Sonic Drive-In my food

I went to a Sonic drive thru approximately 8 Pm on Tuesday next night 04/16/2019 and ordered a BBLT. My BBLT didn't have a tomato, my lettuce was white and it had no condiments on it. To add on my sandwich was flat. It looked like someone made it who didn't have a clue on how to make a BLT. Very dissatisfied after seeing this on the commercial I had very high expectations. I had to put my own Mayo on it at home.

Sonic Drive-In failure to bring right order out.

Me and my mother placed an order for 2 shakes and brought us the wrong order. When we tried to let the staff know they told us a new shake would "be right out" but never came. When we tried to ask a third time they said it was on the way out but still never came. So we had to give up and leave never receiving the correct order after waiting 50 minutes. VERY ANNOYED AND DISAPPOINTED.

Sonic Drive-In blt sandwich

Saw the new BLT commercial and decided to give it a try. Was very disappointed when I got home only to discover burnt bacon, lettuce that was barely there and the little that was, was hanging out to the sandwich and tomatoes looked to ripe. Had to drive back to store high as gas is to get my money back. The manager who came to window showed no concern about why I was returning the sandwich. Poor customer service.

I made an order on April 4 you all had a special half price wings but I was charged full price and the carhop lady Courtney went and told the manager about my issue he stated that there is nothing he can do and that the specials aren't offered online which is a lie because I have ordeeed online before I received the promo price he could have handled the issue better than he did

Sonic Drive-In bblt & med tots

This was possibly the worst food we have ever bought at Sonic. The bacon cremated maybe ysterday, no mayo, one thin slice of tomato which wasn't ripe. I was very disappointed with the service. trying to charge extra for the tatertots. We request a refund. Please improve Sonic in Jacksonville, Texas.
I have shopped at Sonic for many, many years with good success and have never received such slow service, there was one carhop trying to serve six cars.

Sonic Drive-In service

I visited the Silsbee, Texas Sonic #2875 on 03-30-19 at 12:25pm.
The manager (Keith Scott) would not accept my early happy hour if you purchase through the Sonic Ap. I was told the ap was messed up and was not his problem. I showed him on my phone that I was charged $1.34 for my happy hour drink. I asked him if I can get the drink and I was told I would have to pay full price. I did not get the drink. I refused to leave until I got his bosses number. I called his boss (Larry Stone) also on Saturday. He asked to let him get it right before I went over his head. Today is Tuesday - still nothing! I know its only a $1.34 but its the principal of the thing. Sonic should be really embarrassed that someone like these guys deals with the public every day.

Sonic Drive-In my complete order and lossy inconsiderate service

I just left there after waiting 30 min for my food. I was late for work. I was told there was confusion about where my food was to go. I hit the button and asked about my order and they didn't know what my order was. I brought a greasy bag with over cooked onion rings and poppers no drink with my meal until I asked for it. Never asked if I wanted a refund or anything of that nature for their mistake.

Sonic Drive-In customer service

Woman running the drive thru is always rude. This specific time, she took my card for payment, and just stared at me, and glared, and was very unwelcoming. She closes the window, doesn't have gloves on and proceeded to make my milkshakes and obviously gossip to the other woman working with her. Her head was bobbing all over the place and she would look back at me 3 times before having the other employee bring me my order. She hands me the milkshakes and I ask for the manager name. She is ride as well. Saying very nastily, "which one? The GM, the SM, who?" I want to speak to whoever is YOUR general manager, she says her name, "Yvette"... I said, no, not you, who is over you? She tells me "Betsy"... I laughed and said, "I'm sure she is"...

Betsy is the woman who is always rude to me. This isn't the first time this has happened.

I work at customer service, I would NEVER treat my customers that way. She needs to be drug tested and fired.

Hello on 3/10/2019 me and my family of 5 went to this sonic location I ordered our food it was cold when we got it we waited over 30 minutes for our food. We will never be back to this location. The staff was not friendly the server was victoria we are all very unsatisfied with the service on the order of chili cheese fries there was hardly any chili or cheese. Our order was $25.18 and to us it was a waste of money! I hope actions will be taken instead of saying they will be and not doing anything. My brother and dad even had to ask for their drinks because they wasn't brought to us. Upset customer robyn

Sonic Drive-In service

We got Two large chilli cheese fries, both boxes were less than half empty. We called a manager, Tanisha, and she was very nice. She said she would leave a note telling us she would remake our order the next day. We came back and Dennis and Tanisha said they either didnt have a note or said they didnt know what we were talking about, basically. The service from the day before was bad already and they made it worse when we went back. I feel like there is very bad communication and nobody knows what they are doing.

Sonic Drive-In terrible service

Went to Texas for a nice family vacation and was almost ruined but this customer service. Only 2 cars at the damn store and they still couldn't get our order right! We simply explain and say exactly what was on each burger mind you it was only 2 [censored]ing burgers! Then we get 2 shacks one without whip or cherry the other with just a cherry no whip and my sister that is highly allergic to cherries received cherries! Now tell me how y'all want a raise because I sure in the hell don't want y'all having my tax money! Absolutely worst visit to sonic EVER! Will not be returning and another thing is the next time y'all want to give me an attitude about putting [censored]ing onions on my burger your pretty windows can wear it! So much for a "nice" family vacation! You'll be [censored]ing lucky if we don't sue your [censored]!

Sonic Drive-In limited products

The fact you guys promoted such good deep fried oreos for only two weeks. I ran to sonic at 10:45 pm, 15 minutes before they close and I had a horrible day because college is so stressful and I have been working hard to maintain my figure by working out and eating healthy. However after a very difficult day I just wanted some good deep fried oreos to make my heart feel full again. I am disappointed in sonic and me & my friends will not be returning until they are back in all sonics. Thank you for the sake of all humananity needing them.

There are kids in Africa that are starving and you ignorant "college" students are complaining about something as low as this. Overall it is pathetic, I do not understand how you entered college with a third grade reading level. You really need to re-evaluate what you people are doing, because it is affecting the lives of other people by harassing Sonic like this and it puts a bad image on your friend group.

Sonic Drive-In credit card machine

this has been going on at local sonic for over a month now. they will only except cash. plus i have witnessed employee's putting alot of merchandise from inside the store into their trunk. the place is filthy. half of the speakers are not working, signs are torn down. it is just plain uninviting. please help resolve this problem. it really needs a new manager from the looks of the store. thank you

Sonic Drive-In attitudes, jealousy, temptation

I work at the Sonics in Thomasville. First off, the manager was messing w one of the cooks . This caused a lot of problem within Sonics but our head manager decided to not do anything because of her shift manager Alesha . They are not fair, they're messy & do not know how to keep their personal & professional business apart. Well yesterday I was at work, I kind of was in a bad mood not talking because of something the same manager said .. well she proceeded to come in my face trying to argue with me . A lot of words were exchanged but managers can not continually walk into an employee face, THATS TEMPTATION .. it's been multiple incidents & this same manager is still here. How long will it take for somebody to do something about it ? Who else do I call ? This is messages from another employer doing this big incident .

Sonic Drive-In price

I ordered a combo on Tuesday, the half price day. The menu price was $6.59 for a medium #1. However, I was charged $7.77 minus the $2.00 special discount for a total of $6.23. When I asked why the price was higher than the menu board I was told the prices went up. When I asked if they went up just for Tuesday, I was told yes. I don't usually file complaints like this, but isn't that false advertising!?
