I am complaining about my account in SMART BRO
Good day!
Just want to complain regarding my SMART BRO POCKER WIFI that I avail year 2017 and already cut the line July 18, 2021 by personally visiting the smart service center @ SM Fairview. That billing was enrolled as automatic debit in my bank credit card.
I don't understand what kind of service you are providing because line is already cut since last month but this August I received a notice from my credit card account that you automatically get the payment for this month of August 2021.
What kind of service is this its like stealing the money of other people by simply paying unused bill.
Do something with this matter, this is unacceptable.
Worst Service at Smartcom Ermelo (Vodacom)
I walked into Smartcom Ermelo Vodacom outlet on Saturday 14/05/2016, received the worst service ever. The lady who helped was totally rude, incompetent and couldn't help with addressing my problem. It's clear that the staff at the store is incompetent and don't know what services are provided by Vodacom and how to solve any issues regarding Vodacom. The customer service is totally pathetic.
