Sorel - Wrong order received/ did not accommodate

I placed an order for a pair of size 13 youth boots on sale. I received womens size 12 boots- clearly not my order. I tried using the chat option on the site, but kept getting routed to others due to not having the time to sit and stare at my phone waiting on their reply. Sorel Sorel BREX boot chelsea

I just bought these boots earlier this week, tried them in store and felt fine. Once I started walking in the boots, within 5 minutes I could feel it cuts into my ankle. I came back home in about 10 minutes of walking and it’s cut so badly it’s bleeding and painful. I own about 200 pairs of shoes, many of them coming up to my ankle, and I have never experience such a bad design boots that cuts into ankle this badly. I cannot refund them because I’ve worn them already.

Sorel Sorel womens snow boots Joan Ash Brown CGDQ67425

Purchased a pair of Sorel winter boots online from Sorel-newzealand.com on 13 June 2022. The boots were shipped from China and were tracked via the online tracking service 17Track.net. On 14 June 2022, the parcel was collected by the overseas postal service in China, Cuangzohou and was in transit to New Zealand. According to the tracking service notifications the parcel arrived in New Zealand on 5 July 2022 and further that the item had left the mail centre in Auckland and was on its way to a local /regional delivery depot. Since this last notification the parcel has gone missing. I have been in touch with NZ Post who can not locate the parcel and stated the sender of the parcel would need to make a claim for the missing parcel. Sorel NZ claims no responsibility after sending but offered a 40% refund.

Desired outcome: Full refund or a replacement pair of boots

Sorel Didnt receive product

I ordered shoes for the first time from Sorel in February. I gave it a few weeks assuming their shipments were slow, but they never arrived. As such, I contacted customer support. They told me that the product was shipped out and shown as delivered. I again reiterated that I didnt get them. They then said they would open an investigation with the carrier and get back to me.

About a week later, they responded and basically said, "The carrier says they were delivered. We cant do anything now. Go take it up with them."

What? You didnt get me my shoes but took my money. Now I dont get a refund?

Shady company. Avoid

Sorel Sorel boots

Hello

I did buy these boots more than 2 years ago (approximately 5 if I recall) but they are only used once a year for one week when I go skiing. They are then stored in a dry place between ski seasons so they hardly have any use. I did not use them in 2020 because of Covid lockdowns. This year when I pulled them out of their box, the rubber at the back on both shoes had either split or fallen apart making them unusable.

These are expensive shoes and I was expecting the quality to be way better. My husband's Sorels, stored with mine are older and are still in perfect condition.

Sorel Sorel Conquest Boots

1st off, let me begin by saying that the Customer Service Rep that I spoke to was by far, the worst I'd ever spoken to in my life. She made it seem like she was making the boots herself and that this was her company.

I explained that the boots weren't even 5 mos old and that I wanted the boots repaired because I assumed that the boots had a warranty as with other companies offering lifetime warranties.

The Rep snappily replied " do you have the Receipt ? " I informed her that I did not , but if need be I could produce a Statement from my Bank to prove that I made the purchase. The Rep made me feel like I had some reason to lie or that I was attempting to get another pair of boots for free. I then asked to speak to a Manager and was put on hold for over 20 minutes, having the same Rep then request that I send them pictures of the boots via my cellphone. After I agreed to send pictures of the cheaply made boots, I still asked to speak with a Manager. The Rep then softened her tone and began to speak in a more civil manner, but by that time I was already fed up with her earlier condescending tone and just sought to end the call.

The next day I received a call from ( who I presumed ) was a Manager and explained the situation and the Rep that I had spoken to. The Manager assured me that he would speak to the Rep. Then he asked me to explain what she stated to me and how our conversation ended, all the while , not a single mention of the boots. The entire call was regarding my complaint.

I will never make any purchases with Sorel or Columbia ever again.

Sorel Product not received

I have been a customer of Sorel in the past and have never complained about their products or service.

This year I have decided to order another boots from them. When I received notification that my package has been delivered but I have not seen it anywhere at my house or in the building (I have asked my neighbors, building owner who was on site, etc.), I have contacted Sorel to solve the issue. I was given the answer that they had received confirmation from delivery company that it’s delivered and they cannot do anything else.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received, as well as loose of money. I have no choice but to dispute the charge on my credit card although I don’t believe it’s the right way to handle this situation by Sorel.

I am never going to trust them again.

Sorel awful customer services

i placed an order for an APO AE address, they charged me $12.00, because it is military. I do not understand why, it isn't like they are paying for the merchandise to get to us, the US military does that for us. I tried to cancel it too and I couldn't either, I was advised to send it back but within 14 days, it takes 2-3 weeks for merchandise to get to me sometimes, now with the holidays is worse. Not to mention the time I spent on the phone, also trying to connect to their chat system, I had to wait for 156 people ahead of me. My first and never again time, people go Macy's to purchase their shoes if you really want to purchase their brand, because Sorel itself is awful to deal with.

Sorel Refund

I returned a pair of boots online and have not received a refund in the amount of $210.00. I have tried to contact Sorel on multiple occasions via phone. The wait time is over an hour to speak with a representative. I have emailed them with my issue but have not received a response. I also filed a complaint with the BBB and I'm waiting to hear back from them. The last resort will be to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Desired outcome: A refund in the amount of 210.00

Sorel Mens cheyanne ii lace duck boot

For 15 years I have been your loyal customer. There was a time it would have been right to say that Sorel's "are legendary for their durability", but this is the past. I can live that these premium boots eventually crack, but not after 5months... I have been purchasing this model now a number of times and they all have cracked on the top of the rubber - at least after a year of use. Calling these boots premium is a disgrace. It's still winter in Finland. It does not help me to send you these boots now. Neither have I purchased these on the web but at a Sorel outlet .. which will not refund these. It's a very sad

Sorel Men’s madson moc toe boot

These boots are falling apart, I've had them a year and never wore them into the field, and only to work indoors. Both toes are coming apart. My family has many pairs off sorels, it's weird that I've called support, 3times, I've been cut off 2 times and told that I was not treating boot correctly. I've literally just worn them to the office inside.

Sorel Expensive leather boots fall apart after a year

Purchased these tall leather boots which fell apart after less than 2 years of wear. The heels on both boots fell apart so I shipped to Canada return center and spent $30 on shipping. Customer service offered no repair whether under warranty or me paying for repair and instead shipped back the boots with a check list marked for not under warranty. I paid over $100 for these boots and expected to have better service. This return was processed by Columbia Sportswear. Definitely not worth the money and I'll never buy again from this manufacturer after the lack of customer service. I called to complain and the gentleman I spoke with said he didn't understand why they didn't offer any service and was totally useless.

Sorel Men’s conquest boot

I love my Sorel Conquest boots but the rubber on the sides of both boots has split open. The tread is still in amazing condition as is the leather and even the laces are still like new but with the rubber split open they are no longer waterproof. I was hoping you could help. I tried putting a waterproof sealer/patch on them with no luck. I included a picture of the bottoms along with the damage so you can see there is plenty of tread on them because they were not used that often. Thank you

Sorel Shoes

I have paid hundreds and hundreds for your boots and shoes. I waited 268 minutes a few weeks ago to speak to a very rude and apathetic customer service agent who stated my package would have been delivered weeks ago! I still have no package, but Sorel sure took my money!

Desired outcome: Fire the customer service agent I talked to last. Give me a full refund and $200 spending credit

Sorel Gift Card

I ordered a gift card on 11/20/20, with the advertised shipping timeline of 5-7 business days. I received an email on 11/24 that my card hard shipped, however, by December 5th, the order had yet to ship (according to the status update on their website). I called customer service, and was told that I could not cancel my order at this time, and had I not recieved the gift card by December 10th, I could cancel my order at that time. By December 15th, I still had not received my order so I called again in an attempt to cancel. I was told that they could not cancel my order and had no record of my previous call. I was assured by a manager that I would receive an e-mail that day, and they were starting an "investigation" to locate my missing gift card. I never received the email. It is not December 21st and I still do not have the gift card I ordered over a month ago.

Sorel Company posts false holiday shipping dates

I ordered a pair of Sorel slippers on Dec 8, order number [protected]. On December 9th, I received an email from Sorel stating "Your order is on its way", provided an estimated delivery date of Dec 18, 2020 and a USPS tracking number of 9261290142744501556568.

A check today, December 20th 2020 at usps.com shows that the package is still in pre-shipment, as of Dec 9th. On Sorel's website, the holiday cutoff for delivery by 12/25 is December 12 2020, 10 pm PST. After speaking to customer service 2 times, i'm told the order will languish in pre-shipment until December 24th. Sorel won't cancel the order - of course, they took my money but won't provide any help or restitution in return. Yesterday, December 19th, Sorel advertised expedited free shipping for all orders - Sorel rewards the last minute shoppers while an early shopper who made sure their order was placed before the Dec 12 cutoff gets screwed and screwed and screwed. Ridiculous.

Sorel Slipper

Order placed on 11/30. Shipped on 12/1 More than 3 weeks now and still have not gotten order. Tracked and order has been sitting at one location in PA for 10 days
Tried to contact Sorel. 97 min wait on hold. Said leave number and they will call back. NO call back. Tried their chat - 6 times in one day and was cut off each and every time.

Sorel sorel winter boots

I have been told that Sorels are the best winter boots to wear My wife swears buy them However I bought a pair and paid quite a bit My left boot rubber on side to attached soul have come apart now leaking and very discomforting I feel that they are a good boot for the most part Maybe I just had a Monday morning made pair Could you please contact me at [protected] or my email @christisonkenneth @gmail .com I will be great full if you could help me towards a new pair or some sort of help as I need boots and well over 50 Not good for my old bones ty

I’ve waited on 3 separate occasions to speak to a Sorel agent over 3 hours each time to inquire about a pair of shoes I ordered. I ordered these shoes same time as 2 pairs of boots. I’ve has both pairs of boots but no shoes! Each agent sends out a standardized email stating they are doing an “ investigation “ and cannot issue a refund! I even spoke to a manager who insists Sorel is doing an “investigation “. So needless to say, no shoes and no refund! Sketchy business. Amazon, Macy’s and even Kohl’s has way better customer service employees and policies to rectify lost packages!

Sorel boots

I received These Boots as a Christmas present. Was very happy with them for the short-season I wore them previously. Wear them 3 weeks this winter and now have a major problem with them. The bottom of boot separated from upper. These boots are very expensive and should have lasted much much longer. I contacted the company and they are not willing to repair them. After further research, I discovered this is a known defect with this product. Buyer beware.

Here is another example of Sorel quality. Out of warranty, yes... but no reason for a boot to rot like this.

Sorel customer service refused to give me a definitive response for nearly three months... and then said "no".

I'll never buy Sorel again. Terrible quality - even worse customer service.

I have had these Sorel boots, women’s trivolli ii for less than two years. They have always felt damp inside when I wear them outdoors. The inside lining recently wrapped. It is impossible to put my foot into these boots without ripping it further. I contacted the company and ask what they could do. They told me that because it is outside of one year there is nothing they can do. This is on acceptable for such a expensive boot and from a company that offers suppose it high-quality.

Sorel never to use sorbet again

this was my 1st visit to sorbet just cause i received a voucher so i had my nails done french tip everybody was friendly in store ...i had my nails done on 25/10/2017 and not even 2 weeks its making a broad ridge at the cuticle looks like it is lifting/cracking so i phoned el-ridge branch 06/11/2017 to complain and was told that the nails only last 14 days so my nails are old...what a bull story i got married in august and had my nails done at a lady called rentia (independant nail technician) it lasted 6 weeks you could see it growing out but it never made cracks or a ridge...this was my first and last time i will ever use sorbet
