SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / under warranty product shows warranty expired

Dear sir,

I purhcased hp - laptop from your website on 1st feb 19. After a month I find little slow in processing & also windows licese shows expired, so I called hp customer care, from there I come to know that laptop is out of warrany.

As per invoice from, it shows windows license as well 1 year warrenty. So on 13th march. I reqest for to resolve the issue. But 2 time I opened a ticket and all the time it close without informing me.

This is third time I opened the complaint ticket, but still no respose.
