I had a bad experience at SM City Olongapo Store and the matter is not resolved. I was purchasing 2 pairs Dickies Shorts and I was told by 3 different sales persons that they have a promo of 10% discount. I purchased a pair of shorts with 10% off last week. SM Supermalls unethical behavior of their baggage counter personnel on supermarket

Date of duty : December 24, 2019
Time: 12:30 to 1pm

We're about to deposit our baggage cause mag grocery kami. They told us that only 3 plastics per person lang ang allowed. So we decided to separate the baggages we have. And they said it's not allowed. So I told them that I'm gonna ask the management if that's true, then sabi nila "Sige, Edi tanungin nyo. Pwede naman na kasi yan ipasok sa loob." (So para saan pa ang baggage counter lol. E iiwan nga namin gamit namin eh.)

So we proceed to Customer Service cause sabi nila dun kami magreklamo. Then one staff get our baggage then give us another Number Tag. (Pwede naman pala, dami pang sinasabi nung baggage personnel). Also, we saw them laughing with each other while giving the number tag. (What's funny?) Pilosopo din sila sumagot nung kausap namin sila. I do not understand bakit ganun attitude nila. Maaga pa para sabihin nilang pagod na sila sa dami ng tao.

I hope you can talk to your employees regarding their attitude towards other people. Maybe for you it's mababaw kasi di kinuha baggage namin. But we're not after that. Nabastusan lang din kami sa attitude nila 😊 Nakuha namin one name lang, si Mr. Cuevas. I don't know the others. Just check whose on duty that time.

SM Supermalls sm store online selling thru lazada

I ordered online thru Lazada and the seller is SM Store last December 14. Up to now, December 23, there is no delivery. The delivery status from december 15 up to now is still the same, which is "being handed over to our logistics partner". I already paid using my credit card, almost Php2, 500. are you taking advantage of your customers who are paying via credit card. Can I just get a refund. Thank you.

This morning, i bought a Turon at the supermarket's kiosk. I was hungry and so excited to have a bite of the turon, but to my dismay it wasnt the turon i was expecting it to be. SM Supermalls breakfast steak beef

I would like to complain the Breakfast Steak I bought in SM Aura supermarket last September 29, 2019. I bought 1 roll of breakfast steak and decided to cook it on October 4. Upon unrolling the beef, it contained scraps of beef instead of rolls of beef. I dont know why they have to fool the customers by hiding the scraps of beef. Pictures attached in this complaint.

SM Supermalls savemore cdo - agora

I've been at your branch (savemore cdo agora)
I bought 2 pcs siopao in hurry since I was about to travel to bukidnon and since I haven't take my lunch yet and hindi naman busy ang supermarket I was expecting to transact faster. There is no complaints I could say with the cashier since we are only 3 on the line. But after I pay and now was on the station to get my siopao, ponyeta! 10-20 mins na ko andun wala parin nag bibigay. The fact na andami nyung staff ng chika lang sa tabi. I call for some attention no one bother to attend me. The cashier calls the customer service then started to mention something on air. Still no one comes to give me what I bought. I decided to go to the customer service counter the thing she did was just to announce something on air yet no one still go to the station i've waited for another five minutes. Still your staff has nothing do in response! Nakakapagod bang tumayo just to call someone to give me siopao? Instead ofor asking apology tinarayan paku sabay sabi ano ba kasing sayo ma'am? (ang galing ng approach ng puta) i've shown here my receipt. Still wala parin. I then go and just give my receipt to your janitor sayang nmn kasi kung d rin makain yung bayad ko na puta kayo!
I approached the janitor while the guard was listening to us. Sabi ko kuya sayo na yan kanina pa ko dito walang balak mag bigay ng siopao sakin. The guard then say punta kau sa customer service ma'am. I replied really? I've been there already still no action provided. Mka high blood kayo!

Please train your staff well. Hindi nga busy yung branch na yan sobrang poor pa ng service nyo. Wala lang talaga katong action. Just because of what your staff did naiwan ako ng dapat sasakyan ko pauwi. Then I need to commute for 4 hours puta ng walang kain kasi nga dapat yung siopao nlng kakainin ko sa daan. Nawalan ng wallet mother ko kanina pero yung MGA guard nila hindi alam ang gagawin, at pretending na may kausap sa radyo. Poor customer service cashier, Ms Marianne Perpetual not sure with her last name. I told her na mccharge ako sa pos kasi ibang bank ang atm ko in a nice way, kc ngloloko ang pos and bgla nlang syang kung ano ano ang cnsv even told me na, "ikaw na nga ichecheck ang balance eh ikaw pa ang mreklamo" hangang sa umalis ako ang dmi nya cnsb. SM Supermalls security guard

Hi Good day!

I would like to report and file a complaint against one of your security guard with a name tag: Redeye II? I was supposed to park my car in one of the parking area and he ask us to leave when i was supposed to step out of my car - the area is supposed to be open by 9am (according to him) but no barricade whatsover to indicate so.. i think its their responsibility to ensure that the area is close so no one will park in it and when someone is parking just ask them to leave! The worst part is he blocked the door of my car and push it! Unacceptable! I work for customer service and i dont think my management will tolerate this kind of behavior! I am asking you and your good office to take action on this!

SM Supermalls not providing for boxes and bags for groceries

I have been a loyal costumer of the SM Grocery stores for 30++ years. Their accessibility, their reasonable pricing and service have been satisfactory.

I do buy my groceries in bulk and they provide used boxes to put in the groceries. Brown bags were provided for smaller quantities. The boxes that we have, we recycle in school.

These past few weeks, my househelp informed me that they don't provide boxes anymore. One has to buy their ecobags for the groceries. These ecobags are small in size and are an additional expense for the shopper and they cannot fit big items or fresh meat/fish. Furthermore, the brown bags provided tear easily. An additional bag will mean an extra expense again. This is plain and simple highway robbery! Providing boxes and brown bags for groceries should be part of the buying process and SM being one of the richest companies in Philippines has provided these for years as part of their service. Lately, with the death of the Henry Sy, the new management thought that these boxes should be sold instead of given. It's all about the making money! It's all about what they can take from us.

This new rule being implemented by the SM grocery stores run against their "happy to serve" motto. It is an affront to the sensibilities of buyers.

If you have the options, try to go to other grocery stores like Landers or PC.

SM don't deserve your loyalty and money.

supervisor named Aiza the attitude of this employee was unprofessional and unethical, how she approach to me as a customer, her facial expression was look like angry, she speak loud at me just because i want an assistant for the items that i'm not familiar.

SM Supermalls customer service

We regularly purchase our groceries at sm supermarkets, we understand that for eco friendly purposes we need to use shopping bags but inconsideration for bulk purchases with heavy bottles at canned goods, it is VERY VERY VERY inconvenient for us customers to place those items in shopping bags. I experienced my bottled goods were damaged when we got home. Another incident at SM Supermarket Trece Martirez Cavite Branch, there are times they will handle our goods with boxes and then for a certain period of time they will tell us they are not allowed to pack our goods with boxes? very inconsistent policies.! during my last visit at this branch, the customer service officer instructed me to write at a complaint form if I will insist my goods to be boxed, they will provide the box but I will be doing it myself... PACKING?!
I opted to cancel my transaction and we transferred to the nearest possible mall Vista MaLL ALL Home Tanza where they dont mind providing eco friendly boxes for their customer service. My point is you will lose more customers, we are one of your loyal consumers, there are many grocery stores out there tough competition and with this small concern, which might cause huge impact on your company. I myself was so disappointed so I will tell everyone I know to never shop at your mall for this bad experience. Hope you will do something about it. Thanks

SM Supermalls customer sales service

I just wanted to complain if what kind of customer sales service does savem0re bankers, caloocan had.
6pm yesterday aug.20, i decided to buy stuff in that branch, i reach the section of appliance then i decided to buy fujidenzo gas stove worth 2, 100 s0mething, i ask the promo to lo0k for measuring materials bcoz he give me the size of it by inches but i wanted to have it be c0nverted into cm, he doesnt kn0w how to c0nvert, so i insisted if he can lo0k for me, he said savem0re doesnt have, even your maintenance according to him doesnt have, i am wondering why your maintenance or engineering section does have measuring to0l.
I called up the attention of the customer service i heard she is regular, she is pregnant, same i ask her if she can help me find measuring tool but i feel her that she is n0t c0nfortable"naku nakasimang0t"then she told me wla, as simple as that, what is she wanted to imply to me that its my problem so i will look for it and resolve it by me?
well i told them to get back to me if they can lo0k for measuring tool, i was in fo0d secti0n beside the wine secti0n waiting for their answer but n0body get back to me.i decided to get out and buy for measuring to0l huh.
So i bought the product because it fits my requirement.
so ive waited again for the store supervisor bcoz she is at break when i saw this w0man wearing blue uniform i thought she is the store supervisor but got wr0ng, she is the treasurer, so it c0mes in my mind to avoid fr0m much waiting, i decided to appr0ach hoping that she can rely my c0mplain with the store supervisor, but when i started to speak she told me that she is not the right pers0n"huh nagtaka naman ako, d pa nga me nagsasbi ng c0mplain ko alam nya na kaagad yung sitwasy0n, yun pla natsismis ng cs na pregnant yung sitwasy0n.

2.your pr0m0dizer must be jolly, approachable and customer oriented.
3.d0 n0t judge fr0m what the customer wearing.
Anyway i am just wearing a sh0rt, sando, and slipper that time maybe thats why they doesnt give me m0re imp0rtance.
4.puregold is 1 building away in savem0re, i decided to buy that time in savem0re coz i am c0mfortable, but i got stressed.

I just want to share my worst experience in the supermarket sm rosario yesterday August 10, 2019, . SM Supermalls staff - security guard named: gomez

Happened today 30th July 2019, at around 5pm. Me with my partner went to the said establishment (Savemore Novaliches) to purchase goods/supplies like we usually do, as this is the nearest in our home. While my partner's busy looking and getting stuff to buy, there's this arrogant security guard just standing, relaxing, doing nothing but busy instead calling his workmates' attention ( 2 man) and pointing my partner using his eyes & lips telling his 2 coworkers to look at the legs of my partner. i even heard from them the word saying "nakakadestruct e". These men does not know that my partner was with me, maybe they're thinking she's alone. So when i noticed them doing such inappropriate deed, i approached them & told the security guard: effort kapa sir ah tinuturo mo pa kasama ko ah." This guard replied while throwing bits of rice in his mouth "ano problema niyo sir". All these if needs proof, cctv in the market can be reviewed, took place specifically in the rice section beside korean noodles products. We continued our shopping and after paying all, i went directly to the customer service section to file my complaint. i don't wanna go home & just leave while not receiving action from the manager or supervisor regarding the incident. Spoke with the manager/supervisor incharge named Miss Emmy. i made written complaint as per her advise, signed & submitted to her. But did not gave me any assurance for the result and action she'll be taking against her staff. I'm therefore writing & submitting this written complaint to you as well for your information, and to somehow receive assurance that my complaint & concern be addressed. To avoid the incident to happen again against us. We want safety & are calm that we are safe at anytime inside the said establishment, but all of a sudden we will be receiving such treatment and approach from this uneducated staff, moreover from a SECURITY GUARD! One that should be incharge for safety and peace. Thank You. Your kind response & appropriate action is highly appreciated.

SM Supermalls sm lucena city

I would like to make a formal complain about the experience I had yesterday from Sm city Lucena terminal.
I am 35 weeks pregnant and trying to get home, Tayabas City, with my husband and 5 year old daughter. While approaching the terminal (Van) for Tayabas, I asked the barker if we could still fit in but with arrogance he asked me to fall in line. Seeing my condition, i was hoping that he will prioritize me because I am pregnant but he did not, and even asked me and my family to fall in line and sit at the back.

Please have everyone understood that senior, pwd and pregnant should be prioritized even at the terminal.

SM Supermalls watsons services

I purchased today at watson second floor sm mexico ...during my purchasing i submitted my prestige card and when i finally got my order and i have to pay they lost my prestige card, they admittedly lost and gave my card to other client...i am CZAR ADONIS V. LINGAD a prestige card holder now i lost my card at watson sm mexico pampanga second floor...please reprimand and make watson liable with their carelessness... My sales invoice is #21938 dated 16 july 2019 amounted 2955.80php... Please check this issue and help me get my card back to me.
