Spirit Halloweenhalloween costume

My name is Rachael [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com. I ordered a wig online on 9/20 it said it was going to be shipped after 9/25. It is now 10/4 and it has not been and I can not get any informaton on when it will be shipped. When I try and contact spirit they DO NOT care at all, ive been given anwers that do not help me at all and the staff at spirit halloween are rude and awful!! I work in hospitality I know how a cutomer should be treated, I PAID for this item and spirit halloween does not seem to care about that at all!!! My order number is [protected]. I want to know when I will be receiving my order. I would like and email or phone call today, I have never been treated this way ever when making an order online.
