This person joined a group which acts as a go between for poker players.
The system allows you to ask for backers to stake you into tournaments or to play sets of s'n'g tournaments.
You say the amount you wish to be staked and the percentage you will give to backers.

If u give stakeback + a percentage you will keep a bigger share of the winnings.(ie the stakers money back as soon as you make that amount then a share of any profit above this figure)
If u do not give stakeback you will take a lower share of the winnings.

Before you open a B.A.P (buy a piece) you pay a fee.
The rules explain if your bap does not fill you lose the fee.

Normally players start with small baps and as they can show higher rois(return on investments) more backers are prepared to back you at higher levels. Plus people also know you are an honest player who pays back the share of winnings to the backers.

Would u put money up to a player with no record at the site or no proof that they will pay winnings to the backers and at unrealistic percentages.

That is what this person did.

I notice that person does not even have the integrity to put their player alias up.

If this was some sort of scam why is it accepted by Pokerstars and Full Tilt Poker the industries 2 biggest sites.

One players bap paid out approximately $48, 000 from a buy in of $215 this was shared between backers and the player.

Before you ask no i am nothing to do with this site.
I do know the players parents he could not of afforded to play the event without this site.
