Smokers-Mall.com Three cartons of cigarettes

Placed this order over two months ago (approximately April 12th) and was told that the e-check had cleared the bank on April 15th to confirm that the check had cleared the bank and order would be shipped within 21 days they even sent me a tracking number but when I put the number in no information is available, so long story short I emailed them, but they won't even return my emails, so I am out 162.00.

Desired outcome: would love my cigarettes, but I now know that is not going to happen, so would like a refund of my money

I ordered 3 cartons of Vogue cigarettes. I was sent an e-mail stating that your company received my order.

Now when I tried to contact your company to see if you had indeed received my order, I felt that the way their site was acting that it did not go through.

Then I saw reviews on your site and it was not good. So many people were

not receiving their orders and not getting a refund either.

Now I am afraid that I too am being scammed.

I do not know what to do! Is there any way you can help me with this?

Smokers-Mall.com 2 boxes of cigars

I ordered 2 boxes of cigars in September and I still have not received any. I sent an email on October 21 and they replied very quickly telling me that on October 10th, the cigars were shipped. It is now November 18th and nothing was shipped. I followed up with another email todau November 18th and again I received a quick reply that they need 10 days to investigate the matter.

They provide you tracking number and nothing could be tracked from the number they provide. I am going to file a complaint with my credit card company requesting refund.

Smokers-Mall.com Scam do not use smokers-mall.com scam

Called [protected] it is not a good number and [protected] never calls you back. This site is a SCAM and they will never send you cigarettes! Don't use this site! All you get for your money is one excuse after another. Their job, it seems it to send you as many emails as you can stand to reply to, while never sending you your product.

Smokers-Mall.com Do Not USE Smokers-Mall.com SCAM

Smokers Mall — Placed order never received the product, placed order #813914 January 2021 and have not received anything only excuses. I was given bad tracking numbers and told shipment was going to take 10 days on several occasions but nothing ever changes and they never give me any tracking information from their searches (or non-searches)
Never order from this SCAM Site and be very vocal to everyone you know that these are not reputable people.

Smokers-Mall.com Balance of order

Back in April 2019 I ordered 4 cartons of cigarettes. I actually received 2 of the 4, but the remaining 2 is no where to be found. I have been in contact with Lara from Smokers Mall and she keeps stating over and over we will reship order wait 14 to 21 business days, that was 9 months ago. Over 20 emails, excuses I demanded refund even sent a copy of their website saying a refund is due. What the hell is the matter with people ripping people off. They owe me $112.00. Can't someone do something about this so called company. How can they live with themselves.. Karma is a [censored].

placed order #806121 for $564.00 january 2019 have not received anything only excuses. givin bad tracking numbers and told shipment was lost would be reshipped.resipped five times no products received. told them i wanted my money back. was told that my request was approved and kept getting excuses as to why my money wasn't returned to me. now they don't answer emails or return phone call

Smokers-Mall.com Scam

Order total was $180.00 for 6 cartons, received 2, and that was a year ago. Fake tracking numbers, copy and paste email responses. Total FRAUD
Phone number doesn't work, takes days or weeks to reply to emails.
Tracking numbers never update, or ship. Same story on every email response. Website states partial refunds if items not arrived, they state no refunds, it's against policy

Smokers-Mall.com cigarette purchase

I purchased 2 cartons of cigarettes in April. They sent a tracking number only at my request. The package got to the states and didn't move from point of entry. Never received them. After I was told to hold tight they will still come (over a month). They said they would resend them. Another month or 2 later still nothing. Continuous emails bank and forth that my shipment is coming. Finally on august 22 I told them I want a refund. They agreed and said it would take 25 days. 30 days later, no refund. I emailed again and demanded my refund. They said they were having technical difficulties. I emailed again and again and now they are ignoring. They are clearly a scamming company that has no intention of delivering product or refunding money. I have every email between myself and them.

I order two cartons of cigarettes from Smokers Mall on Sept 10 2019 for $72. I still have not received my order. I contacted the company many times and they keep saying my order is on the way or has been reshipped. I asked for a refund but they said it was not possible

This company is a rip off. Do not do business with them. They are a bunch of thieves.

Smokers-Mall.com tobacco

I ordered two cartons of cigarettes and a lighter from this site back in June. I have not received the items I paid for. I called and emailed them over and over for a refund or my items. They give me the same answer it's on its way when in fact it's not. I recommend other people do not use this site for tobacco products.I hope that business goes out of business very very soon. Very poor customer service and they are liars and thieves. I have seen the reviews for other people. They also told me that they do not recognize our customs. So basically my complaint for review will not even affect them.I am upset because I practically handed just about $100 over to that company for no products. This is now November and I still want my money back!

PAYMENT APPROVED AND ORDER DISPATCHED order Total:$ 72.00
I wrote 11/15/18 to ask where my order was and received this reply...
In attempt to avoid any further issues with order 803423, our
processing company suggested to refund your payment for this order,
and then to charge you one more time, or u can place a new order
online.

We suggest you this solution because your payment was made 4 months
ago, and in case of non- delivery of the new reshipment, we might not
be able to issue a refund.
I requested a refund and never received it. I then wrote and said, if you can't send the refund, please send the cigarettes. I never received a reply.

I never received my order form cigoutfitters.com. Was promised delivery in a week, never happened. Emails and phone calls have all been unanswered. USPS says tracking number is non-existent. Very unprofessional, flippant, and unethical business. Registered owners are Kim Davis and Ken Baxter. They are unreachable due to fake email address, although I believe I can find them here on this board writing all these positive reviews. They also own dirtcheapsmokes, cigroad, cigmania, and tobaccocapital, all have since disappeared thru sleight of hand. Out $153. Complaint filed.

Why can't you all just send me my order. I have read all the other complaints and now see why I can't get a answer from them. Why haven't these people been shut down by now is crazy. This needs to be reported to the IRS. If I could get through to the phone number they have listed it would be nice. Email is good because it shows proof of everything but I would really like to talk to someone live. I will be reporting this today. Hey if anyone has an address for them let me know!

Smokers-Mall.com cigarettes

I order 4 cartons over a year ago did not recieve my shipment I emailed them they said the shipment was sent, still no shipment. I emailed them, they said my shipment was in New York and it takes time to clear customs. I waited and still nothing . I tried calling the number, rang once then hung up tried again and samething . I keep emailing them each time they keep Apologizing they said that they would look in to it. Then I did not hear anything so I emailed them again they said that someone stold my shipment and they would resend, and I waited still nothing this went on like 4 times, keep emailing them. then they said that they would refund my money I said fine, no refund, so emailed again and again then it seemed my emails were not going through, have not heard from them in like 3 month now.

I placed an order a year ago and they still have not sent a refund of a replacement. They will no longer answer my emails or phone calls! What other action can be taken against them?

Smokers-Mall.com after 8 months I have never received my order of two cartons of cigarettes.

I ordered 2 cartons of cigarettes Sept. 9th, 2018 (8 months ago!). I paid $68.00 for these cigarettes. The order was processed and on Sept. 20th, 2018 they sent verification that the cigarettes were mailed. I never received my package. I then contacted the company by email and was assured that they would look into the matter. They kept asking me to be patient! They kept reassuring me that they would send out a new order. After months and months of being reassured that they were sending a new order I still have not received anything. I was actually given what I think is a fake tracking number. Every time I tried to track EACH package that was supposedly reshipped, the same information showed up on my screen. It actually showed the symbol for the USPS. I have waited over 8 months! This company is a scam! I have asked that they send my money back. No response. Each time I emailed them someone would email me back. When I told the company that I was registering a complaint to the FTC they asked me not to and to still give them a chance!

It's been over a month and I have not received my order. The tracking number shows the product had been sent 3/15/2019. Please tell me when to expect it. I paid extra for expediated delivery. If not possible, please refund my money. I don't think I should have been charged foe expediated shipping.
