Location : Tasik Selatan
Incident: I sent a complaint to SPAD about a very impolite attidude of this Malay driver (age around 30-40 yrs old) This, driver, with registration number HWD 3785, senting me and my mother to kuchai lama. When we get into the taxi, we ask him whelther familiar with the road, he said yes. From tasik selatan to kuchai lama is a very short journey (around 4km). However, this driver choose a longer journey, and when we tell him the short and fast way to kuchai, he feels so annoying and angry. He start shouting and scold us, "u diam lah!! Cerita banyak. U problem banyak lah !!!" . His loud and fierce voice scared us, my mom tell him politely the short and faster way to avoid jam, but he start scold my mom. I feel so heartache because someone just scolded my 75 years old mother. Then i tell him "please respect mother saya, dia hanya beritau kamu jalan ke rumah kami, apa kesalahan dia ? " Then he SHOUT again, " SEKARANG SAYA YANG BAWA TAXI, U JANGAN CERITA BANYAK, U DIAM ". His inconsiderate and rude behavior really make us lose confidence to the taxi at kuala lumpur. Also, i know i'm not the only victims. Frankly speaking, Myteksi drivers are much more polite and responsible. Please improve, we need driver who can cater for customer safety and polite. The most important is who can cater for customer safety and polite
