i bought a bed with dial a bed which they received from sleep world the bed is extra length and it started caving in i laid the complaint 6 months ago with dial a bed and they promised some one from sleep world would call me and come to visit to see the bed, but none of that has happened. this morning i get a call from sleep world asking about stains on my bed and the lady i spoke to refused to come out and see the bed and i was told the bed would be out of warranty if the bed has stains. when i complained i complained about the baving in where the extra length starts and not about stains, the lady did not want to hear my side and gave bad attitude maybe because im black i dont know. Please help, i believe i was treated unfairly.
