I recently visited the smith's at 9th south & 8th W., date; 12/15/21. The person retrieving the shopping cart decided to help me with a couple of carts stuck together., And when I didn't get the carts apart. He decided to express himself with attitude of my lack of strength. It made me feel like, walking out and not shopping there again. Also, when I said Hi, he just ignored me... Rude customer service.
P>S - When he look me and saw my disapproval, he decided to apologize.

I ran into an employee who said they'd been working 12 hours without a break. Being told they'd get fired if they sat down or took a LEGALLY MANDATED LUNCH.

Your click list team couldn't work the printer so I didn't get a receipt.

The line for the check out extended to the BACK OF THE STORE.

Figure it out. I tried to call every department to get a hold of someone and every phone rang for longer than 5 minutes each with no pick up from anyone. Literally every single phone line. Completely garbage customer service. How terrible is your pay that you can't keep a full staff of employees?

This is one of the only grocery stores in town and people are spending hours in line. And you have over worked e.ployees who are being treated illegally. If you want to pay me $150k a year and will give me unlimited budget to hire employees I'll fix your problems. Every single one. It'll only take me 4 months too. Seriously.

Otherwise. Figure it out. Completely unacceptable from a chain institution.

Russell Yurcic he lives near a Smith! s in Albuquerque, NM more precise at Wyoming and Paseo del Norte store. He is the kind of person that can sweet talk any body. Divorced about 6 years ago has the bad habit of pay prostitutes and buy them heroin or other drugs. He met Stacy Marie Campbell on a dating site meting multiples times. I divorced Stacy or her and David Willian Martinez made a plan so Stacy would serve him in a prostitution ring. Suspect of a Dirty trick I ask Manager Berry if was as something going on at Stacy work because she was actin strange at home. Mr. Berry Berry reply saying no every thing was normal. At second day I went to pick up my wife outside of store she put a restraining order on me. Now Bill and Stacy have the green light to plan a Nasty divorce. This is pass, but now she refuse to talk to me and she move to that Store after Mr. Berry. Stacy was Avery lovable person and the best wife a man could ask. I love her to this day. Going forward 4 years Stacy became a girl of night or a working girl not to say a [censored] and a prostitute. She come to my residence with is a Rv park at central almost every night after take care of our granddaughter that I never met or was invited to herWedding. I took them in she was 3 years old. Stacy goes around and is known by every single man here. Russell Yurcic comes here sell her, control who gonna have sec with her and both are selling drugs. She does Meth, drink at stone face every afternoon and do opiates and smokes heroin all presented by this man Russell. He is a dark man brute in his apperance remanding a Cave man but very sweet in his talking; of course. She needs an adjustment an some to help her since she has no family, therefore advise for a pimp you can understand. I'm the only person that really loves her and nothing I can do. T he eyes gonna use get untill dhh he e becomes trash to them. I was banned from the stone in RR for going to pick up my wife With the best intentions for my family. Russell is a menace and to ugly for is clear there is something else going on. A drug test supervised is imperative to caught a life. I've been working at Smiths for a little over a month now. I'm really upset and embarrassed how much one boss acts towards me. My IPM's are over 21 and when it gets busy she takes my place. I'm embarrassed because she does this all the time and in front of customers. She can go on her own register instead of telling me she needs to get the line down. I can get the lines down. No problem. Please can you do something about my boss. We have other bosses but she's the only female boss for the front end.

My nearest Smith's store at Golf Course and Paseo in Abuquerque, NM has stopped having any kind of sanitizing for their their carts, even though carts have been proven to carry more germs than any other thing that I need to use. for the past three weeks they have been out. So I will no longer be doing any shopping there.I'll go to Albertsons or WalMart

Hi. I'm going to make this short. I was hired as a cashier for Smiths. I don't mind bagging once in a while or for extra hours. The front end bosses accused me of not taking a 185 dollar grocery amount from a customer. Now they don't put me on a register, which I'm very disappointed. I wasn't the only person checking on that register and they yet have talked to me about it in the office. Instead the managers told me about the incident in front of customers, checkers and courtesy clerk. They don't have any proof of me ringing the customer up. I would never ever not ring anyone up or not take their money. I don't want to be accused of stealing from your company. I love working for Smiths. It's a privilege. Now the front end managers (one manager was on vacation) have other cashiers watching me and courtesy clerks watch me too to make sure I'm collecting the money from the customers. I am very distraught about this and don't know why I wasn't told this incident in the office not on the floor. I ring up everyone customer that comes to my register. I want to know why I'm being punished for something I know I didn't do. Sorry I tried to make this shorter. Thank you for reading this complaint. I don't want to lose my job. I'm very happy here. I don't steal and I do my job as a cashier very well. Thanks again.

I do a lot of shopping at smiths all over the salt lake valley for insta cart. Just about every time I get produce for a customer I have to search and search for the freshest products, and some times I can't even find a fresh product of the item I am looking for. The strawberries are awful I constantly see containers of strawberries that have mold growing on the strawberries ewe just gross. I have found bags of mandarin oranges that have moldy oranges in them. Even at some stores I see flies yes flies flying around the produce items. Come on you guys advertise and say you have the freshest produce and you really don't. So quit advertising it till you can actually prove it.

Smiths cartoon commercials are the worst commercials ever! They make me never want to shop at smiths. Seriously I started just muting them but now I have to leave the room they make me so angry! They suck, I suppose if your primary target is children instead of adults with paychecks then by all means keep dumping your money into these cartoon toilets. Nope! Can't stomach them anymore. Please stop making these cartoon commercials!

Just wanting to say u say ur food and vegetables are the freshest in ur commercial but u Contradict your store with the Commercial with the old man doing a kart will and then he catches the food with his hands that he just used to touch the ground so u really should not show that Commercial if u saying ur the freshest cuz touching the ground then touching the Vegetables is so far from freah my name is LAURA TAUILIILI EMAIL ADDRESS IS [protected]@gmail.com
