Softmedia.biz - Konstantin Klugman review: Fake Penny Auction Software 2

I am an online entrepreneur and have been looking to start a penny auction website for about 6 months now. After crawling through a software industry that's ripe with fraud I found http://softmedia.biz and was assured by the representative there that everything was above board. Unfortunately this was not the case. We agreed on a round price point for the deployment of his "custom built" software solution as well as specific development which was 7 500USD. After battling for an escrow transaction I reluctantly agreed to wire Konstantin Klugman the 7 500USD directly to ensure the fastest turn around possible on my project.

One week later I receive a .zip via email that included a software package similar to any other CMS deployment I had worked with. I had my in house team go over the files and it turns out this was a pirated software as it contained references to a different penny auction solution called "Penny Auction Soft". My programmers informed me that the product was useless as the pirating attempt had left the code laggy and inefficient. I contacted Konstantin Klugman with this information which he refuted despite the evidence being overwhelming. I demanded a refund for my purchase price as it was clear to me that I was being sold a completely fraudulent product..

It is now 3 months later and I no longer receive any response from Konstantin Klugman or Softmedia.biz. I have not received any refund and it seems like my penny auction aspirations have been thwarted by this scam company. Let my mistake be your gain if you're looking for penny auction software.
