1. Intentionally the calls are not picked.
2. The phone line is kept regularly engaged causing inconvenience while booking for new cylinder.
3. If by mistake the ring passes, then the receiver is picked and intensionally disconnected.
4. The is cylinder is never delivered on time. People are going directly to the office to book the cylinder and take delivery.
5. We have seen loads of cylinder getting disbursed from the work area. But people are complaining in there office for improper service.
