I read this ad very carefully. It was a trial offer for one cigarette for $9.95. I specifically looked for the wording "further fees or will bill later." I thought I was ordering a one time sample size deal with the option to purchase more if I was satisfied in the future. This company has been billing my account...first 89.95 and then 29.95. I never received another shipment of anything and the billing started 2 days after the product sample was received. The email contact address for them is a fake. Try copying the message to your own computer, flag for return response, etc.; it is a nonviable email address. Also, contact telephone number has no response team. This company is just absolutely internet fraud. Please, everything, go to the Better Business Bureau website and file a complaint. File an official fraud/abuse complaint with your bank or credit union. They can and will be prosecuted. I was not taken by surprise, I read their entire webpage. They just did unauthorized withdrawals and they need to be held accountable for their actions. I am a fraud investigator and am going after this company with both barrels blazing. Please report them to the BBB, the TV networks, your local newspapers, 20/20, 60 minutes. The only thing to stop these types of internet fraud is bad publicity. Thank you.

I called them and told them my charger did not work, they told me they would send me a new one 2 weeks ago, I paid over 50$ for this smokeless cig, that the charger wont even work, never received a new one
These people are operating a fraudulent string of businesses designed to capture credit card information and continually bill people for unwanted and unrequested merchandise.
I ordered a trial product from Vapor Pak only [protected]). Information received with the trail product states (in very small print) that additional products will be billed and sent unless I call and cancel. Phone is answered by recording asking you to wait but no one ever answers. I have attempted contact at multiple phone numbers obtained from my credit card bill-same result. My credit card has been charged 3 times by 3 different companies. First on 11/27/09 by Media Supp [protected]) for $9.95, the amount I agreed to pay for the trial product. Next on 12-09-09 by CIGWTHOTSMK [protected]) for $99.10 which I did not agree to. Next on [protected] by Colon H2O [protected]) for $45.81 which I did not agree to. I have disputed these charges with my credit card company and have filed a mail fraud complaint with USPS. I have submitted complaints to Utah Attorney General and FTC.
These businesses are using Crush Direct, Post Office Box 2061, Sandy, Utah 84091 to send email, their phone has been disconnected [protected]). Internet search shows Crush LLC owner as Jason /removed/ who was the subject of previous Federal Trade Commission (FTC) action.
Well, I received my two cartons after 28 days. Its really taxes free, of cource it has the slight difference taste, other than American cigarettes. So, for those people who smoke and look for cheap cigarettes online this is the good place. For that price it's really worth of it.
You should contact the web-site you have ordered your cigarettes at, and ask them if the order got through. In addition you can provide a copy of your bank statement, so they could see the charge, as there could be a simple glitch in their system. I am buying from Cigarette-store.org, everything is ok! Just be ready that delivery takes up to 2 weeks.
I just placed my fourth order on http://www.cigarette-store.org/. All 3 of my previous orders arrived in good condition about 2 weeks after placing the order. Even with the $8.99 shipping, cigarettes are still much more affordable. I purchase Marlboro cigarettes. Was apprehensive about purchasing a European cigarette, but they are great. Don't have all the chemicals like in the USA.
I already had my suspicion, just wanted to check to see if I was right. $9.00 for a cigarette? How long does one of these things last? If it is electronic, you should not have to buy more than one. No need for a sample!

This site is actually a scam. They don't ship anything. I placed an order back in November and never received my order. They do not respond to emails and there isn't a phone number on their site. I even tried their Tech Support form and as expected, never got any response there either. After doing some research, I discovered there were a lot of other people who had the same problem/complaint. This same guy has several websites with different URL's, but they look exactly the same, so beware. His email address is: arredodomns@gmail.com if you would like to say "hi".
