed items a year ago from the same location and that these items were going to Germany. She said she didn't think they shipped internationally and questioned if I had shipped from the store. I reiterated that I had. She asked that I enter my info in computer and walked away. When I called out to her Melissa came over to tell me they no longer ship internationally. I questioned why I hadn't been told that and why she asked me to enter my info into the computer. I asked to speak with manager and Melissa said she was a manager but did nothing to assist me. I started to leave asked male staff for Store manager contact info and he had me speak with Le. As I started to tell her what happened Melissa came from the other side of store to where I was which made me very uncomfortable and I asked her to exit so I could speak with LE but LE took exception to me doing so. I did not have conversation with LE as a result. I have my suspicions on why I was treated that way and it is deeply troubling. I obtained the Store Manager's info but will not call him. Staples customer service

I went to buy papers for printer and when I was paying I said hi to the register and the girl who was charing she didn't say anything to me. And after I finish paying I said thank you. She didn't even said nothing. That's make me feel so bad. Like she doesn't have manner. She's not a Customer service employee what can make other not to go buy anything from staples.

Staples poor customer service

Just visited the Location in Cartersville Ga. Let me say will NEVER go there again. I was at the register waiting to check out. And noticed that an employee was thanking customers for visiting the location which made me pay attention because these days its not the norm. He bided farewell to 3 customers leaving. So as i was leaving i going to complement him until i didn't receive the same upon leaving. Very disappointing to say the least. Won't be shopping at staples at all anymore. Cashier as well seemed to HATE his job! Didn't greet me upom checkout, as i handed him my payment he took it and laid it on the counter. In closing then when he gave me my change said have a nice day! I hope all staples ops are not this way. PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR TALENT!

Staples not satisfied

I work as an office manager and recently I looked for a supplier of office stuff.
Decided to try Staples because I liked the variety of products.
Unfortunately, I regretted I dealt with them because they brought me several troubles.
First of all, I order stuff every month and I have a special budget for that. Any delays are undesirable, staff needs stuff :)
I don't know what kind of problems happened but they rescheduled the delivery twice. It's not appropriate, so I will never order from them again.

Staples service from employee

Always go to the same store and never have an issue. I went to go buy a ink for my copy machine, and there was a curtain one i was looking for but couldn't find. I asked for help and when i found an Employee which i believed her name was Natalie, Natasha or Natalia. But after i asked her not only was she rushing me but when she was taking long to come back i found her on her phone somewhere else and that was so unprofessional cause she never got back to me either. Someone else was able to help me out. The store #1778 on 18591 S Dixie Hwy, Cutler Bay, FL 33157.

Staples customer service

In Oct. 2017 I purchased copy paper that offered a rebate, I filled out the rebate information and a few weeks later I received the rebate card. On Nov. 30th I logged on and placed an order - I followed all of the steps and it accepted my rebate card as payment, after I hit submit the prices on my order increased by $24.00. I called Staples and asked what happened. The agent said "well you must have entered something wrong" nice - blame the customer. She cancelled my order and she reordered everything I had ordered and after she submitted it the prices went up, no she cant say anything because the same thing happened! She tries to do this once again and the same result, she tells me she will cancel the order and call me back after talking to a supervisor, no longer than an hour. I never heard back from her so the next morning I come to work and open my email and I have an email from staples saying my order will be delivered the following day - now I am pissed, it charged my staples card the full amount - no rebate card was used and it was for the inflated $24.00. I called staples again - I was transferred four times and finally I get a lady on the phone who tells me she cancelled that order - my account will not be charged - she then tries to place my order and use my rebate card and she tells me it has a zero balance. She tells me that it may take 3 - 4 hours to get the money back on to the card. The next day I logged on to check the balance on my card and it said $79 - the original amount so I figure I will go into the staples store and bypass all of the [censor] of ordering on line. I drove the 45 minutes to the store - collected all of the things I needed to order and when I checked out the lady (very sweet) says im sorry this card has a zero balance. She tried for 30 minutes to get someone on the phone to help, finally she get a manager on the phone, Monica #00288, she was such a rude and unprofessional person, stating that there was nothing she could do and I would just have to wait until the money was returned to the card. It has now been 2 weeks and the money is still not on my rebate card. I have cancelled our business account and will NEVER buy anything from staples again. I will also make sure our co-op knows how bad this companies customer service is.

Staples employee

Lead driver In Houston by the name of Ben Page is high on the job daily. I think his boss is aware and does nothing about it. Drug testing him won't do anything becsuse he knows his way around the system. Staples is unaware of who they hire to represent their company. I've tried to make several attempts to the company concerning him but I still see he is working there so I guess they really don't care.

Staples no service bad service

I had the unfortunate pleasure of trying to do business with you Sonora CA store on 11/1/2017 about 2 pm in the afternoon. I entered the store found a employee with another customer and waited till he was finished with them. I told the young man, a huge fat guy with a bad haircut and told him I needed a ribbon for my adding machine that I bought there.

He asked me what it looked like and I said I didn't know. I had the make and model number with me and told him I purchased the machine there. He told me it didn't matter, I needed the old one.

Are you kidding me ?. Who in their right mind would haul the old tape to the store. I asked if there was a way to look it up by book or computer, again I was told no.

Now I am not a happy camper. This person has to be the worst laziest employee you have in the store. Needless to say I left in a huff.

As I returned to work I did a search when I got back to my office. Casio DR-210TM ribbon and the #1 search result was Staples and the ribbon I needed.

I called and talked to the manager that was on duty and was less help than the first person at the store.

I have been self employed as a Auto shop owner for the past 37 years and know about good customer service. There isn't any at that store.
