Southern Foundation Repair contracted to do drainage work at my house. They took a deposit of $4200, then did not show up to do the work until I spent a lot of time calling them and emailing them. They don't answer their phone during business hours, leave a recording on, don't return calls or emails. One time they showed up with a work crew and did 4-6 hours' work. (Nowhere near the complete work of the contract). They left the dirt on my neighbor's property, and haven't returned to do the work. Again, they don't answer the phone or return calls. After I did a negative review, I got a call today and they say they're coming next week.
If the job is back on track and I see progress, then after they show up and show progress, I will amend this review to say they showed up and started making progress.
They initially kept my deposit. On October 2nd, 2019, I received a full refund of my deposit I paid on May 2nd, 2019, from Southern Foundation Repair, after writing the company at 9705 Burnet Road Ste 416, Austin TX 78758, and after calling 512-361-5559. On October 2d, 2019, I got a text from the 512-665-7050 number that they had delivered my refund. They had also emailed me from southernfoundation@yahoo.com. I had also been emailing them at info@southernfoundationrepair.com.

I hired Southern Foundation Repair out of Austin to partially level my house. The crew worked for about 10 hours and I paid $10, 5000. There were problems when they finished. Aside from the debris they left on site, they didn't cover the water hose and the coupling in the front yard that blew out and caused a flood. Most importantly the crew damaged my gas line in the yard-the owner told me that they would turn off the gas to the house and send a plumber-once that was done the utility could be turned on. Well the crew put duct tape on the break and turned the gas back on. My gas provider came and told me that I was using gas illegally and my house could have blown up. Plumbing bills that I've paid are over $2100.00 I haven't had heat for 10 days. I've called the company and emailed for the last 2 months without any resolution.
This is Lynette Tisdale. It's been since September 2019 that you took my $3000.00. I need my money back now. I have contacted my attorney, but was hoping you'd be honest enough to give it back. Although you weren't very honest in taking my money in the first place and never showing up to do the foundation work.
