Sonic Drive-In Very slow and coffee spilled on me

Went to stall #4 about 8:00 am, ordered one cup of coffee. At 8:15 saw that everyone before and after had gptten their orders. paged attendant to say i would drive around to the drive thru and pick up my coffee. did so. She apologized for being shorthanded. two more minutes and she handed me two cups on the house. went to put one down and the lid popped of spilling 135 plus degree coffee across my belly and into the console. I got a blister on my finger. a hot belly and now the window switches on my console wont work. the attendant saw this and handed me a wad of paper towels as well as my scream. I videod all these facts as well as temperature and will hold onto it until i hear from sonic. the attendant should also confirm it. I like sonic coffe but have gotten several complaints to share including an attendant at the drive thru that had my coffee sitting on the counter and decided to take a break with a car behind me. Sonic Drive-In poor service and horrible food

My husband and I went to Sonic to try the Car Hop Special 8/26/19. We also ordered 2 large shakes. It took 20 minutes to get our food and it was cold. I asked for some mayo for my tots and the car hop acted like I was putting him out. Our "large" shakes were not even 1/3 of the cup! The whole thing was whipped cream which I did not ask for or want. There was no "shake" to it! I was seriously disappointed as Sonic used to be one of the best places to get a shake. This was undrinkable! All in all I paid over $20 for a meal that was a total disappointment. This order should be replaced with hot food and an actual shake instead of a cup of whipped cream or my money refunded!

Sonic Drive-In my slush

My husband and I come here every day. I always order a large mango slush with nerds. So much so that now my husband and teen also love the mango slushies with nerds. Anyways tonight I send my husband. He comes home, about 1/4 of the slush I drank. Took the lid off, kept drinking. Noticed sonething dark but it went to the bottom because when I was literally almost done there was something in the bottom of my drink that was not slush nor nerds...🤢🤢🤢 I dont know what it is I took pictures for evidence. As I said It was darn near finished. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Sonic Drive-In attitude

Child I ordered a banana split and was told they didn't sell them at this sonic but I wasnt told that when I ordered. I had to wait till this liquor drinking dehydrated looking carhop came out to my car with an attitude because she looked like she was about pass out. The order didn't take nearly as long as everyone else is claiming theirs takes. Mine only took 16 minutes and we had ordered two cheesesteaks. The homicidal woman that came out to my car was like ohhhh child its soo hott out here. Now you are an obviously menopausal aged woman who knew that when you put in the job application. Don't complain to me about it being hot. Complain to your manager. What I didn't like is that she hovered around my vehicle even after handing me the food to try to see if there would be any other issues. So I told her about the girl taking my order saying they had banana splits. Then she was like we aint got no banana splits. Poor grammar skills. Then I was like well what she put that on my receipt for. Then she was like im gonna take a look at that for you.. Then I heard her mumble to herself. We aint got no damn banana splits. She thought I didn't hear her but I did. Then I jaked my receipt from her and said she didn"t put it on there no way. I had an attitude as well. Wont be coming back but she aint gonna last long anyways. And a [censored] named shan on judson road is a hog mouth tramp that works in the morning. Get rid of her too

i went to this locations facebook page. they sent me a computer generated message. I hope they do something about this REJECT that works there because i don't put up with sloppy service.

Sonic Drive-In job

I'm 15 years old I am mature and independent and I was looking at that location they are understaffed they don't have that many staff and so I applied I apply for CarHop and I also apply for crew member it took a week then I did an interview at the interview when I told her my age she said I couldn't do it I have to talk with the corporate so I'm talking with you guys now and I hope that you guys could allow at least just to 15 year olds to work at their location or just me a lot of people are quitting from that location and she's in need of staff hope you guys get back with me as soon as possible I'm Jaden Alexander I am a 15 year old kid teenager

Sonic Drive-In customer service

I have had several disappointing visits to my local Sonic drive-in. The slots are abhorent. Rarely, can I pay at the point of purchase because the card reader is completely dysfunctional. Waiting for an excess of 20 minutes or more should yield hot fresh food. Not so, an afterthought is delivered, with not a second of customer service.

I recently placed an order and did not have any cash on hand. I asked my server if she could apply a tip when she ran my card. A manager came out and went to her personal vehicle, parked next to mine. She proceeded to look at me and say, "[censored] white folk." My server returned and informed me her manager provided her with my suggested tip.

I work in a customer service field and understand the climate. Aberdeen really doesn't have a lot to offer, food wise... Sonic is an awesome breakfast, lunch and dinner option to Aberdeen residents. I just hate that it 's potential is not being fulfilled. I work in Amory, MS and frequent the Sonic the often, leagues above Aberdeen.

Food for those thought.

Sonic Drive-In slow drive thru.

Went to this Sonic for lunch, went thru the drive thru and placed my order. 20 minutes later I am still waiting for my food as they are serving the cars in front of me and behind me. Finally got up to the window and the order still wasn't ready. I finally had to cancel the order. I will not return to this sonic ever again. Hopefully the other Sonic's in town are better than this one.

Sonic Drive-In service

Good afternoon,
I have NEVER written a complaint and submitted it to a company, I always thought the people who work at restaurants are human, people make mistakes...
I went to sonic 2 weeks ago, and got 2 shakes during happy hour. I was paying with a gift card put it in the machine and it said it had processed and been approved.
when my food comes out... the guy says I didn't pay. I was confused, asked for the receipt, it said my new balance was 6 something... it obviously charged it. he argues with me, and gets his manager (MOST DISRESPECTFUL PERSON)... eventually I give the card back to them and they run it again. my new balance is a dollar something. ANYONE can tell that it was charging the card. I thought, "hey its sonic... im not going to spend anymore time trying to help these people understand math". The only thing they said was, "its impossible... our system cant charge a card more then once". At this point I leave and cant even drink my now "expensive" shake because it was melted...

For some reason last night I decided to give them another shot!
THE SAME THING HAPPENS! I joked in the car before the guy came out saying, "watch they are going to charge us twice". Sure enough that is what happens.
This time the kid was very polite and confused, it was his first week. I told him to go talk to his manager...I thought, "this cant be happening twice"!
This time the manager was too "busy" with the other 3 cars that he couldn't talk to us. The kids begins to tell us his manager told him to tell us that THE SYSTEM CANT CHARGE IT TWICE"...come one man...! The kid then tells me, "sorry this happens a lot". (keep in mind he has only worked here for a week) If it happens so much then why don't they compensate the customer and try to work the problem out?

At this point I feel like I need to warn everyone about sonic... you guys basically steal money from customers, and do nothing about it!

Sonic Drive-In product and service

I order a sausage egg cheese biscuit without the cheese and they gave a bacon egg cheese biscuit of course im upset i order paid good money and im hungry and i call them to let them know and they wanted to keep hanging up on me which made me more upset so I dont like the way they treat there customers and majority of the time you order there the order is wrong even when they repeat it back and have it right on the rec they still mess up

Sonic Drive-In blt

I ordered a BLT. I even asked if they still have to BLT sandwich on Texas toast. She said yes. They gave me the summer chicken BLT. It was good except for the cheese on it. I paid more and really wanted the BLT. This is the 2nd time the order was wrong but different location. I guess I will just stick with the drinks only, if I go back at all. Someone was supposed to contact me after I sent an email but no call or email yet.

The customer service at drive through by girl named Racheal was just Rude Sonic needs to be ashamed of them selves for having such rude employes and not only was service extremely slow i was in drive thru for 15 min but my food was horrible but the girl named Rachel was the cherry on the cake Shame on Rachel and Sonic expected better.I should mention that i asked for a few napkins because i didnt get any with my ft long chili coney and Rachel who was workin window at 46763 S Union Sonic Tulsa ok slammed window and brought back 2 napkins and preceded to smart off about how she gave me 2 and that was plenty

Sonic Drive-In ordering process

This sonic is terrible when taking orders...after you keep repeating every item 3 to 4 times, they might get it right..then when you get your order..it is still wrong, it is very discouraging to get home after going through the drive through and find the wrong order...this happens if you eat in also.one night it took three attempts to get the right order. I know mess ups happen but should not be every single time.

Sonic Drive-In Manager

The male manager at this location is extremely disrespectful to his employees. My child came home very upset because he called them worthless and continued to use profanity to insult them, which is no way for an adult to speak to a minor and it is certainly unacceptable for a manager to speak this way to their employees. This is not the first time that this has happened, but I hope that it will be the last. I can assume that sonic does not want a man like him representing their company.

Sonic Drive-In Order Delivery

My mom and I went to Sonic, during happy hour, and ordered 2 large drinks. Another customer pulled up next to us and ordered chicken and a drink (we know that because our windows were down). Not only did the other customer get their order before us but it took 14 minutes for us to get our order.

I've worked at sonic and that would never have been acceptable. We weren't given an apology for delivery time, offered a discount, or anything. And when we left, the other side of the lot was empty.

Sonic Drive-In food, hours of service

I visited the Sonic just off I-20 at the Liberty City, TX exit on corn dog day, this past week at approximately 7 p.m. I got 2 corn dogs and drove away. They were barely warm, but I was already on the freeway and they were only 50 cents each, so I let it go. I went to the same Sonic drive in this morning, at 6:55 a.m. The Sonic sign at the entrance said "open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.) I pulled up to the drive through and was told through the speaker that they would not open for another 15 minutes.
I regularly visit Sonics throughout the state of Texas and have never had cold food nor has it not been open during advertised hours (short of a power outage). Very disappointing.

Sonic Drive-In chocolate chip ice cream sandwich

My family visited the Alabaster, AL Sonic this past Thursday around 7 pm and again tonight around 8:30. Both days we were told that they weren't able to sell any chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches bc they weren't frozen enough. The first night we asked if they could just give us two cookies and a cup of ice cream to which they said they had actually had no cookies. Then the same story tonight. That's a shame!

Sonic Drive-In service and food

My husband and I stopped at Sonic last night for the 50 cent corn dog special. We ordered 8 corn dogs, a large onion ring, a rt44 lemon berry slush and a rt 44 cherry limeade. They carhop brought our meal and read our order back to us. We drove 15 minutes home and discovered we had no onion rings, so my husband called and spoke with a manager who had a devil may care attitude with my husband and told him to come back so he asked if he could bring his entire meal back since it would get cold by the time we would get to eat it. No he just gave him the onion rings and by the way when did you start charging .30 for lemon in a lemon berry slush? I also went for lunch and had a super sonic no 2 my burgers were over cooked almost to the burnt stage!

Last week I stopped in the Sonic at Malvern, Arkansas and ordered a corn dog and it was the worst corn dog I have ever gotten . It was not cooked completely which made it doughy. an AWEFUL corn dog !

Sonic Drive-In i’m complaining about two employees

Two employees were sitting outside behind the trash are kissing and touching each other while I sat there and wAited 10 minutes for my food I ended up leaving cause I waited so long and as I was pulling out I saw them why arnt they inside working. I want action taken against theses employees because it's ridiculous that I'm having to wait this long for food which I didn't mind doing until I saw that they were obviously a couple and I don't think they need to work together and this was at 6:30 pm

Sonic Drive-In service

My family and I went through drive through around 9:30 and order was wrong. I went to the outside door and told an employee about the mix up. I waited outside for 30 minutes. When asked Seth about the wait and the fact my fries were cold, he got rude. My husband finally came to the door after the long wait and asked for a refund. Seth continued with the rude attitude and at this point I have one as well. I returned the food and Seth said I was being hostile and called the police because I wanted hot, correct food that I paid for- since when is this too much to ask? The police made me leave no food and no refund. No customer service training was given to this team of children working at this Sonic- I didn't see anyone that even looked 21 years old or oler in the entire place. I paid for food that I didn't even get- something has to be done to rectify this situation!

Sonic Drive-In the long wait for my drinks

I ordered 3 drinks and paid with my bank card. I sat there waiting, waiting, and waiting to receive my drinks. I notice that during my wait the drive thru serves a car (which ordered shortly before me) some food, and another car next to me receives food 5 minutes after I order. I did not see any other vehicles waiting for anything! And once again I see no carhops delivering food/drinks to anybody! This is a common occurrence here and it is pretty frustrating! All I ordered were drinks which require no cooking! I have just about decided to no longer get my 2 or 3 drinks a day from this facility. I do not know how they decide who and when to serve orders to but I know their system sucks! Like I said this seems to be a common occurrence here and it is a bunch of crap!
