Speedway Customer service at speedway

1103 morise road. Don’t expect to get any servise or to be treated with any kind of basic human decency. And by the self proclaimed manager no less. After I was told to, “get mad cracker, don't care”. I asked to speak to the manager and she then replied “ I am the manager”. Of course she would be because that’s how managers talk to customers. So dont go in that speedway if your sensitive about being less than black. And good lord dont ask for propane in lunchtime daylight. She will make sure you dont do that again

Speedway Management

Hello my name is Carrie Smith I have been going to the speedway in Roseboro NC for quiet sometime now. Few days ago I went to speedway like I normal do am not for sure if the manager Melissa was having a bad or what was going on but either way it was uncalled for her attitude. Every time I go into speedway she act if she doesn't wanna be there or she hate her job. She need to respect all her customers like they respect her you can't talk to a person any kind of way an expect them to keep spending they money inside the business. I don't need no apology I have took my business elsewhere even though the rest of your employees have great attitudes and they smile. The lady sandy is amazing an I love her she makes my family feel welcome and the girl Tiara greets me every time I go in there and the other manager shy she is amazing as well … the tall white girl she amazing as well…. Just appreciate your employees that wanna work and give us customers what we need .

Speedway Service

Went into Store #0007690-Westlake, Ohio 44145 to pay for gas and dealt
with a Gia. Horrible customer service! Was not greeted, very rude tone and did not say thank you, have a nice day, NOTHING! The floor in the store was covered with mud and lots and lots and lots of water. I almost slipped and fell. The customer service in this store is getting worse and worse every time I go in there. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IMMEDIATELY!

Speedway Bad customer service

Store #7690
Went in to purchase food items and guy cashier was extremely rude in tone to me. When asking if the nice cashier was open, he stated very rudely she was doing a money drop.
Did not even say have a nice nor did he greet me. Very Very Very rude and I go in there alot and puchase alot of gas and food items.
I work in customer service myself and I would NOT treat a customer this way. Please do something about this ASAP!
He also used another girls register so I can not give you his name. This happen 1/2/22 Sunday at 12:41pm

Speedway Harassment

The store 6890 samdiro tucson az.
I have witnessed multiple times a lady name Rachel harassing an older black gentleman that works 3rd shift in front of may customers.. This gentleman has always shown us respect and greets all customers. She arrives with a snarl on her face and speaks very rude to just this one individual . I don't believe this community needs this type of behavior. It needs to stop the word has enough race issues going on.

Speedway Employee working at the cash register

How are you doing, I'm ok, but earlier today I was very displeased and disappointed in the speedway service I got from your employee. She gave very bad service this morning, also rude and even seemed annoyed and was very slow at getting what she needed to get done. She didn't want to take the money from me and was just taking way too long to handle business. But she was holding a long conversation with the person before me, and I was trying to purchase my items and get to work. Very disappointed

Desired outcome: Better customer service for the next person who has to deal with her.

Speedway Assistant manager

I worked for speedway on Rock lake in South Charleston W. V for about a month and during this time the assistant manager Tori has yelled at me, berated me in front of customers, lied about company policy, embarrassed me in front if customers and I was terminated. I found out she told customers I was fired and the reason for my termination and became that I wasn't hired for a job I applied for.
Further more working 8 hour shifts we were not allowed to take a meal break being told we can only take 10 min cigarette breaks unless the store is busy then we have to cut it short.

Desired outcome: I do not want my personal business to be discussed to customers which as a manager she should know better

Speedway Cashier's unprofessional and hateful attitude and manager's lack of care of the complaint

Customer and wife were being friendly and trying to brighten cashier's day and put a smile on her face but she was very hateful and rude. When asked about smiling and enjoying her day cashier's told customer "no I don't have to smile and I definitely don't have to smile to you." While they were complaining to manager she wanted to make excuses and brush them off. Cashier then proceeded to handle my transaction and was yanking drinks out of my hand before I could sit them down and when handing me my bag she snatched it up angrily and swong it around the plexiglass rudely.

Seems to happen alot in speedway's around the states. I travel and it is never ending at these station's it seems. Doesn't do anything to report it they just look at it as something normal and will happen oh well! Tell us what we want to hear while not discipline the employees. They will comment something probably deny this but know it's true!

I just left a speedway with my 2 small children. They both got a slushy icee you get it. We went up to pay and a girl ask me all the way from the machine if I want a Drink that had been sitting there. I said no then she said there is a trash can right here ! I replied excuse me why would you say that to us! Because we have the same kind of cup and drinks it is ours? You feel that this is s appropriate ? I ask her name she gave it rudely . The cashier then told me take the drinks . I was confused about it I said what about my other stuff he said no . I said what do you mean? He said nothing and was mad. I said are you refusing to serve me he said yes. I ask his name he gave it and to be sure because I didn't hear it clear I ask again. He said I already told you and the girl said I did too. Like they did not care to give it . Explains why they didn't because told me good luck when I do call . It's redicouls so many people need a job. These people should be gone period. You must hold your tongue and be professional not make a Jerry Springer show! When I was growing up you don't do that your gonna be fired no questions asked. Not now because of lawsuits and unemployment scares. Well we can sue to for embarrassment and our children scared for a freaking drink . You think we complain to just enjoy it ? Your employees say something you believe them by right? I'm over it really! I'm going to figure something out I'm not going to be disrespected or my children and them feel they have to take it !

Speedway Maintenance/security of pumping stations

These are a couple of first-hand experiences of using the relatively new Speedway gas station in New Alexandria, PA. None of my feedback involves interaction with employees or inside the store. I simply wish to fill my tank and be on my way.

1) I have refueled at the station at least half a dozen times. Of HALF of those—after refueling completed—the pump screen indicated that it was out of receipt paper! As sophisticated and high-tech as modern pumps are, there is no reason why the computer display cannot indicate this deficiency BEFORE the current customer selects a specific pump. NOTE: If this persists at Speedway pumps and the manufacturers who produce them, I believe the Americans with Disabilities Act will have something to say about unnecessarily withholding information and compelling people to go inside the store in order to receive their receipt.

2) At one of my half-dozen visits, a "customer" was walking from pump to pump with a 5 gal. soliciting Speedway customers to help get him some gas. He obviously felt security was so lax that he could keep this up for many minutes. I noticed in the back of his pick-up was - no joke - at least 25 more of those cans either filled or unfilled! I am willing to put this down to an anomaly occurrence at your business, but in all my decades of refueling at the competitor station my hometown, I have never encountered anything like this.

3) My elderly mother, who recommended to me that we patronize Speedway in the first place, came home just a few days ago very dissatisfied with her experience. The pump would not accept our USUAL credit card (in good standing) for payment; she had to take more time to go inside the store; an employee told her it happens because the maintenance personnel have not checked the pump. Again: as sophisticated as these pumps are today with computer analyses and large screens, they cannot help customers know the status before they get out of their vehicle?!

My mother was frustrated—as I would be too— when asked at the desk, to guess how much gas she wanted to put in when she had come to fill the tank. I suppose you were going to have my Mom walk back in a second time to request a refund?!

My mother wants us to go back to the competitor in town. I am willing to give your station another chance. Please correct these issues. I thank you.

Speedway Theft

So I had my wallet stolen from a speedway supervisor . I know this for a fact because they will not let me see the video and one if their employees told me so just got a letter saying they denied the claim, I guess I need a lawyer to get a supeena to get the video Crooks

Speedway Unethical bad physical hands on behaviour

ON JULY 18th OF 2021 at one of the Speedway Stores in NC, At 1031 Randolph St. The Manager of that Store by the name of... (Carmen Ines Long) Physically Assaulted My Tiny Daughter who is way! smaller plus has a Muscle Disability and is really weak in her muscles and has a bad ear on the side of her face where she slapped her across her head, and plus this lady is aways very very very very rude to alot of people who come in that store! And if something isn't done with her, I'm going to have to go another way about the assult that happen on that store property' with that Very Mean and Rude! Store Manger! So place be so kind as get something done with this Physically Rude & Mean Bad Attitude of a Lady' You Guys have for a Manager running that Store!

Speedway Management kissing fellow employee

I was recently on vacation in the obx and stopped at the columbia nc location for gas and drinks for my daughters, when I saw 2 female speedway employees kissing on side of the building. I asked the other umployees who they were and they told me it was the manager who looks like a 40 something yr old women kissing a 20 something yr old young women. I have no problem with gay community except when my 9 yr old kids start asking me questions why 2 women are kissing. I find it disturbing that it was at a place of business. I will not be stopping there any more.

Speedway Cashier

Approximately at 1120 pm I went into speedway asked for a few wraps, have my license and my son happen to walk in I asked him if he wanted a drink or anything and the cashier was looking in my wallet telling me he needs my sons id... I said I ain't buying for him I came in for myself and I gave you my id! Is there a reason a mother can not hold onto their child's permit so he doesn't lose it? So I was refused the sale and that was bullseye! He should have not been staring in my wallet! Totally offend & violated and I will never be back!

Speedway Items missing

I have sent packages on 22nd May 2021 and found few items missing from the package. Staff who came to pick items said they dont need packing list . This is unfair. I have lodged complaint over phone but nothing happened.

Speedway Bullying and harassing me

The customer service representative Jacob had written a fake message on my account and had called me "hun" on several occasions. I do not know this person and felt uncomfortable with them treating me in this manor. I think that hun would be for my husband or someone I am close to. He told me that he was going to write in a message on my account Incase I had called back and complained that they would be sure to know that I had previously called and I said that's not right. The message would lean towards me being a rude customer and that's not true at all.

So they put me to the supervisor Jonathan and he had sexual harassed my identity forcefully by hanging up the phone when I had given him my preferred name and then on my third call he said that if I don't provide my name that he was going to lock my account and continued to threaten me.

Is this how you treat your customers at speedway?
I find it amazing that there is not manager around in the office to monitor their behavior.

I do not appreciate being harassed and sexually harassed on the phone by the customer service team.

So at this point due to the lack of customer service I am going to cancel my reward system as a long time member and mention that it's not a store issue but it is a customer service issue and they should be held accountable.

Speedway Employee

On June 19, 2021, a very rude woman by the name of Carolyn Williams was very disrespectful to me. I asked could I see a product and she immediately told me they're back here and she's not going to pull the product out. When she could have, so I asked her nicely again and she stated what you want me to do start pulling them out one by one and she started throwing the products at me. She had a nasty attitude from when I first walked in the store . Sorry if she had a bad day but you do not need anyone working for you like that. Thanks for your time. I humbled myself and left, that speedway could never get my business again. The store is 605 E Blvd

Speedway the over all service

I used to be an employee at speedway and I loved it at first but then after a while I started to see how the management started treating there good employees verses there not so good employees my recent manager once he became the main manger of the café side the first two weeks were great he helped us work as a team to get things done but after that everything started to go down hill he expected me and my friend do everything by ourselves while he did nothing I cant tell you how many times i waked into a big mess to clean up from 1st shift but yet 2nd and 3rd shift had to have everything done by the time the next shift came in my friend and I were getting tired of doing everything so we stopped doing as much i always felt like they treated the good employees like crap but kept the crappy ones because we needed people but they didn't want to lose them I will never work for speedway again when they have lost so many people on the café side because of the manger and he makes everyone do the work for him

Speedway Speedy freeze

I'm writing because I go in to speedway every single day. I buy all my gas, snacks, and quick things I need. Usually on all my trips, I get a speedy freeze. The last 3 weeks, every flavor freeze has been down, which happens, but I heard a worker telling another worker that they do it on purpose so they don't have to deal with filling the syrup. It kinda defeats the purpose of having the free drink program and how lazy can you get? I've been coming to this location since 1998.
The location is in St. Clair Shores, Mi. on little Mack and 11 mile.

Speedway rude comments and inappropriate comments made to me by Speedway employee

I walked into the Speedway store located at 738North Detroit Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 around 10:00 pm and 10:00 pm and 10:15 pm on May 11, 2021.I proceeded to the Men's restroom in order to use the restroom. After using the toilet I tried to use the hand soap dispenser to get hand soap to wash my hands with which di not work even though it had hand soap in it. I proceeded to leave the Men's restroom to go by where the coffee pots so that I can wash my hands off. After turning the water on and let the water run for a little bit so that I can have hot water to wash my hands off I saw a man with light brown hair wearing an Speedway t-shirt and a Speedway name tag on it that had the name Jason on it. I proceeded to ask him if worked at this Speedway store and he replied, ' Yes I do and I proceeded to tell him about the hand soap dispenser in the Men's restroom wasn't working and he didn't do anything about it. After trying to wash my hands off in lukewarm water after a short amount of time he said to me, '' You need to leave this Speedway store right now.'' After about 30 seconds of silence he said, ''' Did you hear me boy.'' am a 43 year man. I wasn't allowed to buy the merchandise in this Speedway store. I never caused any problems at this or any other Speedway store at any time in the past, present, or future.
