Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased one sleepwell mattress from dealer in dhanbad on 15.12.12. after few days of used it become defective, regarding this i made complain to the dealer and the dealer has send the representative to look after the matter he visited and said the negative reply and denied any defects and don;t want to lodged the complain.please do needful in the rights of the consumer immediatly.

i have purchase the pair of matress of sleepwell company model "vega" which has 1 yr gurantee of replacing after 2-3 month obe of my matress got defected then i went to my dealers tell him every thing he after few days send me the compny man in my house after checking the matress he passed it and told me to send to the dealer he will exchange it i said ok after. it till today when ever i ask dealer he tell me no. matress is avalable fron company due to this i m still sleeping on defective product of sleepwell
