Sonic Drive-In service and portions

I have gone to a sonic restaurant (on 724 S. Jackson Street, Cookeville, TN, 38501) and the past four times I have went I have not gotten what I have ordered. Last time I ordered a sandwich with no tomato because I have a tomato allergy, and a vanilla root beer. There was no vanilla in my drink and there was tomato on the sandwich (I had to throw the sandwich out because I can't have tomato at all and live to far away to drive back just for one new sandwich). This past visit I ordered a route 44 cherry limeade with extra cherries. Even though they charged me for the extras, I actually got one less than the normal amount of cherries. I tries using the talktosonic website, but there has not been an ID number on any of the receipts so far. Please fix this. I am tired of going there and my order being wrong.

Sonic Drive-In bad service, wrong order

For the past two nights, I went to Sonic's on North Hill Street, Meridian MS. Both nights, I was there approximately 2230 hours. The first night, I ordered two shakes thinking they were half price since it was advertising on the menu boards. After being charged full price for my shakes, the only answer I received from the manager was ... "They are full price!"
Tonight not only did I have to repeat my order several times, but when the three shakes arrived, they were all wrong!
The manager did not come outside to address my issues, but rather relaying her messages through the carhops!

I will not return to this location again!

Sonic Drive-In constant incorrect orders

Every time I go to the Columbus Ks location I can pretty much guess something is going to be wrong, but being that I live in town that's where I go. Everyone gets their orders wrong. They can't even get a simple ice cream order correct. I spent over $10 tonight and just had to toss it. I know some of the people who work there, besides the fact that at least one of the cooks is a drug addict and goes to work high.. prolly why the orders are always wrong. At least one of the managers his friend and gets high with him. I'm not taking my food back. Who knows what will happen to it if I do. Last straw this time.

Sonic Drive-In food/ manager response

On September 1st I ordered food from Sonics drive up and when I got home to eat I realized the bun on my chicken sandwich was burnt. I was too far from sonics to return the sandwich so I called and talked with a manager who told me the bun on my sandwich couldn't be burnt and she will not replace it because she will not give out free food . I was very disappointed because I eat at this location often and never had a bad experience until now. The manager on duty did not resolve my problem only to leave me disappointed and without a decent sandwich.

Sonic Drive-In two employees

I live in Many Louisiana and there are two girls who have recently started working at the local sonic named Tiffany and Shalicia. I have actually witnessed smoking the two of them smoking marijuana on the premises during a break from work. My son told me that he could smell it from the stall he was ordering at. Another instance they were visibly under the influence while at work at sonic. I made a statement about it and now when I come to the sonic they are rude to me and treat me and my son badly because we spoke up. Sonic is supposed to be a nice family friendly place but it is ruined by the presence of drug abuse and attitudes. Please do something about this problem at our local sonic.

Sonic Drive-In keeping my change for themselves

The past 2 times I have been to Sonic, the girl(s) who come to the car with my strawberry limeade have kept my change for themselves as a tip, without even asking. She gave me a 5 dollar bill but didn't offer me the remaining 77¢ (laundry money!). When I asked for it, she said she "had to go back inside to get it and... How much was it again"? I told her to forget it out of frustration and disgust. And the time before those 2 visits... The girl gave me my bills, and asked me if I needed my spare change but didn't bother getting it ready... Looking at me expectantly, like I'm going to let her keep it. It puts the customer in an uncomfortable situation. And it's very rude to assume that you get to keep money that does not belong to you. Think of how much spare change they take during the day! This happened at the Sonic in Pulaski Virfinia, 8/31/2017 at 5:10 p.m.

Sonic Drive-In Corn dogs

We went to Sonic today (8/31/17) because we thought it was 50 cent corn dog day. We were mistaken but got them anyway because we love them. I got 6 corn dogs, we came home and only 1 of the 6 was edible. The other 5 were burnt and busted open. It was only slightly disappointing that it was not 50 cent corn dog day, but it was extermely dissapointing to pay full price for something that isnt close to edible. We took pictures for you guys to see what we were served.

Sonic Drive-In customer service

My name is Thomas Cuthbertson, address 15610 Everglade Ln suite 103, Bowie Md. 20716, [protected]@gmail.com. I submitted a complaint against the Sonic Drive-in location in Capital Heights Md. (store6493) in early August of 2017 regarding their customer service. I waited in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes for a desert to discover they had no spoons, not given the fact that I live almost 15 miles away. I was sent an email from one of the store's customer service managers, Myles Jackson, stating they apologize for the inconvenience and placed my name in a book to receive 50% off my next visit.
On 08-31-17 at around 07:50 I stopped into the Sonic (store 6493) to take advantage of the discount. At the drive thru window after ordering I explained to the female staff member that I have an email sent from the customer mgr regarding 50% off my item and showed her the email on my cell phone. The staff member walked away and spoke to an unknown person. She shortly returned and stated there is no such discount and no one by the name of Myles Jackson works there, so I left. I immediately called back and spoke to a Will Smith, who advised he was a manager. I explained to Mr. Smith what had happened and he stated the person did not understand what I was asking and asked if I can come back. I told him I was already on the highway back home. I feel as though the staff member should have retrieved the manager on duty if she did not understand what I was talking about. Again this is poor customer service especially If I have to travel several miles to the closest Sonic just for a desert. Thank you for your support.

Sonic Drive-In food

First we ordered a number 9 with no veggies, add cheese with cheese sticks and a large black berry sweet tea, easy ice.
The chicken on the sandwich tasted old and its presentation was sloppy, the cheese sticks were as if they had been sitting and re cooked to warm and the ice in the tea was filled all the way up.
Next we ordered a number 10, as it comes, with onion rings and a large sprite. The sandwich was great, good presentation and the sprite was fine. However the onion rings tasted as if once again they had been sitting and re-cooked to seem as if they were fresh.
Lastly we ordered two corn dogs and a medium cherry sprite. Drink was fine but AGAIN the fried food tasted as if it had been sitting and re-cooked for warmth purposes.

VERY dissatisfied with our trip to this location.

Sonic Drive-In custard concrete and overall customer service

I ordered two large custard concretes on my last Sonic visit and was disgusted when I saw that there was a tart white powder in clumps throughout both of the desserts. I submit a formal complaint to Sonic with the ticket #, pictures and details and received no response other than a "tell us how your complaint resolution experience was" survey. But there was no resolution OR acknowledgement other than the survey. I just think this is a poor way to treat your customers

Sonic Drive-In happy hour pricing

I arrived at sonic after 8 PM to get half-price shakes and ice cream solution… The car next to me, at the same time, ordered shakes as well. The announcer announced that half price shakes was over but that she was going to give the car next to me theirs at half-price YET I had to pay for my shakes full-price. If they made an announcement that they would give everyone half-price shakes, they should have honored it.

Sonic Drive-In sonic

I am sitting at the Sonic Drive-In right now. In Cleveland Tennessee off Paul Huff. I go to Sonic often but this time when I got my coke it was almost completely full of ice. When one of the employees walked past I asked her if I could get more coke or take some of the ice out . I have never asked for a refill before but I've hadn't even finished half my meal before my Coke was gone. She was unsure and went to ask. She came back out and told me no they don't offer any refills and she didn't offer me anything else she just walked away went back inside. I would haved probably about another Coke if she hadn't just walked away and said basically nope I can't do anything for you.

Sonic Drive-In shakes

I went to go get sonic to get half priced shakes with my dad and we ordered a banana shake and an Oreo cheesecake shake. When the carhop brought out the shakes she said "you guys had a banana shake and an Oreo shake right" and we said yes. When we got home we were drinking them and my dad's shake was not banana it was peanut butter. Had my dad been severely allergic to peanuts who knows what could've happened. We would've had to call 911 and rush him to the emergency room. Thankfully he is not allergic to peanuts. But if he had been allergic all of the catastrophic events that could've taken place would've been because of a simple mix up. Then when I was drinking mine it tasted extremely sour about 20 sips into it and I had just started drinking it. We order larges and I didn't even drink 1/4 of my shake. This is not the first time that I have experienced a sonic shake mix up. They have messed up my shake almost every single time I've gone there. Previous times it has bothered me but this time it pushed me over the edge because peanut allergies can be very severe. This has also happened at various different sonic locations.

Sonic Drive-In everything

First we sat for a good 5 no idea before they actually took our order. And then I had to repeat it 4 times before she actually got it right. When we got to the window we sat for another 2 minutes before they took my card. As I was sitting there I observed the manager who was wearing capris... text for about a minute before she went to make our shakes. She hit another girl over the head with our cup before filling it up. None of the workers were wearing any sort of hat or hairnet and several of them had loose hair. Overall this is the worst experience I've ever had at a sonic. I'm a manager for another food chain and if this was my store they would all be getting written up for their behavior and lack of sanitation procedures.

Sonic Drive-In zero customer service

4740 Elmore Ave Davenport Iowa store. Don't know if the guy is new or what, but gave me the wrong the price to begin with then I had to explain that to him. I then gave him $7.75 he gave me back no change and when he hands me the bag says absolutely nothing and closes the window. I ask for my change which again I have to explain to him how that works followed by I ask for ketchup and he closes the window again saying nothing and never opens it again. Some of the worst customer service I've ever gotten.[protected]

Sonic Drive-In wrong order every time

The Sonic Drive-in on Constitution in Colorado Springs is the absolute worst and should be SHUT DOWN permanently. They cannot get the simplest order correct. Lazy, lazy, lazy...
Sonic cheeseburger mayonnaise, mustard and pickles ONLY. Mozzarella sticks with RANCH dressing (they always give me marinara). These people are idiots and should all be FIRED IMMEDIATELY

Sonic Drive-In corn dogs

Today, August 24, I got four corn dogs as part of 50 cent corn dog day. Two of my corn dogs were not completely cooked all the way through. I went back and asked for new corn dogs, but I was told since I already took bites I couldn’t get another. I also didn’t have a receipt, but I was never given one in the first place. The customer service was terrible. It was clear to see that the corn dogs were under cooked, and my issue was not resolved. I threw my corn dogs in the trash and left.

Sonic Drive-In incorrect product and rude behavior after complaints

August 24, 2017 at approximately 1:30 or 2:00 pm, I went to the Sonic Drive-In at 6981 HWY 64, I ordered a Jr. burger with no cheese extra mayo, extra mustard. I ordered about 8 corn dogs, a sweet peach tea and vanilla shake as well. The lady read the screen back to me and it said a Jr. Cheeseburger plain. I thought that meant the cheese would be taken off. In my hurry to get back to work I didn't check the order. When I called back the person who answered the phone was rude. She said she was the one who took my order and she read the screen to me and I said that the order was okay. That I need to come back and they would replace the burger. I was on a lunch break and could not go back.

Sonic Drive-In second time they mess up your order.

I order a bourbon chicken and got a sonic burger. I live 6 miles away from the sonic, drive up order and expect good service. But being the second time they mess up, Sonic need to do better in pleasing their customer. I call and return it back, made me wait another 20 min. By that time I was mad. You can see the employee laughing. I did mention to the delivery person that need to act straight. First time it happen I was mad, but happening again that is no excuse.

Sonic Drive-In hamburger bun and hamburger burnt to a crisp

On August 22nd I ordered a hamburger (ketchup and pickles only - no cheese). from the Sonic on Central Ave in Columbia Heights Minnesota

The hamburger came with cheese - such is life but the bottom bun was totally burnt (see picture). I probably could have still eaten the burger but the burger was as burnt as the bun. I was totally disgusted to eat the one bit (I didn't see the burnt ness - I got to taste it - yuck.
