Yes! this is a rubbish shop! Last sat bought a REEBOK gymball at harbourfront centre outlet. After inflating it that night, found lots of random black color marks on the ball & 2areas with yellow stains, all of which cannot be clean off. The DVD is also spoilt, cannot be played at all. I called the shop, the staff says I am not the only one that complains, he checks his stock & says it's the same. I question staff how to accept such defective gds & he asks me to bring it back the next day. So I assume I can get a refund. However the next day, I was told their company policy is strictly no refund, they can't get me a good replacement, insists they are folding marks & asks me to pick other products from their shop. When I tell them I need nothing else, the manager says it's my choice, either take the defective ball or other product products. Now I wonder if they are really selling genuine REEBOK gymball????
