Sonic Drive-In service/milkshake

Our experience at Sonic 1700 Highway 157 North Mansfield, Tx 76063 CHK 718

After placing our order and arriving at the window, we determine our order was incomplete. This was corrected. The Medium Grape slush was left off when ordering.

We also order a Medium Cake Batter Shake. This shake was the worst shake we have ever had from Sonic. Very disappointing. The shake was gritty and extremely yellow, like it wasn't made correctly. This is the first time I have ever seen my daughter throw away an almost full milk shake.

We typically go at least weekly to a sonic, normally not this one. The other times we have ordered this shake it was great.

My desired resolution would be a refund or replacement coupon to be used at any Sonic. I was going to take it back tonight but my daughter already threw it away.

I hate seeing my daughter disappointed like this when she really enjoys this milkshake so much.

Sonic Drive-In butterfinger blast

I ordered a large butterfinger blast. The only candy in it was what was on the very top. I order these all the time, so I know how the butterfinger is stirred into the entire blast. I told them about it on my next visit and was told I was wrong because they stir it into all the blasts. I think I should know what I received. Next time I will take a picture. If I didn't live 8 miles away I would have taken it back. I don't shop with people that don't do things correctly. I will give them another chance.

Sonic Drive-In customer service

On July 13 we went to sonic in carthage tx and ordered two number 3s and a number 18, and a soft pretezel. We got our order in a timely manner, but when we we're handed our drinks and we handed her the money she ran back inside no straws then we opened the bag to realize there was no cheese for the soft pretzel and no cream for the number 18 when we paged them they brought out the straws and we asked for the cream and cheese and she asked do you want some like yes it was paid for with our order and she only brought the cream and was very very rude

Sonic Drive-In shakes

I was there there on July 11 at 1130 pm I order a blast and I was informed that the machine was down for cleaning this isn't the first time either on was there on July 10 I was informed that the shake machine was down for cleaning why is this a on going problem I stopped there on Friday July 12 on my way home for work I was told again no shakes or blast this is getting worse if your open till 12 or 2 why aren't there selling shakes till closing

Sonic Drive-In product pricing and poor service

ordered 2ss burgers 1 lge fry and 1 cheeseburger, 1 coke, 2 shakes 1Ban Med and 1 Straw Med. Waited a long time for food only to find order was short 1 cheeseburger, was informed that I never ordered it, this was not true, we waited for another missing cheeseburger. for poor customer service. Lastly why were we charged $1.60 for one med shake and $4.39 for the other med shake? I am writing because I attempted to call FIVE times only to receive busy signal.

Sonic Drive-In drive thru

I was in the drive thru and heard manger talk down to their worker in every mean way I felt sorry for that worker because he didnt desreve to be treated that way who ever the manger is needs to treat their workers better I been to this location 5 times seem same manger talk to workers same way every time this was on July 11 at 3:25pm please address this please

Sonic Drive-In their food and customer service

First off I went last week after work and ordered my family's dinner for the night. I paid $47 and some change. I get the food home and every single burger was made completely wrong. My kids eat only ketchup and mustard no cheese the way I ordered them. They are made not only with cheese but everything on them tomato lettuce pickles. My children couldn't eat them. I then open my youngest kids meal and the chicken tenders was so burnt I can't believe they sent them out that way. I'll try to post the pic of them on this post if allowed. With the meals I ordered 3 with tots and 1 with fries I received all fries. The fries was so cold and nasty we couldn't eat them. Of course this location gives no receipts. I called up there willing to drive the 30 mins to get the food we can eat and was told without the receipt they wouldn't help me. Waste of $50. After work today I stopped to just get me food I ordered the bacon cheeseburger toaster. I got a burger with no BACON covered in bbq sauce it was dripping and had so many pickles the bread was soggy. The tots was so cold and the Texas toast was also. I took it back and all they did was bring me a piece of bacon to put on it myself and freshly BURNT tots. Again waste of $9 and NO receipt yet again

Sonic Drive-In inappropriate behavior between cook and manager

I have witnessed some very inappropriate beahavor between a manager and a cook at the sonic in hooks, tx. I know that a cook and a manager can not have a sexual relationship because of professionalism and rank. It has gone so far that other employees have hurd a female manager, Erin, being entiment in the bathroom with a cook, storm. The male cook has quit sense then. Know the female manager has been unfairly mean to us. She also has started to smell like marijuana when she comes it to work. She even said to a car hop( on a night we were very busy with half price sakes) I wish you were never born. She is very unperfetional. Other car cops (majority)0 do not want to come to work because of her. I would like to stay anonymous. I do not want her to lash out at me

Sonic Drive-In incorrect order

Every time I visit this location at least one item in my order is wrong. This last visit I ordered a 5PC chicken tender dinner & a bacon chicken sandwich. I got a 3 piece. This is one of the smallest orders a have ever done as I have a family of four. My family rarely eats here anymore since we can never get the correct order. I am so tired of constantly being cheated out of money.

Sonic Drive-In time waiting on drinks

Yesterday, July 9, 2019 I went to our local Sonic.
I ordered 5 drinks, no food.
My order was placed at 3:48 according to my receipt chk number 463.
At 4:15pm my drinks finally arrived and one was the incorrect size.
They did replace it with the correct size.
So at 4:18, I am finally able to leave stall number 10.
I feel waiting 30 minutes for 5 drinks is unacceptable. The carhop apologized, but didn't offer any other compensation for this long wait.
I was even over charged, I paid on a credit card and the bar hop said I would be refunded on the card but they couldn't give me the difference in cash, nor did they give me a receipt for the credit.
To top it all off my receipt was for $8.28 that I paid with a my credit card but the receipt had a new balance handwritten on it for $6.28 and change due listed as $.72.
I'm thinking by this I was over charged by $2.00 not 72cents.
I also witnessed many cats leaving the drive thru line without ordering, because the line simply wasn't moving.

Sonic Drive-In drinks

I would say 99% of restaurants today offer refills for your basic sodas. We dined in at the Sonic in Fargo ND, and I went and asked for a refill for my Coke. I was told they don't do refills. I was awe struck. I couldn't believe it. Even in most malls you can get a refill for 50 cents. So as a company you might want to rethink the refill policy for people dining in.

Sonic Drive-In store always being out of something or closed during opening hours

Every time we go to this one specific sonic we get told their systems are down and not taking orders. This time we went they told us they only had soda and slushees to serve because they were going to be closing in 15 mins. I understand that they were about to close and all and we just went for the ice cream but we couldn't even order that and my children started crying. This store needs new staff or to be completely closed down! The neighborhood and staff from the near by base don't even like going there because of the service. It's ridiculous! Sonic Drive-In exceeding long wait times and stale, uneatable boneless wings

Two weeks ago I went to the Sonic Drive-In in Ville Platte, LA. I ordered some boneless wings and a Coke. After waiting for about 30 minutes for my food a worker came to my vehicle to inform me that my order had gotten messed up then forgotten about! But I would be out shortly. About 10 minutes later they brought my food. When I got home I tasted my Coke to find out they had given me Dr. Pepper and my wings we cold and stale. They tasted as if they had been sitting out all day and I could not eat them. So I told myself I was never going back to that Sonic.
Well my girlfriend asked me a while ago if I could take her to Sonic to get a shake. I went against my better judgement and previous vows to never return and agreed to bring her to get a shake. I ordered a medium cookie dough Sonic Blast for myself and a medium Oreo cheesecake shake with no whipped cream for my girlfriend. After waiting for roughly 20 minutes I grew impatient and pressed the red button again to inquire about my order. I waited another 10 minutes and my call was never answered so I signaled a worker as she walked passed my vehicle after delivering food to another customer. I explained to her my dilemma and she said I'd be right out. Well at this point I told her I was not in need of my order anymore and would just like a refund (I had paid with a credit card so the transaction had already taken place). She informed me that she would let her manager know. A few minutes later she returned to my vehicle saying that since it was a credit card purchase it would take 24 hours before the refund was back in my account. So I asked her if I can have a receipt or some kind of proof of my refund. She said yes she'll get that for me then returned to the kitchen. After waiting ANOTHER 10 minutes I pushed the red button again to see if they would bring my receipt out. They told me it would be out shortly. A few minutes later the manager brought a receipt to my vehicle with proof of the voided transaction.
Needless to say, Sonic Drive-In in Ville Platte, Louisiana will never be receiving my business ever again and I hope the same thing doesn't happen to other customer.

Sonic Drive-In Product

Twice in the last few weeks. We have ordered cookie dough blast. The first time one had a bunch of cookie dough on just the top. The other had none. Yesterday. Two more cookie blast with no cookie dough in either one of them. When we pulled away from the window and headed home. We noticed they were melted also. I drank mine with a straw. Sonic Drive-In app and shakes

I placed my order through the app. 7 shakes I'll be there at 9:35. Checked in at 9:36 at 9:44 the screen in the stall said being delivered. It finally gets delivered at 9:50. Out of the 7 shakes: 5 of them are runny as if they are just made of milk. As they are being ha ded to me through the window the cherries are already sunk down in. This includes the master shake that was ordered. The other two shakes tasted chalky and left a gritty feeling in the mouth afterwards.

Sonic Drive-In m&m blast

m&m blast maybe had literally 6 m&m's and that was at the top! it had bits of peanut butter which i cannot have! very unsafe! added extra whip cream and it had the tiniest amount! i called to complain and to get it right but the manager was not helpful and said all he can do is send a gift card for the mini blast! seriously you could of cause a severe allergic reaction and didn't even make it right and you want to mail me a gift card only for that one item? like a couple of $$$? this is the worst customer service ever! we go to sonic so much as a family and this is very disappointing! it is the 4th time they did not add the candy into our blast and i kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but this is it!

Sonic Drive-In product and service complaint

They completely got my whole order wrong also gave me a burnt rotten hot dog I wet cheeseburger and the service seemed as though he was on drugs he we could not understand or comprehend anything that he said and they didn't give us a receipt so that we could return and get a refund this was the worst experience I've had my only at a Sonic with any fast food restaurant and I'm pregnant and allergic to chocolate and they put Oreos in my cheesecake shake

Sonic Drive-In they are having turn over of employees for some reason. making ordering slow cause they dont know what tbey are doing. waitef 20 minutes on 1 drink.

Turn over od employees making ordering process slow.Waited 20 minutes on a drink.The service use to be good.What are they doing to make longtime employees leave They are making things hard on employees that has been there.They passed other employees up & gave crewleader to a lady that had been there 2 weeks & didnt know how to train anyone instead letting long time employees train them. Who is running this place.It wasnt like that til this year.Bo one should have to wait 20-30 minutes for 1 drink!

Sonic Drive-In hamburger meat

Lunch was brought to me at work by my pastor's wife . She got a double meat cheese burger and got me the number 1 with onion rings and a coke. On way to bringing me the burger she was eating her and talking how dryy it was and said meat looked burned around the edges. Well when I got mine the meT was dry and seemingly burned around the edges. So I called them and they say if We bring the burger back uneaten, they will replace them . For real... I m at work. How about just fixing the burgers right the first time with fresh meat or meat that doesn't look like it was freshly cooked. Always a oriblem at this sonic. And I keep calling and the rudeness and messed up orders keep happening. So it does no good to call. Ordered a breakfast burrito with EXTRA bacon one morning but checked it before leaving and I Had a half slice of bacon. This is the sonic on my way to work. I go to forest hill sonic otherwise and never have problems and if I do which is rAre, they gladly fix it and gladly. This sonic is rude and always act like they are mad at the world

Sonic Drive-In where's the country gravy

A bit disappointed to get all the way home and find that my chicken dinner had no gravy. Called the store and was told it was DISCONTINUED.
Whaaaattt? That gravy is why I buy this meal. It totally compliments the meal.
I won't be buying anymore chicken dinners until the gravy comes back.
Sorry Sonic. I'm sure speak for many others that feel the same.
