Ordered #8 without a drink, got only fried nuggets no tots or fries. Still charged $5.69 (+1.00 tip).
Called back to complain and was told that was all i get since i didnt want a drink.
THAT SUCKS! Thanks ive enjoyed Sonic for 40 plus years but the frienly staff left with the roller skates. So will I if this is how its going to be from now on.

Sonic Drive-In order was incorrect/incomplete

We ordered from the sonic on 2720 Washington Ave, Houston, TX 77007 today via uber Eats and they messed up our entire order. We already submitted a complaint with uber Eatsa, we tried reaching the store but no one was picking up. We ordered 2 super sonic double bacon cheeseburgers, (both with no tomatoes, one with no mayo) with 2 large fries and 2 drinks. One of the large fries we ordered was only have full. The restaurant didn't even give our driver our drinks. Both burgers came with mayonnaise and one of them didn't even have bacon. I don't understand how a restaurant can mess up an order this bad, and I can guarantee that I will never be ordering anything from there again, and I will tell people to not go to that location because this is unacceptable.

Sonic Drive-In wait time, wrong orders

First of all, let me say that this sonic is about 12 miles from me. I don't drive by it on my way to or from work. I love sonic's vanilla malts, not vanilla milkshakes. 85% of the time I order a malt, I get a plain milkshake, usually one with no flavor. I ask for extra malt, still with no results. I let the drive thru cashier know that I want a malt, not a milkshake, still no malt. one cashier even said they don't sell malts anymore, then the next time I order I get a malt. are they that difficult to make? really? I go to sonic only for malts, end up ordering other things, but the malt is the most important thing, and not to get one is not acceptable. I complained to corporate at one time, they only improved for a little while then went straight away back to what they were doing before. seriously, sonic of elkton? finally, i've waited in line from 10 minutes up to 35 minutes. is this wait time acceptable? is it possible to hire more help and retrain the help you have?

Sonic Drive-In harassment

It was slow and me and another cook were talking about weather or not a woman could be president and another manager named Samantha Krahn keept threating me saying that she was going to call corporate and fire me. She said she would call and complain and I was going to loose my job. It was going to happen because she was manager I am not. She screamed and yell at me and gave me attitude. She was mean, rude and disrespectful. That is a hostile work environment. We were not talking to her. We were not talking about her. We did not even say her name in the conversation. She was not part of the conversation. She screams at me a lot and most of the time is okay with other employees getting free food except me. It was not right for her to threat me and abuse her power to intimidate me and make me feel uncomfortable. I now she is a manager and I am not but she shouldn't be treating me like this saying she will call corporate and I will get fired because that is harassment.

Sonic Drive-In service - cashier

When inquiring about the availability of the Carhop Classic, the cashier responded: "that was like two months ago..." Then when asked what shakes were half-price, she curtly replied "all of them". Her tone was disrespectful throughout the exchange and she was not interested in serving us politely. That's disgusting and intolerable. I do not pay Sonic's outrageous prices to be spoken to by a teenager that hates their job. Do something about it because I'm tired of this pattern.

Sonic Drive-In payment and order problems

Yesterday, May 7th, 2019, I went to the sonic nearest to me in Bridgeport. When trying to order the order taker treated me like a child and told me I was wrong in what I was trying to order (the number 11 with french fries instead of tater tots). She said that there wasn't a side with it and made me feel completely insulted. Then when the boy came out to hand me my food (I paid 5 dollars on a gift card and then my total was $1.81), I handed him $5.81 and received only 3 dollars back. It was such an inconvenience. Definitely won't be going back.

Sonic Drive-In terrible staff

Sonic on 550 w telegraph st, Washington Utah was terrible! We got went to order and they told us that they were not taking anymore stall orders right now so go to the drive thru. We went to the drive thru and when we getup there it says we are not taking anymore orders anymore sorry we're closed. So we were like... Then a girl comes out and says ok you were the last order so I guess we will take your order. So we say okay and she says let me go get a pen and pad. Never comes back! 25 minutes later of waiting behind cars we finally get to the window and she goes I wasn't able to come back out and tell you we aren't gonna take your order anymore. Like wtf? Train your staff better, even the manager had no idea how to handle anything. What a joke. Never coming here again. The concept of don't tell people your gonna do something that your not.

Sonic Drive-In didn't get the order right

We went and ordered drinks and we wanted a ice cream sandwich. We got the drinks ordered but they didn't get them right so we pushed the button again and got the order right on that part but when we went to tell them about the ice cream sandwiches they turned off the speaker so we didn't even get a chance to finish our order. Not very happy and will never go back to Sonic in Dewey Oklahoma again

Sonic Drive-In smashed burger after a fifteen minute wait.

I ordered a King's Hawaiian Club and a Route 44 drink through the app. My check in time was 5:45pm. I arrived approximately at 5:40pm and checked into stall 13. My food was delivered to my stall approximately at 5:55pm. The buns were literally smashed like pancakes and condiments just thrown on the sandwich. If I was to rate the quality, out of 10, then I'd give it a 1 just for showing up at my stall.
Does Sonic not pride itself on quality and timely service anymore?

The server at stall 8 check 484501 Sonic Drive In at Tiptonville, TN servers name is Jeremy, his hands and nails were so dirty you were afraid to eat your food thinking her might have made it, was disgusting. Black grease around his nails on both hands and in the folds in his skin, looked like he just got through packing bearings! Needed to have gloves on if. He can't get clean. 01/ May -2019 @ 9:30

Sonic Drive-In service

Yesterday - April 29th approx 11:00 -12:00 I placed two orders in the drive-through window for store #3378 on 21 NE 23rd Street Oklahoma City OK. My orders were two Sonic Corn Dogs and order of medium Tator Tots. The second order was for your Bacon Bacon Lettuce Tomato on Texas Toast with mustard and Tator Tots your special.

I work for the State and our office building is on 28th and Lincoln less than 5 minutes from the drive-through.

When I returned to the office I gave my Co-worker her order (the Corn Dogs and medium Tator Tots). Before I began to eat my Co-work said that they must have cooked up a lot because the Corn Dogs were not crunchy but extra soft which I took it to mean soggy.

I bit into my BBLT and noticed the bacon was hard, burnt and melted together. I immediately called the location and told the young lady that answered what happened. She said that I can come back and they would replace my order. I told her my lunch hour was up and she said I could come back another day and let the crew know and was supposed to have written my name down.

I asked her should I bring the bacon and she said I could. It was not mentioned to bring my receipt or anything else. The woman told me her name was Sunshine and I told my Co-worker the same.

On today the person who served the drive-in, I believe her name is Amanda -315, was rude said no one with the name Summer, Samatha worked there. I could not remember the young ladies name, when I got back to the office I located the piece of paper that I wrote her name on and it was Sunshine. I Knew it started with an (S).

She, Amanda, would not honor the request and she made it sound like I was lying. I told her that made no sense why would I get out in the pouring rain to come and get such order or make it up. I also checked my call log from yesterday to see what number I called, 405-551-0330, I looked on the internet to determine the location, I called the store and asked for the store number and the location to make sure I had all the information correct and I called the store back asked for a Sunshine and the person that answered the phone said there is no one with that name.

My problem is we, the people in my office, and others patronized your store and that location all the time. I know things do happen and we were willing to try again to make sure it was a bad day for the cook. But to be treated wrongly by not given the right information from the person who answered the phone, and then the attitude of the person who I spoke with today I do believe we, as in our office, will not patronize this store anymore and maybe not any other if you have poor customer service.

This is really disappointing because I worked for the first Sonic drive-in in Lawton many years ago and customer service was the priority!

Sonic Drive-In food order

We have been to this Sonic once last week and again tonight.( 04/28/2019 Both times our order was wrong, cold and stale. Of course we did not know until we got home and opened our bag. I love Sonic but do not feel I should have to open my bag to make sure my order is correct. Not sure of their store number but their address is : 1508 HWY 331 South Defuniak Springs, Fl. 32433

Sonic Drive-In store policy and customer service

Visited the Sonic in Latham NY last night with my Boys 16U Basketball team. The Sonic was across the road from our hotel and are final game finished at 10:00pm. The boys walked over to the Sonic to get food and were denied service because they didn't have a vehicle. The hotel was literally 100 yards from restaurant. I went back over a second time so that they would have an adult present and once again we were denied service. The Manager required us to have a vehicle. I walked back the 100 yards to hotel to get vehicle so that my players could order food. The District Manager refuses to answer my calls or text. If this is truly a Sonic policy like stated by the employees on duty, then it needs to be definitely changed or your lobby needs to stay open as late as your carhop order stations.

Sonic Drive-In bblt

I have ordered the bblt two times. The first time the bacon was Raw! We returned them. They brought them back to us. The bacon was burnt to the point that my husband couldn't hardly eat his.

The next time I ordered, I requested crispy bacon. When I received it there was maybe two pieces on it that was cooked close to crispy. I returned it. When I received it back, most of it was almost burnt!

I strongly suggest that the crew be trained on the proper way to fry bacon! I understand that people have different preferences. However, almost raw bacon is unacceptable for health reasons.

Sonic Drive-In service

I always take the surveys and usually want to make sure they know they are doing a good job. With the survey you get a free route 44 drink on another visit if you have the validation code.
My husband and I went to the Sonic in Breaux Bridge, LA on Saturday April 20, 2019. We had a trailer behind us so did not want to take up too much time for the drive thru. I said I want a route 44 that i have a code for to get it free. I want to pay for adding vanilla and cherry to it. The person said are you SURE it is not a large. No it is route 44. I also want to purchase a 8 pack of cheese sticks. O.k. Drive up..On the screen it said cheese sticks 4.99 drink 2.49. We drive up and give him a 20.00 and the receipt with the validation on it. He gives my husband 9 dollars and some change, he had some other money in his hand, the drink and the cheese sticks. No receipt and was trying to get the next customer to come up. I hate to make anyone wait but this was ridiculous. You know he will have to answer for that. He stole from us. I always love sonic and I always tip them. Guess he got more than usual. They need to learn how to use the receipts and how to add and subtract. No receipt so I could not do the survey. Even if I did not have a coupon it would not have been that much.

Sonic Drive-In slushes

I went to the sonic in Waller Tx to order 6 slushes for the 49c sale today. I wanted 3 strawberry slushes, 2 peach lemonade slushes & 1 strawberry lemonade slush. Hurt off, the woman taking my order was saying she couldn't hear me so they sent another carhop to my stall (Brent). I had already told the woman that I wanted 3 strawberry slushes & she repeated it back to me. Then Brent came with an attitude as I was trying to tell him what slushes I wanted. I told him 2 peach lemonades & a strawberry lemonade. He repeated back with an attitude and left to go make them. When he came back w my ticket I told him I was missing 3 slushes. He caught another attitude, walked off and sent another carhop to take our order. At this point I'm still missing my 3 strawberry slushes that new carhop went to go get. I didn't appreciate the unprofessionalism that went on. I just wanted 6 slushes that should not have taken long at all to bring out let alone order. Then I got home and the slushes were not correct. The ones I ordered that were supposed to have lemon didn't have any at all and the flavors tasted like they were running out. I called the store & they told me it was because it want rung up with lemon added when he clearly repeated the order back correctly to me & told me there was nothing they could do about it so I decided to come write a complaint. I don't appreciate wasting my money on something that I did not order and I believe that they should have taken my order issue more seriously. I will not be back at that sonic from now on. No way to treat a customer. Disappointed.

Sonic Drive-In horrible drive thru service, and then no accountability after the fact

This is the third time I have ever eaten at a Sonic, and the third time I have been very disappointed with the service I have received. On all three occasions, at three different locations, the staff had managed to get at least one of our orders wrong in a family of four, and our orders were not all that complicated. Mostly, it stuff like burgers where we requested no sauce, but the sauce was added anyway, or items missing from the order, such as French fries.
I have also been very unhappy with the "speed" at which our orders have been processed. Compared to other fast food burger joints, Sonic has been much slower. I would say we've averaged close to 15 minutes waiting, which is FAR too long for a fast food establishment, particularly when maybe ¼ of the stalls were occupied with cars, and 2-3 cars tops at the drive through. We typically get our food much faster than that at sit-down restaurants like Chilis and Macaroni Grill, for example. Our latest debacle in Page took almost 25 minutes to get our food.

I filled out an online form on their site twice and only got two automated responses to take a survey where I couldn't enter my specific complaint, and never heard from a human being.

Sonic Drive-In no service

To whom it may concern:
I went to Sonic at 6:45ish in San Antonio on Goliad Rd this morning and wanted to order but no one answered. I then pulled up by window and saw a worker and honked but still did not come to window, so I left. I was very disappointed by that . I usually go by there 3 -4 times a week before work to get a sweet tea. Needless to say I didn't get it. Why they didn't answer I don't know.

Sonic Drive-In bad food products

Stopped in to get some food on my wa home, I ordered a hamburger with no mayo and no mustard plus a small order of onion rings. It took almost 25minutes to get my order, I drove home about 3 blocks away. I w as so hunger and ready to enjoy my meal, to my disappointment my burger was cold, dry the tomatoes, pickles, lettuce were warm and it had mayo on the bun. The onion rings were also cold the butter was dark these two items look like they had been setting around for awhile like they were left behind and been replaced with my order. I am sorry but this kind of service is unacceptable and disappointed, this kind of service you are operating will not work for me. An x customer.

Sonic Drive-In sonic customer service

We visited the Sonic on airport road, Allentown, Pa yesterday at 8:30 p.m. My husband and I both ordered shakes. Neither of them had the lid on right. My husband handed me mine and i almost dropped it and his slipped out of his hand because the gentleman at the window practically tossed it at him. The shake was all over his outfit down his seat and all over the driver's side of the car. We were not given any napkins and we were on our way to a function and had to return home because of the mess.
