South African Post Office [SAPO] Non-delivery of parcel um613129118us

My parcel landed in SA on 07-11-2021 and has not moved since.

Our postal services are disastrous in this country.

Please give some feed back as the status of my parcel. It is for a deaf child, and she is needing the items that we ordered urgently!

I am looking for a parcel with the above-mentioned tracking number. It should have arrived already but has not yet arrived. Please can you check for me where this parcel could be as it is a medical device item.

it is covers for her cochlear processors to keep it on her head.

Desired outcome: i want my parcel delivered.

South African Post Office [SAPO] Sassa fraud

I went to the Post Office in Randfontein in March 2021. Fraudsters stole the SASSA pension money of my mother - MME Kleingled - Dimentia patient staying in an old age Frail care facility. I took her with me to the post office, we completed a affidavit and they provided me with a statement of all the withdrawels. I indicated on the affidavit all the transactions that was not withdrawn by her. It was withdrawn all over in Gauteng. since then i have many emails to them to inform on the outcome of the fraud on her SASSA money. I do not get any feedback from anyone. Kindly please provide an email address so that i can forward you the emails, statement of SASSA and then the picture i took of the affidavit submitted to them. South African Post Office [SAPO] Manager

Hi im only complaining about the manager of your Brixton branch here in Johannesburg, she has non way of talking to clients and customers as I'm currently recovering from a huge operation that I went for recently she chased me out like a dog telling me she can't help me as I wanted to collect my Srd grant and under circumstances of my operation i can't stand long in the que and when explained nicely to her she was son naive and rude she told me to get out get the hell out this is very poor and so disrespectful I don't think I'll be using brixton branch again sorry she really has no customer relationship skills and I will be taking this further if not sorted out thank you

South African Post Office [SAPO] Service

I went to the Wonderpark post office to certify copies the gentleman who was helping us was very rude and condescending regarding helping us. He said he only certify 3 per original copy and I asked so if I have 10 pages of 1 original copy and someone has 7 original copies and 3 pages it makes 21 and I still have less copies for you to certify how is that fair he refused to certify my copies and I left I was applying for a job he had no respect for us. Jeff Shimbiri I then requested to see the policy for certifying copies he couldnt produce it I then ask why the last time I was there the other gentleman did all my copies without bringing this policy up that he couldnt produce I am livid that the post office treats us like stupid people who are not educated and are very disrespectful and to be told to come back the following day to come certify other copies its money I have to get a taxi and also the due date of the vacancy is closing its disgusting.

I would like the post office to please produce this policy so that we can take this further to say we are looking for jobs and if there is going to be restrictions South African Government should look into other ways where we can be restricted and without being disrespected I am sure Jeff forgot that at one point he was also unemployed and needed to certify his copies.

Please provide me with the policy that Jeff says you have been using a long time ago this was the 1st post office to tell me this.

The worse part we are treated like this you staff knows you wont deal with our complains they are very brave to say go complain they dont care about giving us good service nor care about us.

South African Post Office [SAPO] International parcel

I have been waiting for my international parcel since November 2020. When I call the office they don't pick up. I emailed them on 4/12/2020 to track my parcel and they only replied on 4/02/2021 stating that my parcel was scanned in the county JHB INT Centre on 15/12/2020 but was not dispatched yet due to backlog. It is now the 15/3/2021 and still no sign from post office international office. No communication whatsoever.

I have been sending email with no assistance.

I have been told that my parcel was send to Rustenburg post Office, I have tried all my best to contact Rustenburg Post Office with no luck. they are not attending to my query

South African Post Office [SAPO] Missing parcel and no response on queries

I have been waiting on a parcel from my employer which arrived in South Africa on the 19th of March 2020 (it is now 21 August 2020).

Having tried every avenue with no response i.e. website is down; multiple emails unanswered; phone lines just ring and no come back on social media posts I am giving up home of ever receiving my parcel.

Desperate for some support and to find my parcel! Local tracking number is UM216029002US.

South African Post Office [SAPO] International parcel tracking

For weeks now I have tried calling and emailing without a response.

I am trying to track 2 parcel from China that has both arrived in South Africa but I can't get a local tracking number. As it is with the postal service I never get a notification that my parcel is at the local branch for collection. In most cases the parcel is returned to the sender overseas and then I have to arrange a courier.

SOuth african post office are the biggest theives . My item (9K gold ring ) arrived on the 20/09/2019- No information of the arrival of my item was received by me - I then tracked the item only to see that it was here on the 20/09/2019 already - The tracking said that a notification was sent to me - But no such was done! I paid for the package only to discover that the package was empty -

I've ordered a gadget on the 25.04.2021 from Netherlands, my parcel arrived at Jhb customs on 17.06.21 and it was last scanned there.Ive been trying to contact Jhb and was told to check with Dbn as my parcel was supposed to go there.Ive contacted Dbn post office and was told that the parcel did not reach them, it seems as if my gadget was stolen on transit to Durban.

Good day,

I ordered Puma Classic X Paul Stanley on the 05/06/2019 from the Dressinn website, the estimated delivery date should have been 14-17/06/2019 and to date I have not received the item from the SA post office. My order number is : RU378518051NL. I have been tracking the item from the 17/06/2019 till to date I have not received my item. I have followed up with the South African post office call centre countless of times and they keep contradicting each other and i have to hold for up 25 minutes when i call the call centre, I finally requested to speak to a Supervisor, I spoke to a Lindiwe Shilaluke with the reference number:HD3448559 who advised that the item referred to the Braamfontein post office on the 17/07/2019 with the local tracking number :RI359875135ZA, I went to the post office on the 23/07/2019 the consultant told me the item is not received from his side I called the call centre yet again and spoke to Lindiwe who confirmed that she would follow up and check where is the item. On the 24/07/2019 I received a call from a Sherly from the Braamfontein post office informing me that my item is lost. This is the first time that I'm using your Dressinn and the website to buy anything and I must say I'm disappointed with the atrocious service that I have received thus far from you and your service providers that you have contracted to deliver the items. I will not be ordering anything from you guy ever again and I will make sure I post this on very single complaint page I can find just to warn other customers of the kind of service your company and your service providers give to customers.

Please see the emails that I have sent to your post office address several times and till to date I have not received any feedback. I don't want a refund for the item I bought I want the item.

Send a parcel to my friend in South Africa on 23 May 2019 from USA by airmail still not receive in South Africa parcel search show it is stuck in Johannesburg South Africa. All mail to customer service are reject back as envelope are block reason. Tracking number HHOO282705OUS
Any body still interested in South Africa in service delivery? The parcel which is stuck in Johannesburg South Africa are a gift for a child's birthday and must go to Post Net Suite 231 Private Bag X7214 Witbank 1035.
When complaining to Post Net their comment was they are unable to help because Post Office South Africa control all services PLEASE HELP!

South African Post Office [SAPO] tracking information and not responding to emails

I posted an item in Franschoek on the 17th April 2019. The tracking number is: CN037333633ZA. The last tracking I have is when it arrived in Cape Town on the 24th April, It is a signed picture of all the guests. from my son's wedding on the 12th April in Molen Vliet Vineyards Kylemore, and is obviously a very precious gift. I have tried emailing the South African Post Office for an update on where in the world this item is, but my emails are always returned to me. Can somebody please help me. South African Post Office [SAPO] Not willing to assist

Good Day,

I just come from your post office branch in kuilsriver. It has been such a unpleasant experience. Today is (6-12-2018)
I received a text to collect a package I have been waiting for, for almost 4 months. They dont stipulate
in the text that you have to bring your ID with. I mean the text would be proof thereof. I am from
Port Elizabeth and needed to take the package with me back home for my bro. So I send my partner to
collect it and they sent back because he needs to now have both mine and his ID. I asked my manager if
I could leave early to collect it and he agreed.
Now I would like you to check your cameras. I arrived about 2 minutes before 5pm
and there was still one customer inside. I explained that Im coming for the package my partner could not
receive earlier and the manager just said to me that "5pm is 5pm" meaning he cant help me but I explained
that I cannot come back the next day because I am leaving for PE. The manager treated me like a criminal
wanted to steal, banging on the window asking me to leave. Sometimes my mom gets her medication from
the post office, what if this was that, in this case. I am so dissapointed that I feel like going to the ombudsman; hello
peter; the newspapers; I have a huuuuuge linkedin fanbase, I feel like totally starting a page on how people
just as an attempt to make a difference and ensure people do not treat their community
not treat people like this. it cost me two trips and leaving work early. They knocked on the door asked me to go
like I was a Hawker when I was just standing there trying to get someone to fetch me since I dont know the area.
Is this really how a post office treats its community? Is their main purpose not to be there for their community.
I would have never complained had their been a full line inside, but there was one customer and one cashier still
and the doors were closed before 5pm. I am disgusted! The manager acted totally obnoxious...

South African Post Office [SAPO] post office worst service provider ever

I have been using post office for sometime buying different products from ebay and the shipping period has been fairy the same in the region of a month

This time around I have ordered items since July, the tracking system for all different products clearly shows on civilized countries like China, USA the products left within 5 days of purchase. it September my wife's gift is still stuck hell I wonder where in the worst mail service being called SA post office. the mails and numbers for so called customer services are never attended to. This embarrassing !

South African Post Office [SAPO] delivery of a registered item

A registered item addressed to me was handed in at the Simon's Town Post Office on 18 May 2018.

To date the item has not reached my local post Office in Faerie Glen, Pretoria

According to the tracking it has remained in the Cape Town Postal Hub since 21 May 2018.

Enquiries and complaints at my local post Office in Faerie Glen had no results. They simply say it has not reached them

An e-mail to SAPO client services has not been responded to and at the contact number on the internet [protected] there is no reply.

How can I establish what happened to my package?

South African Post Office [SAPO] most pathetic staff member disgusting and stinking attitude

i went into the bramley post office yesterday and it was my biggest mistake

there were only 2 women to assist behind all those empty windows

the woman who told me to come through was fat, frowning and just had the most appalling attitude

i want to have a meeting with her and the regional manager or the board

because i dont know if she was forced to come to work or she thinks custoimers should beg her for GOOD SERVICe

i dont know her name

she took my roadworthy certificate which had nothing to do with the disc i came to get as i had a car put in my name

and paid all relevant fees at the licensing department

she had the nerve to question why i dont owe

and took my original roadworthy certificate

i dont know the fat [censor] name but she had braids on her head.

sick and tired of black people and their pathetic attitude

Hi There,

I made international courier on 01/09/2017 from Midrand branch but we never received the parcel and no one gave status. We haven't received status from my parcel, please see the attached receipt.

South African Post Office [SAPO] parcel delivery

On 14 August 2017 I sent a sturdy plastic bottle containing liquid supplements via Ordinary Parcel post, tracking no. PE [protected] ZA to Susan Groenewald Prins at 56 Buitekant street, Oudtshoorn. When the parcel did not arrive, Susan made enquiries and was told that the bottle had been broken in transit.

I find it very difficult to believe that the sturdy plastic bottle that the product comes in could have been broken, it would require a very firm blow with a large hammer to burst that bottle, however, it seems to have happened. Under the circumstances I can only ascribe the reason to negligence.

I am now required to replace the product, valued at R506. It would be adding insult to injury if I have to fork out postage once more, so I have requested the Post Office to at least deliver the replacement parcel free of charge.

In spite of numerous reminders, sent to customer.[protected]@postoffice.co.za and to local.[protected]@postoffice.co.za I have not even received the courtesy of acknowledgement of receipt.

South African Post Office [SAPO] Always offline

I live in Wendywood (Sandton, Johannesbur) and whenever I visit the Wendywood Post Office (PO) they are always offline. It takes 2 to 3 visits before I am assisted. Once, on the 4th visit was I then visited.

On Friday, 20 January 2017 at 15:15, was my last visit and I had lost my patience. Having called earlier in the day to make sure they were not offline, I notified the staff who answered that I will be visiting later to renew my motor vehicles licence disk. I asked for the closing time and was told 16:30.

When I arrived, I was told they have just gone offline. I told the two ladies who were on shift that I was going to lodge a complaint as every time I visit this branch they are offline. I also reminded them of my call which one of the ladies said she'd remembered but then in person she tells me that they close at 17:00.

Both ladies refused to give me their names neither were they wearing name badges. I then went to the shop next to the Wendywood PO and discussed the matter with the staff and owner. They also confirmed that the post office seems to always be offline and they actually use the Morning Glen post office as the service is better.

On a separate incident, my husband had visited the Wendywood PO and as usual they were offline. They asked him to go to the Morning Glen PO. He complained to the teller at Morning Glen PO and the teller said to him that many people have come to them complaining of Wendywood PO always being offline.

My uncle who also lives in Wendywood only visits the Wendywood post office in the mornings as everytime he went in the afternoon, they were always offline.

Please close the Wendywood post office down as they are always offline. I suspect that customers are told that they are offline by the staff so that the staff can close on time every day.

On Friday when I visited, it was 15:15 in the afternoon. The two staff members were counting money so it looked like they were cashing up. With 1 hour and 45 minutes to go, cashing up could have waited because there was plenty time if the systems came back online.

Please investigate this matter.
