My husband called Steve Bonet on 5/15/09 to inquire about purchasing stone for a patio. Steve said that he would come by that evening to see if his truck could make it up our driveway. He then said either way, he could deliver the stone and rock base on Saturday, 5/16/09. Steve never showed up to the house, nor did he deliver rock on Saturday.

My husband called again and requested a delivery for Monday, 5/18 at 9:00 am. When the delivery did not arrive, I called the company and spoke with the delivery driver. Steve Bonet was not in but I verified that our order was on the schedule at 9:00 and requested that Steve contact my husband.

When we didn't receive a call by 5/19, I called Steve on his cell [protected]. When I inquired as to why we did not get our order delivered, Steve proceded to scream at me. He stated that his truck was broken and that if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else. I tried to let Steve know that all I wanted was a simple phone call from him. He used more profanity and yelled at me for requesting service from him. He told me he didn't care about my business or serving his customers. He then hung up on me.

I called the office and left a message that I have never been treated so poorly and it was unacceptable to hang up on me because I inquired about a missed order of $600.00.

We will be taking our business elsewhere and reporting Spring Branch Stone to the BBB and other state authorities. A warning to others; do not do business with this company!
