SM Appliance Center Whirlpool automatic washing machine

Paid the unit through Gcash Ggives. When we asked if they accept Gcash, they said yes, nothing else. That was Friday, before 12noon. Now they are saying they do not accept Ggives. They will either confirm the payment or cancel the transaction. 3days have passed since it was weekend. Now, they confirmed that my payment went through. I dont know what’s taking them too long. The Associate assisting me is no longer responding and even their store manager is not answering the call. Monday is almost over. They want us to wait for Tuesday? Hell NO!

Desired outcome: Deliver my unit in my shipping address.

SM Appliance Center SMAC points was not credit to my SMAC acct.

Purchased an item worth 6k+ on Mar17. My SMAC was not swiped that time. The manager reassured me that they will MANUALLY process it and it will reflect after a month.

Checked my SMAC balance after month, nothing came thru.

Sent an email to their feedback email add.

May17-my ticket# is still pending resolution by our technical team.

Today, May30 still no update. How many staff do you have in technical team?

Desired outcome: I just want the points to be credited to my SMAC

SM Appliance Center Service & discount

Went to SM Appliance SM City Cebu and expressed interest in purchasing the Toshiba water dispenser (bottom feed). Salesman said they had 5 new units available. The price was p13,559 less P800 and a 5% less if you have a SMAC. They made me wait for one hour before the item arrived, store was busy and full, and no place to sit. Very inconvenient. Then, when it came time to pay, the cashier said that the price was locked and that there was no 5% SMAC discount. Another dissapointment. An argument with the store manager started. Why did two of the sales people state that there was an additional smac discount? Only to be told at the cashier that there was none. I pursued the argument until the decision came down to deduct the discount from the salesperson's salary. SM would not give the discount, despite earning millions of pesos that day, but would rather deduct this discount from the employees salary. How GREEDY! Why don't they brief their employees on what the discounts are before every shift? Make it clear to the customer so that we won't be misled. I will never come back and buy an appliance from the SM City Appliance because of BAD BUSINESS PRACTISES. SHAME ON YOU!

Desired outcome: Provide the discount, any reputable business would not mind making a decision to give the discount and then correct the employee to the correct procedure. Don't take it out of the employees' salary.

SM Appliance Center 50 inch Skyworth Android TV

We bought a Skyworth 50 inch android TV 7 months ago, and it stopped working, we took it back to SM Appliances Cauayan City and they sent us to a shop to fix the tv the person told us the problem is the panel and it would take four to five days to get a part, nearly three on and I rang the shop still no part, I want SM Appliances in Cauayan to replace our tv, as we dont know how long this will take for a replacement panel or if they can even get one. We are tired of waiting for our tv to be fixed.

Desired outcome: replace tv with another new same tv

SM Appliance Center KSD212SA-R Refrigerator

Feb 16, I requested a friend to pick up my order thru the help of a good supervisor in Dept Store. Associate on duty at SM Appliance failed to send photo to see the interior of the item nor discuss in the demo inclusions and exclusions of the accessories of the item. Door shelves should be 4 but only 3 were in the box. They did not disclosed this. And they did not inform that item is not returnable. They only forwarded the photo of a display item the day I complained. Had I known that day about the door shelves and the non-returnable policy, I would not even get and change a different item to my like. Now, it cost me 1500 pesos for the transportation fee to deliver my item which as not returnable. This is really very disappointing esp in this time that every penny shouldn't be wasted but because they failed to do their job customer suffered. Hoping and praying for a fair resolution. thank you!

Desired outcome: To allow to return this item and will get a new one to my like and transportation expense be at SM appliance expense

SM Appliance Center kyowa water dispenser model # kw-1524

i bought yesterday poh kyowa water dispenser at SM makati appliances, dis morning when we used it there a leak of water. the item that gave 2 me was damage/defective. i am here today dec. 30 to complaint about it. mr. JOHN supervisor of sm makati appliances an arrogant person told me that the item was mis handled. 1 day when i bought d item, mis handled already. what the F***. pde poh ba pki turuan mga employee nyo how 2 handle a complaint of a customer.

SM Appliance Center lg t2395vsaw serial no. 801vwfw3v771

It was july of 2018 when we got the washing machine. After couple of months, it won't fill with water then will stop. A tech came out but did not see any problem and left after testing and it did worked, fortunately. After 2 months, this time issue got worst. The washing machine will fill up with Water but won't function to wash and or even dry. After multiple attempts of calling SM rep and tech no out came out to check. Are you waiting for the warranty to expire? We only decided to get this thing to Help my mama because she has a heart issue and we won't be able manage the laundry bec we all work at grave yard shifts. If you can't fix this please ensure you provide a quality product according to what we have paid for. We are definitely not gonna promote this to any relatives and friends as your Service and product su**s! I can wait for months and Im sure no one will give a damn to response and action on this. Probably, a feedback in social media may just be our way to let you know.

SM Appliance Center sm cubao - washing machine american home awf-m8016

I bought this product last June 12 tuesday. Friday we used it but apparently the unit does not work properly and an E2 error appears. I went to SM to report the problem. They politely assist us on our complaint. After 3 days somebody from Chef's Magic came to check the unit, afterwards unit became ok. But error occur again last July 24. And it happend again July 30. 3X problem reported and 3x a technician came to check and have it repair for a brand new unit? I called Chef's Magic again and they will pull out the unit for further testing. I am so dissapointed and we want a refund for this. We did not purchase and waste our money for this kind of item that could not help us specially this rainy days. I am also worried that i can't use this for long run.We want a immediate response with this or we will be pushed to report this to DTI. I am looking forward for your immediate action regarding this matter.

SM Appliance Center customer service

Incompetent staff promoter.
My family visited there to check 12mos zero interest for aircon inverter, one of them gave us detail Kolin or Koppel brand plus SMAC discount. We came back after 1 week ready to purchase. There were many people since it on sale and so we took the advantage unfortunately, Koppel promoter was rude he wasn't as friendly as we should expect. He just left us alone no one took over and entertained another customer since we insisted there is a 12months zero interest as they told us last week that's why we came back. But most of them there's no brand available for the 12months zero interest. Frustrated, we went to SM Seaside branch and luckily there is! Well, we purchased the Kolin right away. What a big hassle they gave us and incompetent staff! Actually it's supposedly our 2nd item to buy from them but they don't deserve anything so we decided never to buy any item from that store again!

SM Appliance Center request denied

We bought a washing machine for us to be convenient in using it even without high pressured water. Because we cannot use our automatic washing machine due to no water here in our community. There were so many appliance ctr near us but we preferred to buy at sm appliance ctr because we knew it is always in good condition... And as always we were happy on what we got there. So last saturday may12, we decided to buy a washing machine. We tested the motor and works well... Then they signed me a paper that it is tested. We picked up the product because I really need it. When we arrive at home I used it right away then I noticed that there was a water flowing on the edge of the washing machine, when I drained the water, we saw a 5 inch crack inside the tub! We wipe it immediately and let it dry... On the next day we went back to sm appliance ctr marilao and I expect them to replace the item right away. When I talked to the sales man he said they cannot replace it and then I talked to the higher supervisor, she said they need to ask the manufacturer (american home) if they will approve before they replace! I didnt expect what she said to me... It was a hassle for me... A waste of time! Now can I ask somebody? Was it right to refuse my request for replacement? I feel like im rejected, not contented and so annoying in what happened to me... Please help...

Pick up date took so long in visayas and mindanao its not stated before you pay the items. It's a hassle better bought it personally than ordering it online.
