delivery of cabinet doors ordered in september of 2018. it is now july of 2019
Order 983897. Ordered placed September 2018. Two doors still not here and it is July 2019. Each month I am promised they will come but they don't. Company does not return calls. Two doors missing. It is a shame I can't recommend them because of their customer service. This is my summer home and I am beginning to think I wil not see it finished. There product is very nice and of good quality but they don't follow through with delivery of back ordered items. It shouldn't take over 10 months to finish the order.
No explanation is e er give for this problem Customer service needs to answe phone and resolve problems sooner.

We have had one hell of a nightmare experience with Solid Wood Cabinets in Levittown, PA. We have been robbed of our hard earned money by a myriad of issues starting with wrong designs, absolutely no communication on what is being ordered/installed and how.
They also screwed up our entire countertop order where there was no order made just a quote up until a day before we were supposed to get countertop ordered. The sales team was calling asking us of the choices we made 2 months ago and the office cannot access a person's file when she is out of office robbing us of valuable time.
The office manager is unprofessional, unrepentive for his team and office's careless attitude with no regrets. It has already cost us many thousand dollars to have a contractor fix so many flaws/mistakes with how we were ordering out kithcen. They charged us for custom cabinets and gave us standard cabinets and made our contractor custom build everything on our time and money without explaining anything to us or the contractor.
They operate in vaccum, lack the basic decency of communication, charge money on our account without any authorization. Sales person takes time off during visit thus delaying our cabinets and countertops by weeks.
This has resulted in significant financial loss with respect to them ordering wrong parts, not delivering ordered items, covering up thier own mistakes.
And they absolutely dont want to take any responsibilties for all these mistakes and for us to pay contractor for fixing them. They have already charged our card completely without any leverage. We want sincere assustance in this horrible experience of ours to interject and create q scneario where we are able to get our dream kitchen. We would like to return everything and dont want to deal with such a set of careless workers.
