Spintop/Yahtzee gameDoesn't work

We purchased a on-line download of the Yahtzee game from spintop games on 1/26/09 and it worked fine and we had a lot of enjoyment from the game. We purchased a new computer and tried to transfer the game to the new computer and it would not install. We tried to do the on-line recovery of our purchase and it would not accept it. We really enjoyed the game and decided to just purchase it again. Which we did. Everything went through fine and spintop withdrew the money from our bank account, but the game does not work and we again are not allowed to do the on-line recovery!! We can not find a phone number for spintop to try to correct the problem. They have our money and we have no game and no way to get ahold of them!!!

    when you buy it you have to enter your email. they send an activation code to that email. you can use that code to unlock the full version. keep your codes because if you lose them and didnt purchase the backup cd there is no way to get it back.
