When leaving work at 5pm I decided to check in online for a haircut. I was unable to check in since the wait time was greater than 90 minutes and at that point they shut the online check in option down with patrons. This has happened my last 2 visits as well. I went home and later opted to drive to the location and check in. Now it was 6pm and my wait I was told would be about 2 hours. After running an errand I came back to see that I was now #14 in line. After a total wait time of only 50 minutes I was taken. Why? Because 8 customers in front of me git tired of waiting and left. 8 paying customers left.
The owner of this location needs to realize that he is losing paying customers. Apparently he is more worried about his bottom line vs understanding what his customers are facing . If he'd hire more stylists he'd keep the customers he still has, increase customer satisfaction, and build up his business.
