Bryan Albin and his family operate, or most appropriately sub operates the Smallcost Estate sales (aka as A & B Small cost Estate Sales) in Tustin California. I left my deceased relatives house in his care while he and family were completing an estate sale. Trash and items appeared all over the outside of the property according to pics I received from neighbors and I asked him to stop his "service" and send me a check after I finally received an accounting of items sold. I had to pay another person to come in and clean the property after his family literally destroyed it. I later had an opportunity to speak to a customer of the sale who stated Bryan was practically giving furniture away! The sale was in mid October and now over 2 months later, you guessed it... no check! Oh, I received a couple of "the checks in the mail" or "oh, it was mailed, I thought you received it" comments. Bad business, bad joker. So, it's off to court we go. Please be warned this guy is a totally incompetent, a high energy liar who rips off his customers. Akin to a poisonous snake!

Bryanalbin and his cohorts that own this business have lied to us about submitted a list of all items that were sold at our estate and what they sold for. They indicated prior to the sale that their cost wold be 30% and ended up taking nearly 50% of the total proceeds. They may have stolen anything from this estate since they refuse to provide us with any information that would deem them to be on the level. They merely ignore any phone calls and their email address is bogus.
They will be turned into the Consumer protection Agency of Orange County. To pursue litigation would merely cost more than worth the information.
