SmartyKoo — incorrect product received
I ordered an Minicute wired mouse from the company and received a completely different product.
I have contacted Smartkyoo by email on several occasions to request they provide the product I actually ordered, but no response has been received to date.
Product ordered 31 Oct 2019 (Order no. [protected]) and received in good time. Emailed on 12 November to advise I had not received the correct product, requesting they provide what I ordered, but no response was received. Followed up on 19 November and then again on 28 November. No response has been received to date.
At this stage, I would like a full refund as I don't trust the company to provide the correct product.
