Smile Brite/Pearly Whitefraud and misrepresentation

Fine print is misleading.
Never received the Pearly White.
Didn't realize what was happening until all of these huge charges showed up on my credit card. I disputed charges and initially I was credited with them all. But the credit card company is now reversing the reversal saying that their are loop holes in the fine print.
I finally canceled on line. I was not able to get hold of them by phone. Their message said that if you are questioning charges or want refunds go online. That says something. It also said to try back because of very high call volume.
There is no "contact us" or address or phone numbers other than the message one on their website.
The credit card company said they have a large number of dealing with this company. It's all one company with different names and addresses, apparently.
I actually tried it for a few days and one of my fillings fell out!
Have these people been rep0rted to BBB or Atty General's Office?
Or the web browser? Seems like they ought to have some responsibility in sponsoring bogus companies.
