SpiceJet Flight U8QD9V

After booking flight U8QD9V (DEL - JSL), I received no less than four different flight time changes, making travel extremely stressful and confusing. While I was able to accommodate a flight change to JSL, I was not able to accommodate the flight change back to DEL due to a connection under a separate booking.

I was forced to pay a change fee and new flight fare in a panic in order to move my flight up to an earlier departure (notwithstanding the fact that the flight was delayed by 3 hours anyway).

The staff at the counter in JSL airport advised that I would receive a refund for the change fee and new flight fare. However, SpiceJet has been entirely unresponsive to calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, and has shown no intent to remedy the above.

Desired outcome: I need a refund of the change fee and new fare paid.

SpiceJet Refund of my payment

Please help me get my money back I am big trouble right now. A lady called me and said that I've got shortlisted for job in Spicejet Airlines and asked me pay 1860/- for proceeding with interview process and conducted an online test. Then next day they conducted a telephonic interview who is claiming himself as Aryan Singh Lead HR and from Spicejet headquarters and said that I've selected and if I'm interested to join then I've to pay 8500 /- for gate pass which will be refunded within 7 days. After payment I got to know that it's all fake and I asked for a refund. Now she is saying that it'll take 90 working days without any proper information. Please help me to get my money back. I am in big emergency right now. I've even asked for the proof of payment then they've sent me a receipt which is not so convincing.

SpiceJet Refund for air ticket - booking cancelled by spicejet airlines

During the covid19 pandemic, my brother was stranded in uae and I was trying to get a air ticket for him from dubai to kochin, kerala., india.
Spicejet announced the availability of ticket and I have booked it through https://www.spicejet.com/

The ticket was booked on 25th of july and travel date was 8th of july but on 27th of june I got my booking is cancelled and they cannot refund the ticket charges. I requested them to refund the ticket charges and airlines refused, and asked to use 'creditshell'. I took another ticket form my brother from air india and requested to change the credit shell on the name of me, again it is rejected the worst service of spicejet. Please help me to get the money back as I am a customer cheated by the airlines.

SpiceJet Fake calls about job

I got call from HR EXUCATIVE Anisha sharma for customer exucative post she shared I'd latters for fees registration, medical, uniforms totaly I paid 15, 500 to her I took money with money lenders. With
Interest. And I paid I came to know that it was all fake I'm from poor family my father is farmer so plz help me to get back my money refunded which is took from money lenders with interest

SpiceJet Ticket cancellation issue

Even after waiting for 30 minutes counter staff don't know the PNR number in the ticket copy . I was repeatedly ask her to check the number shown in the e ticket but she refused and told me to come back with pnr number. Later I came to know that the number shown in the ticket is the pnr number. Anyway your Staff behavior and assistance are very poor . Pls give proper training to the staff.

SpiceJet poor service

It is a formal complaint of Spicejet service against crew members of flight no. SG 253. Myself and my colleague was traveling from Delhi to Kolkata on 8th Jan 2020 in this flight, feeling suffocation due to very high temperature in side the flight, most of the passengers are complaining about the same to the crew members but they just ignoring. Even I and my co-passenger was complained and asked to decrease the inside temperature at-least four times to different crew members but at the end of journey no action action. They do not respond to our request call also.

I asked for complaint book to one of the crew members, she simply refused. This type of service and behavior of crew members not acceptable and it is not expect from Spicejet.

Finally we completed the 2 hour journey with wet cloths and horror. Please take corrective action against your very very poor service.

Dear Candidate,

You have been shortlisted by Spice Jet location Pune for Ground Staff profile in Pune International Airport.

Airlines will provide you full ACCOMMODATION just like both side CAB facility, one time MEAL facility and training also. Your salary package will be 18 K/Month depends also on the post of the Candidates (AFTER TRAINING 20 K to 25 K/Month) (If you not selected in company side your 1950 rs/- amount is refundable in your account with in three days if you are selected in company side, your 1950 rs/-amount add on the first month salary). If you work their for continuously 6 months your salary will be increase. For apply the job you need to attach 2 passport size photo, all relevant Documents, voter id card, pan card, mark sheets.

Also make a Payment of 1950 rs/-. only all Govt taxes included in our company for your reference id card, this amount is refundable only in one condition if our company cannot give you a job. This message is not related to any air carrier.
As such type of messages are considered constant fraud of those whom you had paid, if any,
in India for many many years.
Obviously, you did not pay to air carrier.
You can sumbit the complaint to police station (local offic ein your village / town)
if you have a lawyer or some one, who can control your case due to failure to act by local police office.

SpiceJet misbehaving of ground staff at mumbai international airport

I am a frequent flyer in spice jet. I have notice that your ground staff are very rude to speak to a customer. I have also noticed that they are fighting with their own staff. If this is the case then how they will treat the costumer. I have made a decision next time not to travel by spice jet and even mention to friends and colleagues. Please take immediate action on your staff or else you might lose your business. I ask for the manage in charge he is not see at the airport.

SpiceJet delay of flight

SpiceJet flights are always delayed by at least an hour. I had to attend an important meeting bad booked the flight according to that. Flight was to leave the airport at 10:20am, I was later informed it will be delayed and is scheduled for take off at 11:30 am. The boarding only began at 11:15am and completed at 11:45 am. Flight only took off at 12:30pm, a delay of two hours. I had to miss the meeting.
This is not the first time this is happening. SpiceJet delays are rather frequent now with their reason being operational difficulties accompanied by various other excuses by the SpiceJet staff to safeguard the name of the airlines.
Completely dissappointed with SpiceJet.

All air carriers delay their flights time to time.
Indian regulations fore see standard compensation for delay 2 hours and more.
In addition, author did not state what was the essence of loss, if any, due to delay of
less than 2 hours.

"Others" is indefinite term, that has no legal value anywhrere

SpiceJet did not allow us to board flight

We travelled from Ahmedabad to Mumbai 31 Aug '19 Indigo Airlines 6E 214 and same day we booked for our return flight SPICE JET SG 637, 31 Aug '19 PNR no.AHPFGB. Due to heavy rain and heavy traffic we reached exact to Ticket counter of Airport Terminal 1 @ 10.30pm.
The manager of Spicejet in the counter did not issue boarding pass. We were told that the gate is closed and we will not be issued any boarding pass. We were held by security, we again went back to the counter and requested one of staff to come with us to the security. After 15 odd minutes, a lady took us to the security and our ticket registered cancelled.

As we are not from mumbai and the place is new to us. we had to face lot of trouble, we finally took bus to ahmedabad in the heavy rain.

This is very unprofessional act by spicejet employee. They are all non- co-operative and rude. I will hate to travel by spicejet and will strickly recommend not to take spicejet airlines.

In general, the air carrier / or travel agent shall inform the passenger on the time,
when the registration is closed in particular airport.
As there are no documents attached, description of such dispute is unclear.
Also submission of complaint to West Bengol magistrate court with assiatnce of layer will be useless without documents.

SpiceJet technical issue within flight

SG 605 was supposed to depart at 20.50 from Chennai Airport towards Cochin on 4th Aug, 2019.
But now it is 23.30. still no chance of take off.
How could the passengers got boarded within technical check? And even if it gets taken off with sane fault who will take the responsibility?
It is almost late night. How can the passengers reach the destination in mid night having least transport?

Nobody must take care of troubles of others, if otherwise stated in law
Delay of 6+ hours in the time between 8pm to 3am imposes the air carrier' duty to provide hotel, transfer, meals, drinks to passenger for account of iar carrier in India,
according to rules of DGCA of ministry of civil aviation of India.
If it was not done, pasenger can demand compensation from air carrier via magistrate court.

I Freena booked a ticket through credit card in spice jet from Jeddah to kozhikode for June 10-2019 . on the day I am traveling arrived airport on time when I reached the ticket counter in Jeddah king Abdulaziz international airport the person in the counter was asking for a credit through which I have booked the ticket it was my husband card he was flying in Oman airways wheares I cannot get is card I am trying to explain the staff but the person cannot even understand English or Hindi he knows only Arabic in same row on other counter the person is asking me to pay the same amount for which I purchased the ticket
My question if ur not believing in the credit card payers then for wat sake u have given credit card options better remove it credit card
And as it is indian airline why the staff cannot be Indians if u think the passenger fool you better stop credit card service no international passengers will cheat as all are well educated
Second we booked for two food without asking me the air hostes delivered the food to another passenger who sit next to me
Very poor airlines the big airlines they doesn't do like this very poor service

SpiceJet fake job openings for air ticketing executive job

Ms Neha Malik called me for interview in spicejet Airlines she told me that she is senior HR in spicejet Airlines First she told me to pay for the registration fees 1500rs later she send me a refund letter and later she asked me to pay 5200rs for training purposes after few mins she send me a confirmation letter. And again she called me to pay 2450rs she told me that she is working in Bangalore international Airport and she told me to come in the morning around 8:30am waited for long time she is a fraud dont ever pay any money in online

Such trype of documents as attached is constant fraud in India for years.
It is not connecte dto any air carrier as there no evidenc whom victiom opf fraud had paid.
it is a duty of local police office, subject to place of residence of victiom,
to invetsigate fraud in favor of victim.
If author is unfamiliar with criminal prcedure and unable to pay for assitanc eof lawyer,
the best way is to forget about loss.

SpiceJet hand baggage claim

Sir, i travelled from dubai on 04th June'19 in Spice jet. After check in, i purchased liquires and chocolates from DDF, which is approx. 8 kgs. When i boarding into flight, the spice jet airlines staff checked weight and charged 5kgs excess baggage charge. ( 7kgs hand baggage allowance).

Is it right to charge excess weight for DDF purchases ?

Please be informed that my check in baggage weight was 10 kgs less than maximum allowance and i informed to them, while forcing me to pay for DDF purchases.

Please advise.

I have travelled on spicejet flight no SG-89 on 2nd june 2019 from delhi to bangkok, Thailand arrived at930pm.
One of my baggage did not arrive at banking.
I have loved complaint at suvarnbhumi intl airport.
