Speedway cafe manager

I was in one of your speedway stores this morning. When I seen the cafe manager hollering at one of the employees. First of all if the cafe manager has a problem with the employee she should have took her to the back and talked to her not out front in the store. And then she needs to learn how to talk to her employees not holler at them. The employee seemed very upset after this had happened . I did ask her if she was ok and she said yes . The managers name is Angie something needs to be done about this manager. A very concerned customer

Speedway customer service 6100 passyunk avenue philadelphia, pa

On April 19, 2019 at 4:10p your employee (black male approximately 130 pounds with small braids in his hair wearing a tan baseball cap) working at this station denied service to myself and about five other customers. As soon I walked up to the window he flared his arms came on to the microphone and stated im not servicing customers at the window so you can go somewhere else...you can call corporate I don't care." Let me be the first to say I dont know this young man and find his behavior appalling. As an HR Director I am most certain that this behavior not only violates your Code of Conduct policy but also your policies related to customer service.

Assuming he's had a bad day I sat in my car for a few minutes to give him time to cool down. I went back to the window and watched him serve a white man who was buying a pack of cigarettes. I approached the window again and he proceeds to state just come on man so I said listen I haven't done anything to you. He then stated [censored] it you not getting no gas and continued to argue.

Another customer walked up for service and witnessed this.

I am calling for this employee's immediate termination and will be countering this claim with multiple agencies. If your organization cannot train people in proper customer service they do not need to be employed.

Speedway customer service

We use Speedway Rt 60 Huntington Eastern Heights area.
Our ground crew that take care of 2 local cemeteries visit your store several times a day. We buy fuel, drinks, food, cigarettes, chew, etc. This is 5 and 6 days a week.
Our mean dig graves daily. And they can't stay as cleans as some folks.
Upon visiting Friday April 19th 2019 your cashier scolded the men for their dirty feet messing up their floor.
The complaining continued while they shopped. When they came up to pay your cashier told them they have the right to refused them service.
This embarrassed them, was disrespectful, belittled them.
Hard working men refused the drinks they needed after working, something to eat.
This is wrong. You need to make this right for these 3 young men. They dont make alot of money. Probably not feeling good because they are dirty but cant help it. Could change cloths had to get back to work and dig another grave. But no refreshments for the speedway they visit 5 and 6 days a week.
What are you going to do for them.
Woodmere and Ridgelawn memorial parks.

Speedway customer service/employee

To whom it may concern
I'm not sure how much this is gonna help but hopefully somebody will take a look into it...I would say I'm a loyal customer at this store in Minnesota on century Avenue...I go there on a daily when I go to work or its after work sometimes I go there when I'm out and about..there is a employee that work there some time I see her in the morning on Tuesday especially.. ...and i know that her family member goes in there when she is working I'm guessing it is her dad I have heard this employee call him dad...there have been times I would go in there and I would see him by scratch off tickets and the employee that is working behind the counter would sell him the ones that are hitting and he would stay there until he has another winner and I know as I used to play the scratch off tickets at this store I seen him in there on Tuesdays when the lottery ticket come out and his daughter the employee (McKenzie is her name)would be working and he would be making the coffee or do whatever in the store and as soon as someone comes and byes tickets he jumps in line and waits for that person to leave then he buys the ones she tells him to get I'm not sure what can be done or if it's even possible for the employees to even know what ones are hitting or which ones arent...I dont know what your policy is about family members playing lottery at the same store the daughter works at..I would hope somebody looks into this and investigate that store and hopefully this issue will be solved and I'm not wasting my time

Speedway store is an eyesore

I live in Deer Park, New York and have been using the the Speedway gas station for the past 6 or 7 years. It has always been clean and well taken care of. Over the past 6 months or so, the parking lot has been full of garbage and the cans are overflowing. Deer Park is a community that takes pride in our environment and this is a complete eyesore. Aside from the gargabe, the other problem is that there have been about 3-4 people who hang around the side of the store all day long. They are drinking beverages out of bags, and have been seen urinating on the side of the building. They also had an extension cord and had it plugged into the side of the building. If they are in need, they should go to shelters. The church is a block away and have programs for people who need help. There are kids riding their bikes through this gas station, and this is very inappropriate and disturbing for them to see. Please have someone investigate this. Thank you.

Speedway coffee

I stop at this speedway every morning 4:45am. Before work for coffee and donut I love house blend coffee they have. The older black lady cashier refuses to tell her name. Cause I get coffee and she puts dark roast in wrong pot I told her u can't mix coffee cause u don't no people health situations. Lawsuit for speed way. Hopefully ignorance is corrected.

Speedway management

I was recently fired over false pretense. And the Gm and 2 mangers and employees are talking about it in front of customers and talking crap about why I got fired. Which is real real illegal. There are other issues that have happened to with being harassed and bullied for being gay. I have plenty of people to back these claims. I would like this taken care of before it goes further. This is not a professional place to work.

Speedway assistant manager april warren

Explicit cursing and name calling of a customer. Behind the customers back when they walked out of store in Groton other customers. Very unprofessional! This person has changed drastically in the last 6 months. Working with her dentures out. Because and I quote" I don't give a [censored] anymore ". You don't say that to public. This was done while I was making myself a soda. She seemed very angry and upset or agitated at everything. She had a negative comment for all responses.

Speedway gas

I paid 10.00 for gas. The store clerk put the gas on the wrong pump. Someone pump it and drove off. He refused to give me my money or the gas back. I ask him to call the manager. He didnt and refuse to print a receipt. This happen on Saturday April 6, 2019 between 5 and 530 pm. We were driving a blue ford focus. Please check the camera and refund us our money.

Speedway customer service and hygiene

I love my speedways in richmond indiana. I'm a regular customer and spend 20 $ or more a day there I will go out of my way to get to speedway I have to have a coffee an mountain dew to start my day off it's first thing I do in morning and last thing I do when I head home after work. The last month there a new employee that works on east side not sure name but has blue hair and first day I walked in that she was there I smelled something horrible the whole place was a death smelled like wasn't sure what it was but when I got to fountain area smell was worst than ever. It was at point where I was gagging and i'm not over reacting neither. The closer I got to register the more I couldn't breath it really took your breath away and was a mixture of death and body odor and something that she was trying to use to cover her smell i've smelled b/o before but nothing like this. I don't know how other employees work in that environment I couldn't as i'm checking out she tried to see what size coffee I had I look down to see her touch the top of my cup lid I drink off of and notice her knuckles black that told me she doesn't wash her hands if she did they for sure wouldn't look like that. I had to exchange my drink and it won't let her touch it again she needs to learn not to touch people's drinks that's customer courtesy. I personally as a manager in customer service would never allow someone to work in that type of environment around people or food that has bad hygiene. I've complained to manager and they said there wasn't nothing they can do that there aware of situation had multiple complaints and corporate would allow about anything. So I would like for to whom it concerns to know about this situation before you guys loose business me personally I will not purchase anything from there if not taken care of. If she's like this I will walk out and go elsewhere.

Speedway poor management

Poor management at the new store in Roscoe, none of the managers take you seriously. There is this guy that works their and he clocks out 30 mins before the end of his shift and harasses girls that work their, he still works there and not too mention he smokes weed while on property and on the clock. It's okay for others to wear leggings and they wont say anything to them but they did to me and then they told me that we were not allowed on our phones but it's okay that the other coworkers be on their phones and then some coworkers will not go outside and do trash. Some of the coworkers will not get out from behind the registers to do anything.

Speedway marlboro

I buy my Redbull my soda and my Marlboro's at Speedway as always. I did go to the speedway when I usually go to the one up the street we also always buy our gas at speedway! I ask for Marlboro light and a Marlboro red. I get home 7 miles up the road and realize that the wrong cigarettes are in the back so I called to ask her to exchange them. Mind you this means I have to use my gas to drive all the way back to the store. She was able to find my transaction and said she could exchange them this time only. Like it's not my fault that she gave me the wrong cigarettes and put them in the bag. It's very Frustrating to me that she did not want to do anything else to make it right when I was not at fault. Maybe I should spend $40 a day and another store besides speedway

Speedway management customer service

I went into the Speedway as I am a regular at the new location on 9273 Belleville Rd. In Van Buren two, Mi I made my coffee and proceeded to the cafe to place my order for food then proceeded to the register to pay for my goods. I asked Heidi James who was supposed to be the store manager for a pack of cigarettes to complete my transaction. She then requested my ID keep in mind I'm a regular. I then put my ID on the counter. I guess it was in a manner she didn't like so she chose to ring up everything except for the cigarettes. Then tell me she refused to sell me cigarettes because she didn't like how I presented my ID to her after asking me for it. First thing if you are going to refuse to serve a customer it should be for all services not just the one item she pick and choose. So after taking my $100 dollar bill and telling me she refused to sell me cigarettes I asked for a full refund of everything. She even went to far as to calling the police because she obviously do not have customer service skills. She is a very bad look for the store. I know customers are not always right but in this case I feel like the manager was wrong. If she can't handle customers appropriately she need to find another occupation honestly. To go thru what I went thru over nothing basically is shame. I will continue to let it be known the crappy service this so called manager put out. Respect your customers

Speedway cashier

I went to speedway for windshield washer fluid. & as I'm standing in line to check out two of the cashiers were restocking their coin dispenser & when they came to realize they were out of change.. instead of going to the back for more quarters, nickels, dimes, etc they grabbed the charity tub that customers put their change in for charity & started restocking the coin machine with charity money! How In the hell is that acceptable at any level! You guys should be sued.

Speedway customer service person / store maintenance

Visited this location Monday, January 28, 2019 just at approximately 3:45pm. There were two cashiers present behind the glass/counter - one of which had just come in from outside (red braids). The other female cashier was behind the counter on her phone. The store was a MESS! Sopping wet floor from the snow. Hardly any coffee at all available and if it were, it was the bottom of the pot and smelled burned. The pop and coffee area were disheveled and an outright mess.

The cashier on the register that I patronized (medium complexion, medium length, dark hair) was utilizing her cell phone. I'd asked if there was fresh coffee "whatever is out there" was what she responded. I'd pointed to my truck just outside of her window and requested $20 of gas on that pump. She RUDELY responded "That don't help me. You gone have to get the number yoself." My response was, "That's okay. I'll go to another gas station."

Her attitude was terrible. She seemed interrupted from her phone when I approached the window. The store was a MESS! No fresh coffee and the wet carpet and floor were a hazard. There were two cashiers there at the time, so I'm not understanding why the store was in such a condition even if it had snowed that day. And the customer service was terrible. I will not be patronizing this store any longer... this is not the first time I had this kind of experience at this Speedway location. There are 4 other gas stations in the same stretch of road as this Speedway. I will be patronizing those.

Speedway "air" trap

I went to Speedway in Newburgh, NY (On Route 300) at 3 PM to get AIR for my car's wheels. I put $1.50 in and it didn't work. When you can't get the service, there is no mechanism that gives your money back. I went inside to have someone help me. The girl at the register was kind. She was going to help me. She came out but told me that the AIR doesn't work. I said why there is no sign on it? She said her manager yelled at her for not putting the sign. Then I asked my money but she said she was going to get in trouble so I said fine don't give me the money. Then can I see the manager? Who is this manager who expects cashiers to know if everything is running alright? She got freaked out and she said that's fine, that's fine... I asked the managers' name 4 times; she didn't tell me because she was literally scared. what kind of place is Speedway to work at? Why AIR traps people to put money and and not get service? I am sure you won't even answer me but at least people can think twice when they do business with Speedway.

Speedway fuel prices

I live in frankfort kentucky we have 3 speed ways here diesel is always higher at these stores and all 3 stores have different prices right now they are 3.04 2.79 2.91 there is no reason for them to be that much difference nor should they be that high average price in our town is 2.79 and in neighboring towns as low as 2.64 something need to be done it's ridiculous and uncalled for

Speedway rude cashier

Last night 1-1-19 about 11:40 p.m. I went to Speedway to cash my rewards to get a $10 Speedy Rewards card I tried to scratch the back of it off and the cashier ripped it out of my hand she said don't do my job real rudely and told me if I didn't like it I can leave the store I thought I said please I just need to get the card so I can get something to drink she called me names in front of other customers and made me leave the store today 1-2-19 at about 10:30 a.m. Me and my supervisor food into the speedway on North Court Street Circleville Ohio and she was still there she immediately said give me evil looks I asked the another Tori if the manager was there and she said he is in tomorrow the rude cashier I can't remember her name she has black and white hair real frizzy looking and real dirty looking so that she did not care about the manager then got rude and obnoxious with my supervisor our company is a landscaping company and we are in there every day filling up our trucks mowers and equipment with gas and diesel fuel along with the purchases each employee makes we spend hundreds of dollars there every week I have been in the store before at night when she works and I have seen her get rude with other customers as well I enjoy shopping at Speedway I have always found it a pleasant environment the staff is usually always Pleasant and friendly. I've talked to the manager there on several occasions his name is Larry Speakman. He is a very friendly and helpful person never too busy to help somebody out with something along with the rest of the staff are very helpful except for the one girl I do not remember her name somebody told me Amber or Tiffany I can't remember but she is an older woman she has black and white hair with the real messy and unkept and she looks horrible as a crew member. I really hope this situation can be resolved because I really enjoy going to that Speedway particularly because it's a head manager Larry and his staff are friendly and outgoing people in always has things ready to go me my boss and my supervisor and our other crew members really don't want to continue going there if that one woman is going to be making us feel uncomfortable why we are there. Thank you for your time and effort I hope you can resolve the situation because we really enjoy doing our business there and no place else thank you. Sincerely Darrin S Heise

Speedway management

The management at the 2498 Rochester Rd, Canandaigua, NY 14424 are lazy and over work their employees I always see the same employee looking run down and seems to working there all day and I feel like the managers don't like covering shifts to often and are really nasty. What should be done so better and faster business to be done is hire more employees for this location and managers for one to get off their lazy [censored] and their phones and help their employees

Speedway inappropriate manager

While I decided to get gas at one of your locations, I then needed to go inside for a few times. As I was inside I observed a N.C. State trooper conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle in your parking lot. I am also a Police Officer off duty at the time. The manager of your store (younger male) then proceeds to make the statement, "just like all police officers...[censored]bags". Well it's a good thing I didn't bring my son in the store who knows I am in law enforcement. I don't want to make a scene so I leave the store and decide to just call and have the manager address it. Well a young man named Corey answers and I recognize the voice. I ask to speak to a manager and he states to me he is the manager. I then ask if he is the one who called Police [censored]bags and his answer is "yup". At that point I hung up the phone. If you as a company tolerate people like this to manager your stores then I am baffled. I assure you I will bring this to the attention to the public if nothing is done about this.
